Your average supermarket but we’re this supermarket excels is the staff and especially staff in the café, who are friendly, welcoming and happy to help. I’d like to give a special mention to Tracey who is a star and went out of her way to make sure my meal spot up. 👍🏻

Veg was covered in spits and damaged, carrots were mouldy. Toilets smelt like they hadn't been properly cleaned in weeks. Hardly builds you and apetete to eat anything from there.

Been shopping here for years now, place is getting worse by the week and will be shopping elsewhere going forward. 07:30 on a Saturday morning, baring in mind opening hours have recently changed from 06:00 to 07:00 so 07:30 is rather busy, and 0 manned checkouts. Frequent occurrence, even coming on a Friday evening peak time there's rarely more than 2 checkouts open. Finding out of date food on the shelves on a weekly basis, right at the front too, not even shoved to the back! Do not recommend.

Big store. Found it oddly laid out. Lovely to find a proper butcher, fish monger, Baker, cheese to the weight you want A pizza bar, a salad bar. It certainly sets itself apart from a normal supermarkets. It has a large carport. Disabled & family parking clearly marked. A pleasant coffee shop offering very reasonably priced food with lots offers. They sell beautiful fresh flowers plus some potted plants for gifts.There's also a dry cleaner & a Timpsons onsite & you can get photos printed off. They also have a petrol station

Consistently terrible. Never have I frequented a supermarket that is always so dire. You're lucky if you ever can grab a basket from the entrance as they're always empty and left at the checkouts (how hard is it to ensure they're replenished)? Same goes for the trolleys too. Numerous fridges are always leaking and the floors are flooded or covered in absorbent pads. The car park lights go off an hour before the store shuts so you can barely see anything if going in after 10pm. There is always a pallet or cage of stuff shoved right in the middle of the store entrance.. why block the main way into the store? The fire alarm panel is constantly going off in the entrance way too. I have reported problems numerous times yet nothing ever improves. The whole store is a shambles.

Second time going and I like the meat and fish sections...Place is good priced and workers are friendly with knowledge of each aisle....

All the staff are really great,genuinely if I knew their names I would name every one of them, but I do remember Ben as he is an exceptional manager. All the staff are truly exceptional, they give so good caromed service that it’s shocking when you go elsewhere. However,. the only thing I would say is that the charity stand would do better on the side on the foyer. That’s all. Staff are so lovely and so kind, all of them, and I visit often so they are consistently wonderful. That’s all.

I am not sure what is going on at Morrisons rubery . The staff are having a meltdown (like they have all had bad news) . I witnessed a lady asking a worker if they had any strawberry cream cakes , the worker said yes but you will have to wait for me to finish reducing these before you give me more work to do . I then witnessed a worker with a trolley crash into another trolley (which happens of course) , the worker looked at the man and said ' you need to watch where you are going '. Finally at the tills I asked the worker to check a price as it was different to the isle , the person sorted it without saying a word and walked off. This all happened in the space of about 20 minutes. Something must be going on behind the scenes as usually the staff are brilliant.

I went to Morrison's this morning and was so shocked at the state of all the so called fresh veg. .its was so bad looked like the scrap left over from market day .disgusting .will not be going again

Car park could and should be extended,massive store.It's a good job they have the self service checkouts now because the queues would be even bigger than they already are otherwise

this is a large store with fresh fish and there market street range. there are lots of parking including parent and child and disabled. i hardly struggle to get a parent space however i do get annoyed when people without children abuse these spaces. The shop is clean and well laid out however the shelves can be empty at certain times - namely friday nights. The staff are friendly however they are not very knowledgable about all the areas of the shop and you may have to search to find someone who will answer your question. The queues at the checkout can get very large as they often dont have enough cashiers on.
