How can you say the best experience with food and fine dining that I've experienced in a while. It was VERY EXPENSIVE. Our bill with drinks and tip was close to $350. This is definitely not an every night outing, but we were there to experience Nashville and treat ourselves so it was worth it. The bartenders worked hand in hand together, we never wanted for anything. The food was fantasy like. I mean literally melts in your mouth. You pay for the atmosphere, the attention, the food quality, and high quality, top tier beer, wine, and spirits. Thanks Mortons and staff!..

My wife and I stopped by Mortons one evening as a backup option when we couldn't secure a reservation at another local steakhouse. We are glad we did. Mortons is a national chain but sometimes you forget how solid they always are. I had the Cajun ribeye. My wife had the petite filet. Both steaks were perfect. Our server and the staff were fantastic.

Went to Morton’s for our anniversary. We had a wonderful experience. The food was amazing, the cocktails were outstanding, and Alyssa’s service was top notch. They even printed us menus for our anniversary, such a small but impactful touch! Thank you!

We attended a wine dinner this week at Morton's. The private banquet room and table settings were beautiful. The food was prepared especially to pair with each selection of wine and was amazing. The GM, Alex, did an outstanding job putting it all together behind the scenes, was a fabulous host during the dinner and made each guest feel like they were the most important person in the room.

During a recent lunch at Morton's The Steakhouse in Nashville, I found the experience to be a mix of positives and negatives. The food was enjoyable, but the limited lunch menu options left something to be desired. Moreover, the high prices were unexpected and gave me pause. Despite these drawbacks, the overall dining experience was pleasant enough that I would consider returning. However, potential patrons should be prepared for the premium pricing during lunchtime.

Traditional Morton's experience. Arrive from mid to deep South to find one. Have perfect gimlets, lobster bisque and wagyu meatballs, all at a bar table. Can't beat food, atmosphere, service, etc., within the radius of the next Morton's.

My wife and I stopped in for a nice lunch before heading back to NYC. The food and ambiance were fantastic! Our experience with Ryan, Zak and Alex made us feel as though we were friends. Would definitely come back on our next visit.

We were recently in Nashville and our experience at Morton’s was SUPERB from the hostess, to server Mike, and general manager Alex and OTHERS stopped by and showed us that they were genuinely concerned about our dining experience. We’re not wealthy and don’t eat like that often but it was truly a great experience. We spent $325 with tip and it was worth it! Truly, probably our best experience in Nashville! Bravo Morton’s, BRAVO!

Yelp
Great food! Great drinks! Great dark ambience ! The old Fashioned and Manhattan's were delicious. The filet mignon dinner was superb.

Yelp
Review for Morton's Steakhouse We recently visited Morton's Steakhouse for Christmas dinner, and while the overall experience was pleasant, there were some notable hiccups. The ambiance was upscale and festive, creating the perfect setting for a holiday meal. Our server, Michael, was attentive and professional, delivering great service throughout the evening. However, an unfortunate oversight put a damper on the experience. My partner's Old Fashioned arrived with a noticeable lipstick smudge on the glass rim. While Michael apologized sincerely and offered to remove it from the bill, the charge remained at the end of the night. As for the food, it was solid but not quite up to the standard we were expecting for the price point. Everything was cooked well, but there wasn't anything that truly stood out as exceptional. Overall, Morton's offers a refined dining experience with excellent service, but attention to detail and value for money left us a bit underwhelmed this time.

