As a photographer, I'm absolutely OBSESSED with Morgan's on Fulton!! Such a gorgeous venue with amazing amenities. My couple had the best time and this wedding was jaw-dropping. I was impressed with how well the staff moved guests from one floor to another and how efficient the entire day was. I would love to photograph a million more weddings here! Such a great spot right in the heart of West Loop.

Our wedding venue was absolutely perfect! The space was stunning, and everything was beautifully set up just as we envisioned. The staff was professional, attentive, and made sure every detail was flawless. The catering was just as amazing—our guests couldn’t stop raving about how delicious the food was! From the appetizers to the main course, everything was perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. It truly elevated our wedding experience, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our special day. Highly recommend! 💕✨

After touring Morgan's on Fulton 2 years before our wedding, we knew it would be the perfect space for our Chicago wedding. The main reason we felt so drawn to the venue was the warm welcome and incredible hospitality by Kasey Tighe who was our Catering Manager for the majority of our planning. The venue really checked every box - separate spaces for the ceremony, cocktail, and reception, incredible food, and outdoor space. We received countless compliments on our wedding day food; some people even stating it was the best meal they had ever had. The CONS: The venue forgot to pass out champagne upon guest arrival to our ceremony which was a detail we worked so hard to plan. We also found out after our final walkthrough that our Catering Manager, Kasey, was not longer with Morgan's on Fulton. We adored her positive attitude, ability to execute, incredible communication, and quick response time. This is extremely hard to find in the hospitality industry. I know Morgan's on Fulton was purchased by Avli roughly 1-year before our wedding and new ownership always means inevitable change. We had to walk through all of our final details with a brand new contact, Lindsay, 2 weeks out from our wedding day. This caused unnecessary stress. All in all, our day was everything we envisioned and we are so glad that our family and friends were able to experience Chicago at such an amazing venue.

I recently photographed a winter wedding at Morgan's and the photos turned out stunning! The venue was stunning & the staff were helpful. Everything ran smoothly for the day. I'd love to work here again & would recommend this venue!

We were excited to celebrate our wedding at this venue, drawn by its strong reputation and beautiful space. Unfortunately, several issues during our reception led to a disappointing experience for both us and our guests. First, just 30 minutes before the reception was supposed to begin, it was clear the venue was not fully ready. Our day-of coordinator had trouble locating our assigned wedding specialist or any managerial staff to assist with final setup needs. My Dad and brother needed to ask for someone to assist multiple times. This added stress during what should have been a calm, smooth transition into the evening. Throughout the reception, service was noticeably lacking. Guests were skipped during entrée service and had to alert the staff to receive their meals. The food that was served was undercooked for several guests, and many received the wrong entree despite us providing a clearly outlined entree selection spreadsheet in advance. If certain entrees were unable to be secured, I hoped the venue would have told us. It was also apparent that the venue was understaffed. While we understand that staffing challenges can happen, a venue with this level of experience and reputation should have been able to manage those challenges without it becoming obvious to the couple and guests. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, we experienced a number of guest cancellations. While we were already feeling disheartened by this, a comment from the sales coordinator that she had "never seen this many cancellations before a wedding" felt unprofessional and unnecessary. Overall, while the setting was beautiful and some staff members were kind and helpful, the overall experience did not reflect the level of service or organization we expected. For such an important occasion, we had hoped for better communication, preparedness, and attention to detail. Update (8/6/2025): Please note it has been 2 weeks since Morgan's advised they would reach out and I have not heard from anyone.

