"This casual sandwich and cocktail spot off Ponce has a funky parking lot with no marked lines and a “park anywhere you fit” attitude. Park at an angle (as most folks usually do), near the sides (get creative), but just not in the dead center (like we saw that van do one time). The retro-inspired shop is open in the former 8ARM space at 710 Ponce De Leon Avenue. Expect to find classic deli sandwiches between $10 to $15, like pastrami, Reuben, and a muffaletta made with Alon’s Bakery focaccia, alongside cocktails and beers. But if you don’t like sauerkraut, move along to the next item because there’s a mound of it on top of thinly sliced turkey and a tiny dash of mustard. This is the simplest sandwich on the menu with three ingredients: rye bread, pastrami, and mustard. But if you like that combo (we love it) and don't keep fridge full of fresh-sliced, butcher-grade pastrami, then go for it. Chicken Salad They go super classic with this sandwich. It’s celery, onions, and mayo-drenched chicken bits on toasted white bread. One bite proves you don’t need to mess with a good thing. Muffaletta Thin slices of capicola, mortadella, and sopressata give this must-order sandwich Flat Stanley vibes.