Yelp
We visited Morton's on a Saturday night and it was a really big disappointment overall. While not all aspects were a bummer, most were. We arrived about seven minutes prior to our reservation and were able to be seated immediately, which was really great. Our server didn't greet us until after being seated for about 5 minutes. We ordered our drinks, which our server promptly forgot and had to ask us again. We received our drinks and the mocktail I received was incredibly sweet, and I love sweet drinks. I could not drink it. I asked for a Coke instead. Our server didn't come back for quite awhile to take our order, which seemed strange as it wasn't busy. However, we placed our order and some bread was brought out. The bread was okay, I'm sure some people love it, but it just wasn't our favorite. It's complimentary though, so can't complain too much. After waiting about 25 minutes after placing our order, our server came back. We actually thought he was bringing our food, but no. He came back to apologize, saying he had lost our order. We had to tell him our order again. He had not even put our order in. I will say, after this, we received our food rather quickly. About 65 minutes after being sat, we received our entrees. The chicken christopher was nice. I really liked the sauce and liked how crispy the chicken was. My partner ordered a steak, cooked medium. The steak was so dry he couldn't eat it. The potato sides (fries and mashed were great), however the szechuan green beans were not good at all. Our server never came back to check in to ask how the food was so we could not offer any feedback about the steak. At the end of the meal, what we presume is a manager came over and asked, and we shared that the steak was so dry it couldn't be eaten and he said, "Thank you for sharing that feedback, I'm sorry to hear that," and abruptly walked away. Overall, with poor service, and mediocre food, we will not be back to Morton's. We had hopeful expectations, however Morton's definitely fell short.

Yelp
I have been coming to Morton's for quite a long time and they never disappoint. Their quality of food is absolutely fantastic. They're a high end steakhouse, so that's what you're going to get. We had Madeline as a waitress and she was incredible, everything we needed was taken care of. She even went the extra mile to talk to the kitchen about certain dishes and ensure information because we had some guests who don't eat pork. If you can dine with her please do! I could go on and on about why our family loves Morton's. Whenever we have friends and family in town this is where we take them. Any special occasions? We come here. We were celebrating graduations and they printed special menus that said congratulations on top of them. I don't think anyone can name or think of any places in Nashville that go that far for their guests.

Yelp
The ambiance is impeccable. Our food was delicious and timely, and the cocktails were great as well! Ambria was phenomenal! She is so sweet and attentive. I am so glad we had her as a server! I will 100% be requesting her next time! Thank you for making my families early Christmas celebration so special !

Yelp
We were immediately seated on a slow night. Chris was our server he was very knowledgeable with the menu, even showed us the $99 special wagyu variations steaks. We ordered a few drinks, it took way too long. We had ahi poke to start, it wasn't well seasoned. We asked for a little salt on the side. The green beans was super spicy, Chris did let us know ahead of time, but it was heavily flavored with the sauce. I ordered the ribeye steak, it was cooked to perfection however you will need to buy all the side, the price is just for the cut of steak. Wife had the NY steak she liked it overall. Side of spinach/button mushrooms were definitely watered down, all the water of the spinach flooded the bowl. (They should strain that for next time ) to end it we had the signature chocolate molten cake (takes 25mins to make so order ahead) it was served with vanilla ice cream. Overall the knock on the stars was the speed of service. We had ordered 2 drinks and they took 13mins to get to the table. I observed the manager Phil he had greeted all the tables (5tables) except for ours, yes he brought out the food but never once asked how the food/service was he had only came right when we were leaving. We didn't feel welcomed. Plus there was gnats flying in our table.

Greg F.

Yelp
Not the type of service or food quality you would expect for a $600 dinner for four. Both fillets were inedible, the meat smelled and taste like they were rotten. The service was also horrible. Save your money and eat somewhere else, but the water was good

Yelp
Morton's used to be known for quality years ago. They continue to slide into being a non-contender of restaurant experiences. This location is no different. Do yourself a 'flavor' and go somewhere else. You may even walk out with more $ in your wallet afterward and have experienced a better meal.

Yelp
Tremendous food, service and ambiance! This place is 5 star! Our waiter Trey and Phillip the manager made our anniversary complete with every course! Lobster bisque is phenomenal along with Wagyu filet!

Yelp
We made a reservation for 5 today. We got to the restaurant a little early which they accommodated and sat us immediately. We were served cocktails within a reasonable time from ordering. Davis was our waiter and he was attentive and very polite. We had asparagus, scallops wrapped in bacon, with crab cakes. While I have been to Morton's before this one missed the mark on food. You go to a Morton's for their steak. Three of us ordered medium rare and one was a rare steak all with lobster tails. Unfortunately we had to send the lobster back as one was severely undercooked the others were so overcooked that you couldn't cut them. When our replacement lobsters came after all our food was done. One came back undercooked the others were at the cusps of being underdone. Our steaks were overcooked while the flavor was good they were not cooked to our requests. When we got our $757.61 bill we caught that we were charged the lobster tails separate from the original steak and lobster option. I worked with Cheryl and Alex and they took the lobsters off our bill completely and were very polite. While I briefly mentioned that even the replacement lobster tails were not consumed due to questionable level of cooking as well as our steaks not meeting expectations. We were only compensated for the lobster tails. I recommend that if you get a meal there and are not happy with it to voice your concerns immediately. They could have done better for a meal of this cost and supposed caliber to have it miss its mark considerably. Update it's been 26 days and only gotten "customer service" which is most likely a scripted bot in response. So don't anticipate much action from the actual restaurant.

