This was my second time staying at Morpheus. I had a truly enjoyable stay. Breakfast was especially outstanding, with premium items like abalone, scallops, and a great selection of fresh fruits. It really set the tone for the day. Housekeeping was very thoughtful, and the room stayed consistently clean and comfortable throughout my stay.||||I also appreciated the gym experience. It was my first time using the Precor stretching equipment, and Coach Arnold was incredibly helpful. He noticed my incorrect feet placement, stopped me immediately, demonstrated the proper movements, and guided me patiently. His attentiveness made a strong positive impression.||||While the stay was great overall, the lifts could use some improvement. They move very slowly, and at times they don’t even come up despite being near my floor. I also encountered people approaching to ask about exchanging Hong Kong dollars at the casino or trying to slot their cards into the machine while I was playing, which was uncomfortable. I hope the management can better control this issue.||||Despite these small inconveniences, the trip was still a wonderful experience, and I enjoyed the comfort, service, and premium touches provided. Absolutely fantastic 2-night stay and the room was perfect as always! Breakfast was top notch and they changed the daily special everyday which you won’t get bored if stay for few nights! ||The butler service was exceptional and memorable —Tom and Taurus went above and beyond to make everything perfect. They were attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. Super quick response at any time during the day! Huge thanks to them for making our trip so special. Highly recommend this hotel!

Great customer service! Despite a hiccup in my reserved room, their staff Shirley quickly followed up and made a good rearrangement. Additionally, it’s so kind of her to show us around the hotel's amenities. We were also sincerely taken care of by manager Gar-ling, who arranged limo service for us.||Our suite was comfy and had an open view, though the bed was a bit soft for us.||There’re delicious soup and dessert in the lobby lounge. Customers at the table next to us raved about the food as well.||Having a semi-buffet at the executive lounge was wonderful. Staff was friendly and helpful. However, some guests turned their phones up too loud.||Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

We encountered problem with booking.com which didn’t showed our booking number that corresponds to the record of the hotel system. Both colleagues Shirley and Amber Bellona tried their best to help and liaised with their booking team. Their hospitality and willingness to solve our problem is truly impressive and gave us a peace of mind. |Morpheus has great location, a great interior design but their staff is the key making this hotel human- centred. Highly recommend.

For a hotel at this price point, guests naturally expect a much higher level of service. Morpheus shouldn’t be charging five-star rates while delivering an experience that often feels closer to three stars. A hotel’s reputation can’t rely solely on the fact that it’s a Zaha Hadid–designed property. What matters just as much is how the Guest Services and Front Office teams handle issues, communicate clearly, and ensure guests aren’t being nudged into decisions based on incomplete information. I was genuinely excited to stay here because of the iconic architecture, but several pre-arrival interactions revealed serious gaps in internal coordination. Multiple staff members seemed intent on handling everything themselves and avoided escalating issues due to fear of being reprimanded. In some cases, the communication created an impression of information imbalance that could easily lead guests to make choices they wouldn’t have made with full transparency. Of course, this is simply my experience, and the hotel has every right to disagree. My sincere suggestion is for the hotel to re-evaluate the decision-making authority and training given to the Front Office management team. For a property positioned at this level, it’s concerning when even senior managers appear unwilling—or unable—to proactively resolve issues. Experiences like this inevitably reflect poorly on the broader image of hotels under Melco Resorts & Entertainment.

Check in area is very spacious and grand. Hotel design itself is a marvel. Ran into an issue with our room. Managers Yolanda and Garlin did their best and found a resolution. Jack during breakfast was very friendly and helpful. Arnold at the gym went above and beyond showing the equipment without being promted; just proactively tried to help. The water show at the hotel is also excellent. Mediterranean restaurant at the hotel was average at best.

Haven't come back to Morpheus since Covid, saw some familiar and new faces, Lucy Owen and kingsley helped me for check in and out. Very helpful and provided excellent services! Manager Garlin also arranged a room with wanted view for me, glad to have them for this stay! Also appreciates Bell Leo helped for luggages. Judy and Amber did room orientation for me and my friends , introduced hotel facilities and surrounding in details, they also made a tour plan for me which is far beyond my expectations, Trainee Joanna with beautiful smile also boosted the stay experience, can’t say how much I appreciate them and definitely is coming back for another stay!

Hotel service was exceptional, flowers were prepared for our anniversary celebration. Hotel room and swimming pool were modern and clean. Highly recommend this hotel. One minor flaw was the pillow were too soft.