The easiest decision we made during wedding planning was booking Morgan’s on Fulton. We loved how beautiful the space is and loved that the enclosure on the rooftop allowed us to enjoy the skyline regardless of what the weather would be. When we did our venue tour, we knew Morgan’s was our venue based on the aesthetic but also were sold on Kasey. Kasey is the kind of person you want in your corner on your wedding day to make sure everything goes smoothly. She is experienced and incredibly knowledgeable, flexible and easy going, and detail oriented. Kasey answered all of our questions quickly, no matter the volume and how silly they were. Prior to deciding our menu, there was a change in the beer options. Our families are big Miller Lite drinkers and that was no longer an option. When we asked Kasey about it, she quickly made the adjustment for us. When the ceremony ends and cocktail hour begins, the servers are walking around with drinks as well as apps but there were not lines immediately after the ceremony. My husband and I have been to countless weddings at this point and one of our concerns about doing late night bites was that it is usually put in the corner away from the dance floor and guests aren’t aware of it. At Morgan’s, the servers will walk around with the late night bites to get the smell in the air and so that guests know there is late night bites. I’m glad they did this because all our bites were eaten and nothing went to waste. After the ceremony, Kasey and her team set up a private table for us to have our drink of choice and all the apps. I mentioned to Kasey that a few bridesmaids will be pregnant and she made sure that there was non-alcoholic margarita mix available at each bar. Kasey and her team has seriously thought of everything to make sure that your wedding or event goes perfectly. The biggest feedback we received from guests was how good the food and drink was. Our wedding was weeks ago and I still have guests telling me how good the meat, apps, and desserts were. The truffle mashed potatoes are honestly to die for. I will also be dreaming about the arancini app for a very long time. We did the spicy margarita as the signature drink and received so many compliments on it. My grandmother who doesn’t drink much enjoyed them so much that she had 2! My husband and I had the best wedding and cannot thank Kasey and the Morgan’s on Fulton team enough!

Morgans on Fulton provided an incredible experience from our first contact all the way through the very end of our wedding day. We worked with Kasey, who is an absolute JOY. She answered every question we had, gave us honest and helpful opinions on how to make our ideas work, and was always one step ahead on making sure we had everything we could possibly need (whether we thought of it or not!). She also made our tasting the most fun day of wedding planning, and helped us narrow down Morgan’s AMAZING food options. I was nervous our 80 person guest count would feel small in the space, but they set it up in a way that the room always felt full and so perfect! Plus, the retractable roof was perfect when it rained for 5 minutes in the middle of our reception, it closed and reopened post-rain without anyone even noticing (or getting wet!)! We’ve had several guests tell us Morgan’s also had the best wedding food they’ve ever tasted- and we definitely agree! In addition, the beverage director worked with us on some wine upgrades that were amazing, he absolutely nailed it on sourcing exactly what we were looking for! All around, I don’t think we could’ve picked a better venue for our wedding- we were SO happy with our experience with Morgan’s and truly can’t thank their staff enough!