Yelp
While staying at the Sheraton (which is right behind this place, a quick walk) we wanted to enjoy some cocktails for happy hour before dinner, so we came here and sat at the bar. The Beautiful Brianna was our bartender and she was very helpful and friendly! While there, Phil, the manager stopped to check in on us and we chatted a while, another really nice person here at the Morton's! We tried a couple cocktails, which were perfectly made and also their house red wine, which was great for a house wine! Their house-made potato chips were incredible! I'll probably stop in the next time I'm in town!

Yelp
We are testing out steakhouses in Nashville and decided to give Morton's a try. The chain is well known and respected and I anticipated a solid steakhouse meal in an upscale setting. This is not what we got. The overall decor leads to a comfortable atmosphere but the devil is in the details and he must have abandoned the place and left the details to be ignored. The glasses were spotty, some of the plates looked a bit dingy, the carpet had crumbs, overall the place did not look well cared for and up to standard. We were greeted by a bored hostess who didn't make eye contact. I was grateful that they were able to seat us without a reservation but that should have been the first red flag. It's about impossible to get into good restaurants in Nashville on a Saturday night without reservations and I'd guess the dining room area we were sat in was at 50% occupancy. Service was polite but not very attentive. Water refills were few and far between. Drinks were not good. The food was lackluster. Steaks were cooked correctly but for the most part the food was flavorless, the lobster was overcooked, and much of it felt like it came from a microwave with haphazard reheating times. Overall. I didn't get the sense that the staff was invested in making eating at Morton's a positive experience for guests or that they even really cared. The icing on the cake was when our server ended the meal with a sales spiel, complete with brochure, on their discount program. It was the first time we saw any real enthusiasm from the server. It was awkward and was difficult to make the sales talk end. This is not something that patrons who have gone out for a nice meal and a relaxing time should be subjected to. I have had significantly better meals at mid-tier chain steakhouses and I do not recommend Morton's.

Yelp
Good service. They did a lot for my birthday and made the experience special. Food was decent.

Yelp
This is a disappointing review to share, but my memories of my visits to a Morton's in the past...Chicago a couple of times, have been fantastic. The experience started with a challenge using their web site to order a nice meal today...ok...technology fails and Morton's was right around the corner from my hotel so I went in person to resolve the issue. Staff was great. to there problem my order never got to the restaurant. Ordered a cocktail while the manager genuinely researched the matter, which we didn't resolve, but we both committed to working it if there continued to be an issue. My order, Caesar Salad, Bone-In Ribeye with side of Cognac Peppercorn sauce, and cheese cake. Decent salad. Good salad. Perfect amount of dressing...croutons abnormally large and not too flavorful but I'd eat the salad again. The steak was a problem. For any steakhouse, your steak should be the problem. For a Morton's the steak should be world class. My bone-in ribeye had almost no bone. It was tough. I ordered Medium Rare. It came out on the medium side but I'd never confuse this as a solid piece of Prime beef. Would barely pass the test as Choice. Tough to cut through. Tough to chew through. Fatty in the places it should not be or at least a Prime steak would have that nice marbling not this stringy texture. The cheesecake was just ok. Had a glass of Pinot while waiting...total bill, $143 plus tip. Hope this was a one off but I'm not rushing back. If you read my reviews, I only call out what I experience...lots of good and less bad, but this was bad.

