When we arrived for our brunch reservation, we were told we had to sit at the bar. I watched two more groups come in at get seated at tables. When I brought it up, the lady said she didn't say that. My mother told her "yes you did." Maybe she was having an off day. Our waitress was great but whoever the other lady was seemed angry that she was there. It was Mother's Day but that's not the patron's fault that you have to work. Menu was limited due to breakfast being over at 11.

Slow, limp, almost non-existent service even though the restaurant was empty. Seems like the servers are hiding behind a screen most of the time and when they eventually float out, it is done so in a way that expertly avoids the gaze of the customer. When the food did come out, it was made with sub-standard ingredients (wilted lettuce and browned avocado hidden underneath their fresher cousins) and little care to presentation.

Maybe I got lucky. The service and atmosphere were nice. Not anything special. The food however, was a surprise. I ordered the chicken sandwich. The chicken was juicy, crispy, seasoned nicely, and the sauces were perfect. If I find myself here again, I would come back specifically to order it. Well done.

When you walk in, if it's early--the place looks amazing. If you walk in at 10am on a Sunday morning, there are plenty of places to sit, but tables are dirty( like, all of them) & nobody seems to care to do anything about it. Stayed at Double Tree for a weekend & watched at least 12 groups walk out because nobody does anything. If you can get food, it's decent, but it really leaves something to be desired.

The place had a nice atmosphere but that's about it. The service was terrible! Let me say that again, Terrible! The food was mediocre. How does one mess up french fries? $12 for burnt veggies. We waited a ridiculous amount of time for our food. We asked to speak to the manager. The manager was an imbecile. If the owner is reading these comments please do yourself a favor, get some competent people to run your establishment. Jocelyn, I believe was her name, she was nice. She tried to assist us. She saw the looks on our faces from across the room. Big thanks to her for making an effort to apolozie for the terrible experience we had dining.

The service was TOP NOTCH! Frances...THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE. The atmosphere/ambiance is great. Food....ehhhh. The fries are just regular. I had the Salmon sandwich. Very bland. The salmon was not seasoned at all. I have when restaurants make sandwiches and think the condiments are the seasoning. The slaw can't supplement for for the lack of seasoning.

Food was mediocre fries and wings were over salted, the $70 steak that came with broccolini and potatoes were very bland, The only good thing they had was the Mac and cheese, drinks were served in a bottle. Personally wouldn’t spend my money on this place again

Laid-back, comfortable atmosphere, friendly staff, and great food. Their salmon is absolutely delicious, and they have a nice selection of omelets in their breakfast menu.