We picked Morgan's based on the 5-star reviews it got. Seriously. We did! ... From the excellent reviews about the staff, to the response time and FOOD. Then, when we took an initial tour of the venue, we fell in love immediately. And now ... here's OUR 5-star review ... Our guests responses: "The steak is the best I've ever had" "Your venue was perfect" "The vibe was amazing" "That rooftop looked like a movie set" And we felt ALL of that for being true! Lots go into a wedding ... but the venue could be the single most important piece to the day. We worked with Jena ... who was so knowledgeable and responsive. Seriously, over a period of a year of communication and planning, we never had to wait more than a couple hours to get a response to a question ... and it's not like Jena nor Morgan's didn't have anything going on ... they have something every weekend (and it feels like every other day.) She was busy, but never made us feel like she was too busy to answer any question .. big or small! At Morgan's, we LOVED the retractable roof and the views and the "vibe" of the rooftop ... so we wanted all of our "main" events of our day located there ... meaning....the ceremony and the reception/dinner, etc. Jena didn't blink with those requests. Told us we would just need about 60 min to flip the space appropriately, so the venue would escort our guests down one level to the loft room. Equally as cool of a space, and for us, worked perfectly for a 60-90 minute cocktail reception while the crew worked to flip the rooftop from a ceremony space to a dinner/reception space. The loft room was big enough for our 120 guests to mingle and socialize, have appetizers (which were amazing) and drinks as well as entertain themselves with a 360 Photo Booth. Perfect size! Morgan's then was able to escort our guests up to the rooftop seamlessly ... honestly, we got ZERO complaints about the movement piece of our night. So expect all of that with Morgan's .... versatility with the venue, and the different rooms you can choose from .... the friendliness and effectiveness of the staff ... and the incredible menu. Honestly, the menu lived up to its billing. A perfect amount of appetizer choices, entree, dessert and even "late night" bites choices. I mentioned about the rave reviews on the steak ... how can a chef cook 60 steaks perfectly? This chef did! ... Also, we have a gluten-free and vegan family, and we felt very satisfied with the choices on the menu that accommodated EVERYONE's dietary restrictions. One note that could help the next client.... Morgan's does have some furniture and room decoration choices for your event, which would not be an extra cost; however, we felt like those choices were very limited. We wanted table linens for our dinner and cocktail reception, as well as copper mugs for our signature "Moscow Max" drink, (named after our pup pup) ... and all of those things we had to pay extra for. Morgan's did make it easy for us, in ordering the linens, transporting them, taking them down, and they allowed us to provide our own copper mugs. Super helpful with that service. However, if you have a budget, make sure you ask some of those questions beforehand. Take a look at their rental choices on their website and ask about costs for linens, extra chairs, even specific glasses or mugs. We lucked out ... the weather was perfect on a Sept night for our wedding. The rooftop was perfect. The food was perfect. The service (led by Jena) was top notch. It led to the best night of our lives. Thank you, Morgan's!

Yelp
We came here for the wedding a very good friend of ours because he was a very good friend. This was the weekend of the staycation for me and The Doctor's 25th anniversary and the ceremony was at 5 pm on a Friday. This required us getting dressed prior to checking into the hotel, then getting a Uber to this location. We arrived at the location and I immediately checked into the place next door (Marvin's Food & Fuel). What I didn't know was that they were connected. Morgan is the event venue, Marvin is the restaurant. Morgan's is a three story building. There is an outdoor area for sitting as well as playing bean bag toss. The first floor is akin to a reception area where there was a bar and we waited until it was time for the ceremony, which was on the 2nd floor. The space for the ceremony was laid out nicely and the staff was very nice. They were passing out glasses of champagne as we walked in. After the ceremony, we went up to the 3rd floor. Lawdy, that space was amazing! The tables for dining were set up long style under a wonderful view of the sky. There was an elevated area where a band played and open bar with bubbles (yay!). The food was wonderful, there were small delicious tidbits being passed around. Our friends decided to do a tidbit bingo where you played bingo with the lovely tidbits being passed around. Dinner was buffet style, with Italian and Mexican. Both were great, with the Italian side serving pancetta, perfectly cooked. I was in Mexican heaven because they served carnitas and I love pork! The staff, starting from the first floor all the way to the top, were very professional, attentive and cordial. I don't think often about hiring out a space to have an event, but I would consider doing something here at this location. Of course we loved sharing our friends special day, but Morgan's helped to make it a fun evening flowing with bubbles and pork.

Yelp
Fantastic venue for weddings, Absolutely love the rooftop top deck. There are three levels, the third floor is the roof top deck with both indoor and outdoor space. They have a bar and dining on the first floor. there is also outdoor dining with cornhole board, The guests absolutely love renting the Alexa Selfie Booth with cool video mode. Just search them online, they are use to working with the venue. Just look for Alexa Selfie Booth Chicago for easy online booking.

Yelp
My wife and I recently had our wedding at Morgan's on Fulton and it was a phenomenal venue! The ceremony room was indoors but sunlit and beautiful, however the main attraction was the reception on the roof. The roof has a glass-retractable rooftop for rain-or-shine events, as well as a huge outdoor patio area with excellent views of the Chicago skyline. They additionally provided all food and drinks for our wedding, and the meals were 10/10. Could not recommend enough.