Yelp
Pretty disappointed with the service I gotta say. My husband and I came here for our 5-year anniversary tonight, so we were looking forward to great food and great service. It wasn't even that busy, but server was all over the place, doesn't know how to multi-task. I worked in the service industry for years so I know how it is. For a place being this expensive I was expecting the service to be top notch, but we haven't had service this bad in a long time, let alone at a steakhouse. She barely checked on us, would walk past our table multiple times without checking in, didn't bus our table, refill waters, etc. We had to ask for everything and had to wait 20+ minutes for her to come back to our table. We felt like she was nowhere to be seen, and we had to constantly get her attention. She didn't offer us a dessert or anything for our anniversary, which was disappointing because we noticed a different server did that with his table. We didn't feel taken care of at all, felt like she didn't care to explain things, just did the bare minimum. She wasn't paying attention and we had to keep repeating ourselves. She was nice enough, but seems a little green and needs a refresher on customer service 101. I would think a prestigious steakhouse like this would require servers with years of experience. It was pretty disappointing because we were really looking forward to this dinner as this was our first time at Morton's, but it's definitely a shame to spend that much money just to have horrible service. If we knew it was going to be like that, we could have gone to TGIFriday's and spent way less money. It definitely put a damper on the evening and left a bad taste in our mouths.

Yelp
My husband and I had a great experience last night. Our server was Eugene and he was incredible! Very knowledgable and attentive. So impressed with the food and service!

Yelp
Wow been to many many top end steak houses over the years. Morton's included, you know like Ruth's Chris's, Fleming's etc. I literally talked this meal up to my customers for days prior to our horrible vist. In September 2022. Service well.... Waited for water.... Then order wine literally waited 25 min before they told us they didn't have our bottle which were totally okay with but 25 minutes. I spoke to the Mgr or host and asked for a different server. Which we did not get. Food was very mediocre even for half the price which was the icing on the cake. Pssssst I tell you a secret Morton's for your price we as a customer deserve top notch service and list location fell epically on its face. Major disappointment for my clients!

Yelp
If 0 stars existed this place earned it. When we first arrived we had made the reservation with a manager and immediately walked in and was told that we were not on the list. The manager corrected the error and we were seated. Once all seated we immediately ordered our drinks, appetizers and dinner. We had to continue to ask the waiter to check the status of our food. The appetizers arrived an hour after seated and our dinner arrived 50 minutes later. Once the food arrived it was bland and cold. The waiter thought it was okay to take the dish I just took a bite out of to warm it in the oven which is very unsanitary. My husbands waygu was also cold. They also tried to charge us for a side that never came out. Similar experience with the rest of the guest. We will not return based on the poor quality of food. Then the night got better. We valet our cars and the valet tenant scratch our car into our friends car and tried to deny and own up to his mistake. When we asked for the general manager he basically didn't care.

Yelp
Went to Morton's and sat at the bar for happy hour drinks and appetizers. We had the steak sliders and ordered the crab cake off the main menu. Both were very good. What we truly enjoyed was their fresh bread, delivered hot from the oven with soft butter. It was so incredible..that alone would get me back there!

Remi B.

Yelp
I didn't enjoy any of the food I ordered. my lamb chops were burnt and my mashed potatoes tasted like instant potatoes. The asparagus, I ordered double steamed came out hard as a rock. definitely not the dining experience I was hoping for.

