Morningside Cafe

Stopped by for a quick coffee and was so sad we couldn’t stay any longer. It was such a beautiful atmosphere and was clearly very intentional about the good vibes. We had the opportunity to speak with the owner - he was so wonderful and kind. The coffee is great, they have lots of options including alternative milks. It would be a good place to get some work done or hang with friends. We parked on the neighboring street, so it was pretty convenient. Would highly recommend!!

Discovering Morningside Cafe this past week was a true delight! They offer a fantastic selection of coffee, tea, and pastries in a cozy environment perfect for work or relaxation. It's a gem in the Morningside community, providing great value and a welcoming space for all. I certainly look forward to visiting weekly and happy to have a cafe right nearby home.

I happened upon this place on accident but my experience was great i got a French vanilla latte that was really good but I think it was missing the hazelnut which makes it a French vanilla latte and the morning side frappe could have been blended smoother but the person I got it for enjoyed it. The bacon and cheese croissant was ok it had something spicy on it and I wish I would’ve known because I don’t eat spicy food however that could have been my fault for not asking but everything was great and the service was even better and the cafe is beautiful

Very nice coffee shop to come sit, chill while enjoying some good Latte or coffee drink. Lovely deco. Great and friendly service from Jeffrey and the young lady. The owner is an great guy to talk to. You did great here Jeffrey. I recommend this place and will definetely be back. Thanks.

Absolutely the best latte in Michigan! Morningside Café on Warren Avenue in Detroit, Michigan, is a true gem. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is kind, and the latte? Another Detroit hidden gem! I recommend trying the lavender coconut matcha tea latte <3 Sidebar, my headphones were dead but they weren't needed. The cafe playlist did not dissapoint - Sunday morning perfection! Helpful suggestion: Create signature drinks.

Vibes are great. Coffee is nice and warm. Cold drinks are available. Food items are yummy. Nice and clean. Great location.

This is my new place to get a midday drink. My mother been coming here for a while so I wanted to see what it was all about and I was so happy with the results. There are so places to relax and work. They have excellent Wi-Fi. And the coffee was delicious. I got a coffee and a latte. Yes, there is a difference and the barista was the owner and he was so kind and so sweet. Someone who knows his customers and I asked for my mother's usual and he knew exactly who I was talking about. The sandwich was delicious This may be my new when I'm working at home. I want a nice place to hang out with friends. Plus they have a loyalty point system.

Great spot! Love supporting local coffee shops. This street is still building up but our coffees and lattes were delicious and the staff working were so nice!