Yelp
I attended an event here involving wine, catering, servers, mingling, a lecture, and desserts. We entered on the main floor, hung up our coats, and then took the elevator up to the event. The servers were super attentive and friendly. They kept the wine and food coming. The food that was laid out for us was beautifully presented and I tasted fancy foods I wasn't expecting (I.e. ahí tuna whatever and truffle oil somethings). Dessert was also delicious with chocolate brownie (?) churros, yum! My only complaint is that the lighting during the lecture was awkward. The presentation was projected onto one wall that had lighting directly above it. That meant that while you look at the presentation, you also had lights shining back into your eyes. Maybe if we were standing up it wouldn't have been so bad. Overall, excellent place for mingling and nosh, but odd for seminars/ sit down presentations.

Yelp
We got married at Morgan's back in June 2021. We unfortunately had a pretty awful experience. I will first mention the good and why I did not leave 1 star - the team was communicative and accommodating during covid and the planning process and seemed to have everything in order. Additionally, this venue is BEAUTIFUL. That can't be overlooked and our wedding photos came out amazing. However, the beautiful venue does not outweigh our rehearsal and wedding day experience. We were given a time of 5:30pm Thursday for rehearsal. Our party waited downstairs while they finished up another apt upstairs. They came downstairs late as we waiting and were in a huge rush before we even started and were asking if we were ready (we were waiting for them to get started - not visa versa). There is only one elevator so it took at least 10min for our entire party to get upstairs - as we waiting for everyone they told us we only had 15min to do our entire rehearsal due to them running late because they had another appointment. They went ahead and still let the other appointment up while we were rehearsing anyway and still rushed us out. We were not rehearsed and nobody knew what they were doing going into our wedding day. After this, I was pretty upset and checked with our planner that this would not be the situation for our actually wedding day and she assured me it would not. We also checked with her, because it was hot, that AC would be on during our wedding day if the roof was closed. Wedding day - it was pouring and there were tornado warnings. Nobody at the venue could tell our trolly where to enter. Bridesmaids had to go inside in the Main entrance in the rain to find someone. It took and extra 20min for us to find someone and circle the building trying to find the other entrance for the bridal party. The guests were still downstairs and not being told/guided to head upstairs by anyone when we were now 10min past our start time. By the time the bridal party arrived,30min late due to circling the building and the weather - the staff was rushing us and telling us we were late and they needed to get us moving to meet our end time. They also approached our pastor and asked him to cut down our ceremony. Thankfully he said no. Ceremony begins and AC turns off - bridal party is sweating during the entire ceremony as the sun comes out. Ceremony ends, we are still within our reserved time at the venue and have only about 10min left to take pictures - a Morgan's employee comes and lets us know - no need to rush our photos and it's ok if we go a bit over on time after rushing our entire ceremony. We checked with the venue ahead of time to make sure that if we approached our ceremony end time, we would be rushed out. They assured us this would not be the case, but it is exactly what happened. Overall - we would not recommend this venue for a wedding until the event planning team can do better.

Yelp
We had our wedding at Morgan's on Fulton on the rooftop and I cannot say enough good things about the venue, the staff and the whole experience! We were truly amazed by the event and how it all came together - the food was UNREAL and the drink selection is on point (I'd be lying if I said the food and drink tasting wasn't the best part of the planning process)! We worked directly with Kasey from start to finish and she made the whole experience FUN and seamless for us - she had endless recommendations and truly helped us so much in the actual planning of everything. We can't wait to host another event at Morgan's and with the Morgan's team!

