Morpheus

I believe this is the best 5 star hotel in Macau. I’ve stayed in most of top tier hotels in Las Vegas(Aria, Wynn, Venetian, Caesars Palace, Bellagio, Cosmopolitan), but our experience at Morpheus exceeded all these Vegas hotels by far, in terms of service, amenities and hotel quality. ||Service, service, service.||We arrived Morpheus from a redeye flight from LAX 10am in the morning. Initially there was some misunderstanding that caused delay in my check-in process. Vickie(Front Operations Manager) intervened and resolved our problem promptly. To apologize for the misunderstanding, Vickie was able to check us in 12 in the noon and extended our checkout to 4pm the next day. ||During our stay, any ask for drinking water or clean towels is just a phone call and delivered within 10 minuets. I had in-room dining around 11:30PM, food quality was great, both delivery and cart removal were on-time.||We had brunch at 30th floor second morning, food and service are hands down amazing. ||Upon departure, checkout process was very smooth; bell attendant came quickly and helped us with luggage. Called taxi for us. ||Location is also great, it’s walking distance to Venetian, Parisian and Londoner.||I would highly highly recommend Morpheus to anyone looking for a luxury experience(especially if you care about service) in Macau.

What an unforgettable experience at the Morpheus Hotel!|Starting from Armon at the front operation with his smile, continuing with Leona that was very available showing us the beautiful art at the hotel, then having one of the best experience ever dining at Alaine Ducasse restaurant where Joe was passionately sharing his massive knowledge about wine and even letting us visiting the wine cellar and meeting the starred chef Cedric.|The cherry on the cake was Kelvin that during breakfast with his bubbly energy made us feeling very welcome at the Club Lounge. |I can’t thank you enough for the best 2 days we ever had in Macau!

One of the best 3 nights I ever had. Impeccable service. Excellent zao can (breakfast) package either in room or exclusive restaurant. Easy to explore outside for more shopping and tour. Amazing views of cotai. Great bathtub / fascinating red elevator views. So luxurious.

I stayed here for a weekend. The rooms are well kept, large and modern, and the building style and ambience is very nice too.||But the highlight is definitely the service. I had several special requests, and the staff did their absolute best to accommodate me and my partner (including allowing us to view the gallery after hours - special shout out to Armon).

This review is overdue but we had the pleasure of staying at this property back on Feb 2024 and departed with such elated emotion that we have yet to experience and being seasoned world travelers,||||Most amazing staffs on site ever!!!! Mike, Betty, Bevis, and Jeffrey etc....!!! They wholeheartedly believe that they were simply just “doing their jobs” and not leaving guests such as wife and I re-invigorating in the lost art of hospitality!||||Till this day, as I'm writing this, I'm still getting "goose bumps" thinking about our experiences there……such a majestic oasis and pairing it with caring/compassionate staffs. Now that is winning combination!||||All in all, everyone you meet here absolutely love their jobs and will literally bend over backwards to accommodate all of your requests!!!! Top notch establishment and we will return for sure, years after years after years :)

We were amazed by the unique design of Morpheus Lounge so tried their afternoon tea set which a bit pricey but worth it! Their set is really so eye catching and mouth watering but I was so reluctant to eat them because of their presentation and uniqueness. The best part of it all is the incomparable hospitality and awesome service of all the crew as well as the captain of the shop. They’re so attentive and very responsive in all our requests. This is lounge is so irresistible and highly recommended if you are willing to spend a pricey but classy one!

booked this hotel for my boss, the hotel very concern and on point with everything will recommended for other to stay... tip please reserve the room early to save the money last min is expensive