Yelp
My son appreciates good steak as much as I do. We ended up staying in downtown Nashville, TN for July 4th, where Nashville claimed it had the largest fireworks show in the country. Since the hotel was near the streets blocked off for the crowds, we forego driving to a restaurant and opted for one that was within walking distance. One block away was Morton's Steakhouse. I have been to Morton's many times, but not in at least 10 years, and my son had never been, so we found a reservation and decided to "steak it up". The atmosphere is just as I remembered, dark with an upscale, elegant feel. At first my son was salivating over the appetizer called "bacon steak". He was picturing a small piece of steak wrapped in bacon. I laughed, as with him, steak for appetizer and steak for entree wouldn't surprise me. However, I suspected the description meant something different, so upon asking the waitress, it was a thicker piece of pork belly that you could slice like steak. We opted to forgo the appetizer. I had a classic chopped salad as a first course. This is a true chopped salad, with the lettuce cut up and tossed with the other vegetables and dressing PRIOR to arriving at the table. This is how I serve salads at home, and frankly, all salads should be served like this. The dressing gets disbursed evenly across all the contents and the food items are chopped by a super sharp kitchen knife instead of trying to fight with a standard knife in a bowl or delicate plate on the dining table. Great salad. They also served a bread boule. Boule's are fairly common, but Morton's got it right. The interior was as light and airy as a cloud, and the outside was a crisp crust that was stiff enough it was easy to cut through. The whipped butter finished it perfectly. My son tried their 16 oz cajun ribeye. The cajun ribeye is marinated for 24 hours prior to cooking. Ribeyes are full flavor steaks to start with, but put some cajun spicing in the mix, and the flavor jumps off the plate straight into your taste buds. Now, this wasn't a "hot" cajun, so don't think it was like eating some habanero wings that light you up. It has a strong cajun flavor which complimented the meat very well, but on the "hot" scale, I would call it mild. Definitely worth trying, and made for an excellent steak with an unusual variation on flavor. I had their 7oz wagyu filet mignon. If you haven't tried wagyu, I highly recommend it. That concept of "melt in your mouth" steak comes closest to reality with wagyu beef (including kobe). It is very expensive, but when you indulge on special occasions, you will likely agree its worth it. I opted for none of the great toppings over my wagyu filet; just straight meat cooked medium rare. My son and I traded some bites to figure out which steak was better. We agreed (as expected) that the wagyu tenderness won, but flavor wise, both were awesome delectable tasty divine .... how about "damn good"? For sides, we opted for brussel sprouts and lobster mac n cheese. The brussel sprouts had an excellent flavor with bacon mixed in, but could have been cooked a little longer. The lobster mac n cheese was ridiculously rich; I let my son eat most of it. I also had a South Street Manhattan for the first time, which apparently comes with a piece of steak on the stir rod? Who knew? Most of you know that I go out of my way to avoid chains and try local restaurants, but there are a few high end chains that are exceptions on occasion. Mortons Steakhouse is one of them. Next time you are in a city that has a Morton's and you want to celebrate a special occasion, give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

Yelp
Our reservation was ready upon arrival and everyone was so nice. All the food was great and the waitress was able to explain each dish. She even suggested wines that would pair well with our meals. I was very pleased with the whole experience. I highly recommend.

Yelp
Craige was AMAZING. Very attentive and provided excellent service. He made our Valentines Day special.

Yelp
We had a disappointing Christmas dinner. We arrived at 6 and were seated fairly quickly. The hostess was not friendly, but we quickly figured out why. As we were ordering, the waitress told us that the kitchen was running behind and thanked us ahead of time for our patience. We had no idea we would wait an hour and a half for our food. Our waitress was attentive and apologetic, but that only goes so far. They were also out of two of the sides that we had chosen. The food was good, but my daughter's steak was extremely rare instead of medium rare. She sent it back to be cooked more thoroughly and that added another 15 minutes. Overall, it was an extremely long wait for a mediocre meal.

Bill B.

Yelp
Chateubriand for two was excellent. Server was there when we needed her and invisible when we didn't

Brandon R.

Yelp
Our waiters was Kelsey. She did an amazing job. I got the Australian wagyu and my wife got filet and lobster. Sides were lobster Mac and cheese and sour cream potatoes. The potatoes were awful. Tasted fake. My steak was good but I've had better. My wife said hers was good but not the best she's had. We've been to steakhouses across the country. I just wasn't impressed with this one. Especially for what I paid. Probably won't be back

Yelp
Sorry to say, if I could give Morton's ZERO stars, I would. There was a time when this was the best restaurant in Nashville; sadly, it's now become one of the worst. We made an 8:00 reservation for a Valentine's Day dinner and arrived on time. We walked in to a very crowded house; couples were crammed into the lobby waiting for tables, in no way 6 feet apart. We checked in and were told that they were "running behind" and we might wait 10-15 minutes. We walked toward the bar, and saw couples seated shoulder to shoulder, completely disregarding COVID-19 safety protocols. So, we cooled our heels in the lobby, for 30 minutes. We watched as couple after couple arrived, only to be told by the hostess that the wait was "10-15" minutes; clearly lying to folks who were willing to spend $200+ on a special mean. Shameful. When no table was forthcoming (and we noted at least 4 couples who had been waiting longer than us), we told the hostess that we were done waiting and would be leaving. Without a word, nary an apology, she stamped my valet ticket and turned away. Two visits ago, I noted that the service had slipped a notch; I was contacted by the manager, who promised that things would improve, and that he would "take care of us" on our next visit. We visited again, and service had become abysmal (and the food was no longer excellent, as well). Again, a call from the manager apologizing and promising that next time would be different. Third strike, Morton's. Landry Company, you should take note; it's time to cut this anchor loose. We will never recommend nor visit again.