Yelp
From the moment we walked into Morgan's we fell in love with it. We knew the search for our wedding venue was over 5 minutes into the tour, it was perfect. My then fiancé cried 5 times that day, tears of joy. There is, quite literally, no other venue like it. 4 beautiful floors each with its own vibe & story to tell. Every one of our 150+ guests was in awe at the unique beauty of the place, from the skyline view to the art gallery to the surprises awaiting in the basement, no one saw it coming. Macie & Justin were fun & awesome to work with for the entire year we got to know them. We looked forward to every visit. Communication was great. We were given all the creative control we could hope for.. and the final result was a wedding that a lot of our loved ones remarked was the greatest they'd ever attended. That would 100% not have been the case without Morgan's. It will always be a special place to us & we couldn't recommend it/them enough, especially if you're looking for a completely unique wow factor.

Yelp
Great location for events. 2 floors , wheel chair-accessible. Washrooms on both floor with plenty of space to move about.

Yelp
We had our daughter and son-in-law's wedding at MoF in August. The venue is wonderful with the beautiful roof top and our greenery and florals on the long tables were lovely. There were some very major problems however that one should know before booking this event space. First, let me say that Kasey was responsive and great to work with throughout the planning process. But, come the day of the wedding we found there to be major flaws in the food service. We paid $22/person for passed appetizers, all which tasted delicious at the tasting. The issue was the servers hardly brought out any appetizers and I continually asked what was happening and one server told me they had to carry up platters from two floors below. Noone from MoF catering staff was there to field my concerns during the party. First of all, my guests did not get much appetizers, many told me they had 1-2 appetizers. I paid for 7 each. This was the start of the food service problem. If you don't get the food you pay for, how is that fair? Moving on to dinner, the first course of salad took some time and then the next course had a lag of 30 minutes. My guests were hungry by then. I asked many times what was happening and the answer was again that it takes time having to carry a few plates at a time up two floors. What? Are you kidding me? Has not one person there thought about an industrial food service cart to go in the elevator? Can they not afford even a pully? The food quality was very nice when we finally got it, but for the vegans that ordered the risotto it was under cooked and they had to remake it. Again, waiting for food. I thought I'd be writing a glowing review but in the end I was not pleased with these issues.

Yelp
My company hosted a very last minute event at MoF a couple weekends ago and it was AMAZING! From the venue space and staff to the catering and entertainment.. everything exceeded our expectations! Pre-Event: Macie, Keely, Justin & Booker were incredible to our company! They are so easy to get in touch with and communicated so well throughout the planning process. They answered all our questions, were very flexible with our wants/needs and just a very fun group to work with! We walked through the venue 3 times before the event and the group was always able to accommodate our needs. Never once had an issue with them! Day of: I stopped by the venue during load-in a few hours before the event and everyone was working extremely hard to make sure everything was clean, organized and beautiful for when guests arrived! Booker & Justin were not afraid to get their hands dirty when it came time for it. For example... We had a leko light & gobo that we wanted to use to project our company's logo on the brick wall on the rooftop. This was a very last minute decision on our part and I didn't know how it worked. Justin was climbing onto things to try to help me mount the light. He is extremely professional and super kind & helpful. During: We reserved all 4 floors at the venue because we expected close to 500 people when we first planned the party. We ended up with nearly 300 people but it was really nice to have the 4 floors to roam around. The basement "dance floor" space was so fun for all ages, the gallery level was a great pre-party space to mingle and grab a "welcome" drink, the 2nd floor loft space worked perfectly for our main food level and the rooftop was definitely loved for it's open air element and stunning view. The venue's staff helped guide our guests through the venue the entire time. They also had security outside to help shut off the event to the public, which did not become an issue at all. The only suggestion I would have for the venue is to invest in big, fun lights directing guests to the staircases & elevator. Guest flow was very manageable, but we feel like that many of our guests had a hard time finding the staircases and the one elevator was not efficient enough for a group of 300+. Hope to attend another event at Morgan's on Fulton soon!!! Would definitely recommend to any sized group and any type of event!

