My family and I had a great experience at Morpheus. Hotel was beautiful, and clean. Turn down service was great. The staff ( Shirley, Vivien, Annon, and Eme) also to the person who turned down our room. They were great to my whole family. Thank you so much.

The service really stood out 💫. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and professional, making sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. A special thanks to the team for their kindness 🙌😊 and I specially want to thank Mirella, she was incredibly kind, she made me and my little ones feel so comfortable and care for💘✨

We visited Morpheus hotel when we visited City of dreams Macau. Lola, the hotel ambassador is very friendly and kindly introduced the environment to us. The architecture is amazing and the interior design is eye popping. We will definitely stay here next time!

We came here to celebrate my birthday and we had a wonderful time. This is our second stay, and we booked the Premium King Loft for 2 nights. The hotel and the room look as stylish as we remembered. Even though a few years have passed, everything inside the room appears brand new. ||What we appreciate most is their attention to detail. There was a “Happy Birthday” message on my key card, which was a lovely surprise. Housekeeping did an excellent job, even replenishing the fruit basket twice during our short stay. Breakfast at the Club Lounge was enjoyable. The staff member remembered our preferences when taking our orders on the second morning, which was impressive. In fact, everyone we encountered throughout the hotel was courteous and friendly while providing outstanding service.||We had dinner at Alain Ducasse, and it is definitely one of Macau’s top dining experiences. Food was amazing as expected. We were offered a tour of the wine cellar and they even arranged our dessert course to be served at the Chef’s table. A decadent chocolate soufflé for my birthday was presented alongside the regular dessert from the menu. It was a memorable evening. ||Yi, the Chinese restaurant, offered another not to be missed culinary experience. The sea cucumber course on the seasonal menu was remarkable. We also stopped by the bar at L’attitude before our dinner at Yi, where we enjoyed delicious cocktails and a pleasant chat with the bartender. ||While there are many hotels to choose from in Macau, we believe we will return to Morpheus for the luxurious accommodation, extraordinary hospitality and amazing Michelin star dining.

Our stay at Morpheus was truly memorable. The hotel is stunning, but what stood out most were the thoughtful touches and surprises throughout — from small gifts to personalized details. A big thank you to our butlers Randy, Kew, and Tom, who went above and beyond to make us feel special. Their warmth and attention to detail made all the difference. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Macau!

We had a great stay at Morpheus. The rooms were clean, spacious and well-equipped and the service was superb. Hysan from the front desk was helpful and he showed us the art exhibition on the 23/F as well as the Horst photo exhibition that was on display in the mall. Housekeeping was wonderful and took care of us in the most minute details -- for example, they tidied up our phone cables with Morpheus-branded cable ties and replenished our fruits and snack bars daily. Requests for items such as water and pillows were delivered promptly. The hotel staff were all really polite and eager to serve. Will definitely come back.

Haven't come back to Morpheus since Covid, saw some familiar and new faces, Lucy Shirley and Owen helped me for check in and out. Very helpful and provided excellent services! Manager Garlin also arranged a room with wanted view for me, glad to have them for this stay! Also appreciates Bell Hyson and Leo’s help for luggages. Judy and Alan did room orientation for me, introduced hotel facilities and surrounding in details, they also made a tour plan for me which is far beyond my expectations, can’t say how much I appreciate them and definitely is coming back for another stay!

The Morpheus hotel is stunningly gorgeous with none of the over the top fake facades like the strip hotels like the Venetian or Parisian. If you want the total relaxing 5 star hotel stay in Macau, the Morpheus and the other hotels in the City of Dreams cluster is where you should go.