Yelp
Best filet mignon with crab topping I have ever had. Food was delicious and my steak came out beautiful and cooked to my desired medium. Waiter was very knowledgeable and friendly. The corn soufflé was delicious as well. Will definitely be back again!

Yelp
It was...not good. I am truly understanding of the current state of staffing shortages but this was beyond that in our experience Saturday evening. Our party was split between two tables for a 7:30 reservation they'd had for several weeks. We were not seated at the same time and not before 8 pm in either case (2 tables). While waiting attempted to get a drink from the bar area, waited 10 minutes without even a glance by the bartender before giving up and standing in the lobby. Our table was seated at 8:15 where upon we ordered drinks and were told "the bar is really backed up" and it took another 20 before we got them and then ordered our meals. We didn't order appetizers however we probably should have since our food did not get placed on the table until after 9:30. To which every person who ordered the steaks said they weren't even warm. Yes I know you let meat rest after cooking but it should not be that long before it's brought to the table at a renowned steak restaurant. My salmon was good however the Chilean sea bass was inedible by another member of our party to the point it had to be sent back and no offer of a replacement was suggested. In the midst of this there was also an incident with a "regular patron" as noted by the wait staff, named Mr Tom to which he hovered around our table and commenced to hitting on one of our party as her husband sat across from her. Not once but twice did he approach her commenting on her and she very politely the second time after he attempted to give her his number did she call attention to her husband sitting there. The wait staff only asked if she needed anything after he walked away. While she handled it graciously, I think that's rather appalling to allow even your best customer to wander around tables propositioning women who are trying to have a meal out with friends. It took another twenty minutes to get our bill after asking for it twice. And most of us didn't even finish the sides as some weren't good at all or lacked any flavor including the corn soufflé I had. Overall don't believe the old hype of this establishment as it's seems to have declined from years past. And for $150+ for two I could easily recommend a better place for a full meal AND dessert with better service and not be hassled.

Marcia B.

Yelp
This was the worst meal I have had in a long time. I felt the decor was very dated. The wedge salad was very basic. The French Onion soup was horrible. The broth lacked flavor and salt and was actually sweet. The Cajun Ribeye had no hint of anything cajun just salty. I ordered it medium well and it was well done with some of it being burnt. The side of mushrooms and onions were flavorless and mushrooms tasted like they came out of a can. They weren't even hot. The waitress was sweet and offered an apology but that was it. The quality of the foods does not match the pricing. That was 250 dollars wasted. I still tipped 24 percent because I know waitresses work hard and it's the Holiday Season. Besides She didn't cook the food. But I did not finish the meal and would never return here

Yelp
A wonderful evening. Food was very good. Service was excellent. John went the extra mile to make sure we had a great experience. Filet Oscar was divine. Will return.

Yelp
My wife and I had reservations on Saturday at 8:45.  We arrived at 8:30 thinking we would have a drink ahead of time.  When we walked in the amount of people in the lobby area was absurd.  Probably 20+ people waiting.  The bar area was completely full too.  We didn't get seated for dinner until 9:30.  So much for booking a reservation that they will charge you for if you don't show up.  But they won't comp you anything if they are almost an hour behind. Obviously the main problem here is they are Overbooking the Restaurant.  I've seen this raised as an issue in other reviews and needs to be fixed. The dinner was good not great.  Was it worth the $200 we spent?  No.  With the amount of great restaurants in Nashville these days there are many better options for that kind of money. I will say once we got sat down the service was pretty good so no complaints there.   When we left and were outside waiting for our Valet there was a disgruntled employee who had just quit.   He said he quit because the restaurant is not sanitary and the Kitchen is a complete disaster.   Overall this restaurant is more worried about Quantity then Quality and it shows.  They would rather be a Texas Roadhouse then a Kayne Prime!