Yelp
I was fortunate to score 2 free tickets this weekend to the Taste Talks conference! I had never even noticed this event space, which is directly next door to La Sirena Clandestina. The event space wasn't fancy, but it served its purpose. The space was unique and was 2 floors, a basement, and a rooftop. It looks like a warehouse/loft, but it's more like a blank canvas to design your own concept. At the taste talk event they kept the space scenery simple. I was asked to be one of the judges for the competition. They were able to transform the space into a judges panel/cooking kitchen. I like that you are able to transform the space into your vision. Great space to whole an event and right off the green line. I had a great time!

Yelp
Kasey, Jena and the entire events staff at Morgan's on Fulton made our rehearsal dinner dreams become a reality! We envisioned a space where our friends and family could gather, celebrate and kick off the most incredible weekend of our lives...Morgan's allowed us to do that and so much more! The second floor lounge and open rooftop easily accommodated our large party size, allowing everyone to catch up and flow throughout the night. Many of our guests traveled from out of town and have never been to Chicago before - the rooftop provided beautiful views of West Loop & Skyline while still maintaining the feel of an intimate setting. So many of our guests made a point of saying that our event felt so "us" and that is because the amazing team at Morgan's incorporated who we are and what we wanted into the entire event. Our initial rehearsal dinner plans were impacted by COVID-19 restrictions and the Morgan's group could not have been more accommodating and helpful in bringing our special evening to life! We can't thank this team enough and would recommend this space for any personal & professional events!

Yelp
I have never been more poorly treated by staff than at this venue: "Where do you think you're going?!" "I am just looking for the Men's Room." "You can't be down here!!" "Really? Why not? My family rented this venue." "You can't just go wherever you feel like!!" "I am just looking for the Men's Room." "This floor is off limits!!" "Considering the first floor has the only exit, I don't believe that is true." "Hey, I'm talkin' to you!!" "I know, I heard you. I am just looking for the Men's Room." It was all downhill from there. Suggestions for improvement: 1. Mark the restrooms with easily apparent signs. 2. If a guest is looking for the restrooms, train the staff to direct them to where the restrooms are. 3. Hire security staff that are not complete jerks.

Yelp
We were married here earlier this summer. We had high confidence that the space would be beautiful. What we did not expect, and what truly blew us away, was the warmth and incredible service from the Morgans on Fulton team. In planning a wedding, it's difficult to not feel like just another "bride", another checkbook. Every venue felt a bit generic, and every venue coordinator felt like they had a preplanned event in mind before they even met us. At Morgan's on Fulton, we were treated like family throughout the planning process, with knowledge and understanding, flexibility and above-and-beyond service. We were greeted with knowledgeable optimism and sheer positivity in every meeting. Requests were met with kindness and questions were answered promptly with advice and information. Our (Ok. Fine, MY) standards are incredibly high. We were very aware that we were asking for a lot: from furniture rearrangement, out of town vendors with individual requests of the space, to a meticulous (and extended) timeline with lots of moving parts. There was nothing but enthusiastic accommodation and personal attention from the start. After our wedding, we heard endless awe and admiration for the beauty of the space. From the ground floor gallery where we held our welcome beverages, to the 2nd floor ceremony space, to the penthouse and roofdeck where we held our dinner and dancing reception with a fantastic view of the skyline. What truly stuck with us, though, was the relationship we built with Keely and Booker and Jonathan. We feel as though we have made true friends and are so grateful for the experience we had working together. Seriously. We're blown away by their attention to detail and how much they care. Their work is truly impressive and we would recommend this venue to anyone! We can't wait to hold our next event there soon.

Yelp
My company hosted our summer party at Morgan's on Fulton. Not only did we have plenty of fun outdoor space where we could hang out, but the staff was hugely helpful and professional. We catered food and the space was set up great for it. Make sure to snap some pics with the view!!

Yelp
Love everything about this space! Not only was my event executed perfectly by each and every staff member, but they did so quickly and with a great attitude. I haven't had a lot of great experiences throwing corporate events, but Keely and the rest of the staff did everything they could (including coming in on a Saturday AND Sunday while they had the day off) to make sure we were happy. Most importantly, the space was impeccable and the view of the Chicago skyline can't be beat, our guests wouldn't stop talking about it for the next few weeks. Definitely recommend Morgan's on Fulton for any type of event.

