Morpheus

We had a great stay at Morpheus. The rooms were clean, spacious and well-equipped and the service was superb. Hysan from the front desk was helpful and he showed us the art exhibition on the 23/F as well as the Horst photo exhibition that was on display in the mall. Housekeeping was wonderful and took care of us in the most minute details -- for example, they tidied up our phone cables with Morpheus-branded cable ties and replenished our fruits and snack bars daily. Requests for items such as water and pillows were delivered promptly. The hotel staff were all really polite and eager to serve. Will definitely come back.

The Morpheus hotel is stunningly gorgeous with none of the over the top fake facades like the strip hotels like the Venetian or Parisian. If you want the total relaxing 5 star hotel stay in Macau, the Morpheus and the other hotels in the City of Dreams cluster is where you should go.

My stay at the newly opened City of Dream Morpheus Macau was impressive in many ways. The hotel’s futuristic design is striking, with a grand lobby that feels like a glimpse into the future. The spacious rooms are a standout, featuring an advanced tech system that lets you control lighting, climate, and window shades effortlessly—truly elevating the guest experience.The service was exceptional, with attentive staff who personally escorted us to our room, making us feel welcomed and valued. Their professionalism and warmth were top-notch.However, I was disappointed to find that the gym room wasn’t open 24 hours. For a hotel with such cutting-edge amenities, this felt like a surprising oversight, especially for guests with varied schedules.Overall, City of Dream Morpheus Macau offers a blend of innovative design, high-tech comfort, and excellent hospitality, but the limited gym hours were a letdown. Still a great choice for a modern, memorable stay, though I hope they extend gym access in the future.

Generous room size, exceptional design and workmanship, yet convenient for the user. Mattress and pillow are a little too soft. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at the Morpheus, the architectural and interior design was extraordinary. The futuristic feeling on the space was balanced with the natural light during the day, and lighting at night was beautiful. The service was excellent, all staffs were friendly and helpful, special thanks for the front operation staff Samuel who gave me a brief tour of the building. I had a great time and will definitely stay at the Morpheus again.
