Locking padlocks is already prohibited, you can find the justification at the entrance to the bridge, but it doesn't take anything away from this peaceful and romantic place

Along Older River slow walking, you could see and enjoy very nice view. Sometimes if you are lucky -- like me , you could watch high quality street performance 😊💯

This bridge is like any other bridge only... nothing special about it but the walk through this bridge was very peaceful and sarene...the view of the river was calm.... earlier there were locks on the bridge,which were removed in 2019 after the bridge was not able to take...but you can see the locks near the side walk now.

Charming and beautiful bridge marking the crossing onto cathedral island. Hard to believe that once there was several tonnes in weight of padlocks, the bridge has been restored well. The love locks I believe are now prohibited (thankfully)