Yelp
I have had 2 events here and both could not have been any better. The space was gorgeous, perfectly lit, great music, amazing drinks and small bites. The staff was beyond helpful and welcoming. The space is extremely diverse and is perfect for a wide variety of events. We had a large birthday party there and would highly recommend this event space for someone looking to do a party the right way. We also had our company anniversary party there! Each floor had a different theme, and we could not have made this come to fruition without the help of the internal MoF team. The amount of creativity you can get with this space is second to none! Not to mention, one of the best evening views of our beautiful city of Chicago! 5/5

Yelp
Most recently, we had our Side-front Corporate event at Morgans. Keely Hogan the Director of Sales worked with our corporate event team on all details making this event one of our biggest hits with our clients. Morgan not only was a pleasure to work with, she was able to visualize all details ahead of the event which helped us to iron out all the specifics, ending up in a flawless event. Being in the event business for several years, I was able to identify Keely's skills to be most accurate and perceptual with our event. Keely also thought outside the box with ideas which enhanced the event. I would highly recommend planning any Corporate Event or Wedding at Morgan's on Fulton. The space is very flexible and Keely Hogan was absolutely a pleasure to work with.

Yelp
Love this place! Industrial yet warm, urban chic with an amazing rooftop terrace.

Yelp
The space was the only thing that lived up to expectations. The staff was rude, defensive, unhelpful throughout the day/night. I loved my wedding, and everything was perfect, with the exception of the venue staff and situations that arose involving them. 1. The wrong chairs were set up on the rooftop for the reception. What should have been a, "our mistake, we'll fix it as soon as possible" issue, Keely got very defensive, tried blaming me, and finally conceded to changing the chairs to what was originally promised only after a tedious discussion. 2. Air conditioning was not set low enough in any of the spaces. 3. During the after party event (11pm-1am in the Studio), there was sewage leaking into the basement bathroom from the bathroom above. After searching several areas of the building and still unable to locate anyone from the venue, the maid of honor located the staff member in the sidewalk area outside of the building. 4. Staff Issues -- The DJ had attempted to get assistance with the sound and light issues in the basement before the wedding ceremony began, but the problem was not addressed by venue staff until well after the "after hours" party began. -- I actually thought that one of Morgan's staff members was a guest, because he was standing around mingling on the platform on the rooftop. -- There were several instances where, because the point person from the venue was nowhere to be found, catering staff resulted to asking the bridal party and guests for direction as they did not know where things needed to go. -- General staff attitude was rude and defensive. 5. Communication issues throughout the entire process. Keely was very slow to respond to emails, and usually didn't until I followed up first. There was a lot of back and forth communication on the floor plans, resulting from Keely not listening and not even having the correct information about my wedding.

Yelp
Getting married at Morgan's on Fulton was the best decision we made! From the minute we stepped foot in this stunning space, we knew it was going to be the perfect setting for creating a wedding that felt original, sophisticated, romantic and "so us". It is impeccably outfitted with such personality and allowed us to pull together the most magical wedding night. Our guests were beyond impressed! Keely was amazing from first phone call to final check in- so friendly, fun to chat with, responsive and accommodating beyond. Can't recommend this space more highly.

Yelp
Everything was perfect! From the start working with Keely was great; she was super responsive and helpful with any and all questions and requests we threw at her. The day off both Keely and Booker worked well with our vendors and coordinator to ensure everything was running smoothly and providing any help where needed. We had our wedding here with just over 120+ guests back in early August. Every guest was in awe of the setup and the uniqueness of the venue when first stepping out the elevator. We had compliments for weeks and guests are still reminiscing the night. The rooftop was great as we were able to fit all guests for a seated dinner on the deck and still have more than enough room for a large dance floor section. I will recommend Morgans to anyone seeking a venue space and without hesitation i would book Morgans again if I had an option of living the event all over again.