Yelp
Heidi was the BEST. She was so sweet and made our experience wonderful. She gave great drink/food recommendations. The au gratin potatoes were amazing! Will definitely be coming back the next time I visit Nashville.

Yelp
My experience pretty mid, I am writing this as I wait for my food. We have a group of 10 and have been waiting for two hours after we ordered. The waiter spilt iced tea all over the table, albeit I was manspreading a bit(100 degrees, but I was scooted in a decent bit) and he stepped on my shoe. I am hungry. The ambience is pretty chill. 3 stars Edit: 1 star, Just finished my $40 salmon. Did not like it, no bueno. It came with a little bit of carrots and asparagus and this was no bueno. You would think because it's a nice steakhouse, the restroom would be nice, but it was NOT. There was piss encrusted on the seat. Edit: 3 stars My server chill as hell, bro must've rizzed me. I think my server was a chill dude in a overworked kitchen. Dear waiter: Sorry for lying and saying I liked the food, u were a chill dude and I didn't want to mess with your feng shui. Tl;dr: Don't come here when they are busy, but there's nice jazz

Yelp
I have heard so many great things about this restaurant and made a reservation several weeks in advance for a very special occasion. We arrived early to check in. 30 minutes past our reservation, still standing with no updates we asked if we could go to the bar for a drink while we waited and was just told "no". We totally understand that in this current time staffing can be an issue and was willing to give some grace. However because we made reservations for a specific time, we also made plans for after meal. Then we watched the hostess (tall blonde hair) tell an older lady that came in to get her to-go order that "to go orders were the least of the priorities for that night and wasn't sure when they would get to it". That's when we walked out. I hope that was just an off day, but our first impression left us knowing that we would not be back.

Yelp
Disappointing experience. When we arrived we had to wait at least 10 minutes for someone with valet to show up and take our keys. There were four of us at our table and we ordered two of the tomahawk for two specials. Both steaks were over cooked and nobody came by to ask us if it was cooked to our liking, which it wasn't, or how everything was. The brussel sprouts were cooked like my grandmother makes them, and that's not a good thing. Just boiled and bland. Then back to the valet... you can't pay with cash, forced to pay with card only and then to do so they charge an additional "convenience fee" to pay by card. Not very convenient if you ask me, would have been much more convenient if I could have paid cash, and I would have tipped the valet better that way to but his loss not mine. Overall just a disappointing meal and experience for the price we paid.

Yelp
The food was good. The service was awesome and the ambiance was amazing. The price was off the chain though.. 676 for 3 people.. my mouth hit the floor but hopefully my food didn't! Excellent upscale restaurant. It is definitely a once a year for the working middle class.. but I can't find one thing to complain about between the drinks, food, dessert... this place hit every mark until the bill came.. I cried inside a little... lol

Yelp
One of the best filets I have ever had. This was my first steakhouse experience and it didn't disappoint. The server was friendly and knowledgeable. We both ordered the filet. I added the truffle butter and my husband didn't add anything. I would say the way to go is to not add anything to their steak. It had an amazing taste and can stand on its own. It was perfectly cooked and I barely needed a knife. We also go their sides of asparagus and smoked Gouda potatoes au gratin. It was as SO GOOOOOD. also, we started with the meatballs but I would say skip them. Leave room for the better options.

Yelp
We ate there last night, 1/12/2023. This was my third time eating here. Excellent every time. Last night I decided to treat myself to a Wagyu beef filet mignon. I'm sure glad I did. I'm 81 years old and this was the best steak I've ever had in my life. All sides were also great. I highly recommend this restaurant. You won't be disappointed.

Yelp
My husband and I had dinner on Friday night. Food was perfect. My filet was cooked perfectly. My husband's Cajun steak was delicious. Jane, our waitress, was great. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because I think an expensive restaurant should have less tables/quieter atmosphere. Also, everything priced separately is annoying to me. But, really, we had a lovely meal.