Yelp
My organization The Iconoclast Dinner Experience which hosts a series of culinary events in NYC held our first Chicago event at Morgan's on Fulton in April 2017 to kick off The James Beard Foundation Awards. The guests of our All-Star Culinary Bash event were so impressed by the unique architecture, exposed brick and overall aesthetic of the venue which is located in a very trendy part of town. It's always very nerve wracking hosting an event in a new city in a new venue. Everything ran seamlessly, we had several award winning chefs on the event as well as a catering company along with other staff. There were a lot of wheels churning, the team at Morgan's on Fulton ensured that everything ran like a finely tuned machine. All of our pre-event deliveries were handled with care, and our guests had a fabulous time. The great thing is, while we only used one floor, they have three floors, and we have room to grow as the event grows. We're looking forward to hosting all of our Chicago-based events at Morgan's on Fulton.

Yelp
An incredible spot in the best part of the city. We had an incredible party and the people working were so kind and generous. The space is beautiful and the rooftop is like no other!

Yelp
Morgan's on Fulton is one of the most beautiful and unique event spaces I have ever used! I was able to use the STUNNING roof top and penthouse for my husbands 30th and it was everything I dreamed of and more! Overlooking the skyline, perfect decor, and the vibe of the industrial look was PERFECT! They are the most accommodating people to work with and are truly a venue about PEOPLE. WHATEVER your event, they want to work with you and help make it perfect! Totally wish I knew about this place when I got married...it is the perfect place!

Yelp
I had the pleasure of coordinating a wedding at Morgan's on Fulton in June of 2016. The space is beautiful with so many possibilities due to the different rooms built into this multi-story venue. The couple I worked with utilized the first floor gallery space for a welcome reception. Following that, guests were invited up to Suite C on the second floor for the ceremony. The celebration continued with cocktail hour, a seated dinner, and dancing on the rooftop penthouse floor. Guests then moved to the indoor portion of the rooftop space for more dancing during the after party, however Studio M would have also been a great location for the after party. The beautiful weather allowed for an alfresco rooftop dining experience under the cafe string lights, which felt really unique and special (I can't say I know of too many venues in downtown Chicago that have space to host the dinner and dancing portion of the evening outside). The venue was built in late 2015 and has a cool, modern vibe with unique details throughout. The space comes equipped with lots of great amenities as well - a few different kinds of chair options, indoor lounge furniture and outdoor sofas for the rooftop cabanas, gorgeous teak dining tables, a built-in rooftop bar, house audio system, and a kitchen space that's a dream for any catering company to work in. The neutral color palate and simple, clean furniture act as a great base, allowing the client to still personalize the look and feel of the space through their decor, however you really don't need to add much at all to dress up the space - it shines on it's own! The Morgan's On Fulton Team that I worked with - Keely, Justin, and Booker - couldn't have been more helpful, friendly, or accommodating. Keely was positive and responsive in our email communication leading up to the big day. She gave great floor plan recommendations for the ceremony and reception layout based on our client's vision and what she knew would work best in the space. On the wedding day, the venue team had all of their house furniture set up as discussed so that all other vendors (DJ, florist, etc.) could start setting up upon arrival. When I had questions during set-up or throughout the evening, they were great resources for me and were always willing to lend a helping hand. Their joyful energy and professionalism with guests, other vendors, and myself did not go unnoticed. They were part of the stellar team that helped our mutual clients and all their guests have such a memorable experience at the wedding. Although I worked at the venue for a wedding, I've had a pleasure of attending a networking event there, and know the space lends itself well to pop-up dinners, gallery shows, meetings, and other functions. I can't say enough good things about this beautiful space and the rock star team that works there - they made the whole process seamless and fun from start to finish. I hope to have the chance to work at Morgan's on Fulton again in the near future!