Yelp
I have been to mortons many time before and this was a epic disappointment. All levels manager, food, and service. I had a 6:30 reservation which we were promptly seated at 6:30. We received our water a server in a few minutes. Made a drink order 25 minutes for our drink order. 1 white wine and a apple cider. Then we were able to place our order. 2 cups soup onion and crab bisque. 8oz filet with fries and lobster ravioli. We received our soup promptly. Then 20 minutes went by and our server stopped for the first time after order and said"oh you didn't get bread". At this point I am annoyed for all this sitting I told her no forget it. Still waiting for food 2 tables in front of us sat after us and we're halfway thru there meal. Server stopped by again and I asked what's going on this is really long. No response. Now a manager comes over (who I have watched chatting with the other manager instead of checking meal times or speaking with guests.) I am mad at this point. our food finally arrives after being seated 1.5+ hrs after seating. My wifes steak is cooked correctly, but no fries. Creamed spinach is cold and thick like paste. They finally brought the fries. My Ravioli was not completely cooked and partially hard. I took 2 bites my wife had a couple bites. The server returned and we asked for boxes and 2 desserts to go. We just wanted to leave. The manager Jeffrey Mallo came back to the table to apologize and tell me I picked up your 2 drinks which mine was not even alcohol. Plus give me his card. Why? I have run restaurants and ran kitchens it is very difficult during peak times. A happy staff thrives on peak times to work together I didn't see that and that comes from the top. $145 meal it should have been .5 star E3 or Jeff ruby's is far better

Yelp
We had a table of 9 Christmas Eve night. We all got food poisoning. It was bad. Symptoms lasted for 3-4 days in most of us. Family holidays ruined. Tried contacting management three times. No answer. Went on their website and emailed them. No answer. What sucks is that we sat inside in the cold because their heat wasn't working and I paid $1000+ for the tab.

Yelp
Absolutely perfect. From the service to the bread to start we were treated so kindly and so well. The miso sea bass was unique and spectacular. I loved the Brussels as a side. They have bacon and it's nice to have them sautéed as opposed to the more common fried. The lobster Mac has a unique flavor. It may not be for everyone but it's very good. Everyone's steaks were cooked perfect and it was all the best meat I've ever had from the beef to seafood.

Yelp
Thanksgiving dinner at 4:30 PM. We thought we'd get in early to beat any rush. There were just a couple of tables with folks seated at them when we arrived. The server came right over to get our drink orders and returned quickly with the bottle of wine. We sipped on our wine and had to ask for the bread which came about 10 minutes later after it was "cooked" according to what we were told. Morton's doesn't keep break ready to go to meet demand? After a period of time, munching the bread and sipping more wine, the server returned, and we gave our orders. Salads came quickly to the two that ordered them and were enjoyed. Our main courses arrived. All was good except the prime ribeye steaks were tough. A long discussion then ensued on how the Elks monthly one inch ribeye steaks at $23.00 were significantly better than Morton's. We picked Morton's because it is advertised as a premium steakhouse. Disappointed in our steaks and the slow service.

Yelp
I've enjoyed Mortons in many top markets for 25 years and one of the best things about it is it's consistent and you know what you are getting. This location did not live up that that standard. The server was great although she had been there 1 1/2 months, unlike many of the long time servers. So, the serving was quicker and more like what you would get in a mid range steak house. The first disappointment was the steak. My $61 bone in rib eye was overcooked to the point that the edges curled up. I sent it back and they tried again. This one was Med Rare but there was something different that what I'd had before: the cut. It was a thinner cut - not as appealing. The veggies were salty, really salty - spinach and mushrooms. That is either lack of training or bad execution in the kitchen. The server asked if I wanted to talk with the manager. I said yes in the spirit of giving some constructive feedback to a restaurant I like and frequent. The manager said it was tough ramping up coming out of Covid (I get it) but that they were getting more and more patrons. Great for him but he needs to fix the food issues and, I believe, training, especially if there are more new employees. He said he heard similar comments from another patron. So, fix it! You have options when you want a steakhouse and I recommend going elsewhere until this one gets it together. WAY too much too spend for a weak experience

Yelp
Amazing service. Amazing atmosphere. Steak was perfect. Wine was perfect pairing. The creamed spinach was amazing. Bacon wrapped scallops were the best I've ever had. Black truffle butter could've been stronger but otherwise, flawless.
