Mr Juicy

I have been wanting to try this place for a while. The burger was definitely juicy and delicious. Everything was seasoned real well. For a double and single meal it came out to 31 dollars. Not Terrible now days. The dining room is real small. If you plan to eat at the place it’s a gamble due to table availability. I would recommend this place and I’ll be returning.

Mr. Juicys burger is probably one of the most delicious burger restaurants I’ve ever been to. The meat is super juicy and savory, the place is super homey and clean, and the staff are always very polite and friendly. Food: 20/10 The food always goes above and beyond when it comes to quality! The meat is always super tender and JUICY, the fries are always baked to perfection while the veggies are always crisp and nice. Don’t even get me started on their shakes too! Super above and beyond, and definitely needs more recognition. Service: 10/10 Our service was excellent as well, the managers and staff were super cool and helpful. They offered timely refills and were quick to respond to us. Atmosphere: 8.5/10 The restaurant itself is quite compact and small, but it’s still super clean and even offers outside dining which is always nice. Overall: 10/10 This place is great and I recommend to anyone looking for a great burger place in the Hildebrand and San Pedro area!

The #1 Double Cheese Burger with bacon is a hit. It is absolutely one of the best burgers I’ve eaten in some time. It was hot, juicy and flavorful. The added bacon and special sauce put it over the top. Get yourself there to try one. You’ll have no regrets

Update: This is our 3rd visit here in a few weeks. We ordered the Cheeseburgers with grilled mushrooms again, the Chicken tender combo which came with two huge pieces of fried chicken breasts and fries. We also ordered a Belgian Chocolate chip cookie. All of the food was excellent as usual! We visited here a few days ago for lunch. Great customer service and fast drive thru. We ordered a Double Cheeseburger with bacon, a Double Cheeseburger with grilled mushrooms and a large order of fries. These are some of the best burgers we’ve had. Ample, real beef patties with special sauce. They were freshly made and the finishing touch was the lettuce in a separate bag so burgers wouldn’t get soggy on the ride home. Fries were freshly made and well seasoned just like the burgers were. We highly recommend this location and will definitely return again even though this is quite a drive from our home, because the food was excellent and customer service top notch!

Went for a juicy burger and they weren't lying. The patties were well seasoned and the fries were perfect. The shakes were legit and we loved the cookies and cream shakes! BTW...The wet sauce is kind of like a peppery gravy. Super nice people working here and wishing them all of the success. We'll definitely be back.

We made our first visit to Mr Juicy today. I happened to catch Texas Eats, and they did a segment at Mr Juicy. It was well worth the visit. Great fresh made burgers and fries. The fries were thick and seasoned, just right. The burger was just the right size, and the toasted bun helped keep it altogether. We also had shakes after and they did not disappoint. I had the peanut butter shake, and I loved it. My boy's had the nutella shake and I have to say we have tried many nutella shakes and Mr Juicy has the best one yet. Give it a try, it is definitely worth the visit.

I just got home after spending about $46 with Mr. juicy. This is not my first time ordering for them. I had ordered other food and the experience has always been great desperate particular day which is actually July 11, 2025. I went after 5 o’clock, and I ordered a cheeseburger combo with bacon. I also ordered the tenders pickles and fries from my daughter and then I also ordered the fried chicken spicy sandwich combo because the cashier said that it was really really good along with the pineapple dessert they they have . I ordered through the drive-through mind you I spent over 30 minutes traveling to this place to get food for dinner tonight. It pretty much vex me that I have called this company over seven times since I got home because they messed up my dinner my combo on the Spicy chicken sandwich that was $14. You don’t get any lettuce no tomato no onion nothing with it, then have the nerve to add a regular chicken patty at the bottom which is very beyond me. I’m lost for words I refuse to drive back which would be another 30 mins and to not have a working telephone number is beyond me. I called 9 times and sure enough number doesn’t work. Now I have to prepare myself dinner due to @Mr.Juicy messed my dinner up. Called and spoke with manager spoke with him .got him to understand what I was saying , he offered to replace my meal which was a grand gesture however their should be more description about the food so their is more clarification.

Leaving the gym and saw a restaurant called "Mr Juicy" so I couldn't help but try it(Pause) Two super courteous young people went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of (Carlos and Madeline) They wouldn't let me take a pic because they didn't have their school clothes on Anyway, Carlos brought me my food( I had a Double cheese burger with caramelized onions, lettuce, tomatoes and some kind of secret sauce that had the secret syrup they gave Cpt America. Added to that was home cut fries and a strong-ass rootbeeer) When I tell you this was one of the juiciest burgers I ever bit into in my life. I had burger juice, secret sauce and all kinds of juicyness all over my goatee, hands and sweatshirt. I got so full that I thought I was gonna have to nap in my car in the parking lot. The manager "Gino" came out and checked in me. Everybody here is cool and serve you with a good down to Earth spirit. If you want to get some good burgers/shakes and want something cheaper than Five Guys but taste better than Red Robin, slide to Mr Juicy. Tellem' Marv sent you over.

Wow. I don't know what changed but the quality has crashed. No this isn't a fake account, no this isn't some disgruntled employee - I'm a real consumer as is my wife (before you go trying to claim it's a fake review). I've been here years back and it was delicious and the burger was actually "juicy" but I don't know what the heck happened. The meat is over manipulated there's enough sauce to piss off your tastebuds yet still not enough to add the needed juice to the "juicy" burger. I feel like this has turned into the red headed stepchild restaurant now that it's been in operation now because of the quality. Any reputable Chef wouldn't want his name tied to this or he would do what's right and correct it. I've read several other reviews before posting mine to see if it was just a one off but it seems there are many other reviews saying similar things. Chef, fix it or go down with the ship. Period. You're no match for a real burger at this point. You want a "juicy" burger, go see 5 Guys. Hell, Fredericksburgers is better than this and I'm pretty sure there's no chef there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this restaurant unfortunately. Used to be a supporter but I don't think we'll be back.

We went to the San Pedro location and they took our order right away. There are just a few options here but I didn't notice you could get your burger "wet" until after I ordered. There are only a handful of tables inside so be prepared to eat outside if you come at a busy time. The burger was OK, but there was something sour on it, not like pickle sour, but a little off tasting. Too much cheese for my preference, I think I will omit it next time. The wet sauce is pretty good, I ended up ordering it on the side and dipping my fries. Overall a decent place, the peanut butter shake was great too.

Great little burger spot. Staff is super friendly. Burgers are so good. I ordered the double cheeseburger combo w/ bacon. They put thick cut bacon on the burger. YUM!!! The burgers at the restaurant follow their namesake....juicy!! Fries are legit. Big bonus that they serve mixed drinks and boozey milkshakes. I left off a star because the dining area is super small. Where I was seated was where people order. So folks were basically hovering over me the whole time I was eating.

Unpretentious space, excellent service, good food, fast. The drive-through window does a brisk business. The inside tables are simple but get the job done. The guy at the counter took or order and brought us our food, but also later came over and offered us refills on soda. He also cleared away our trash. That's a high level of service for a fast food place.

As always fast and friendly. I do love the taste of their hamburgers .. old fashion! The bun today though was a little hard .. over cooked. Every time I go the fries have a different degree of cooked and a different level of seasoning. I like them .. just a little frustrating.

The window guy was very polite , but the the girl with nose piercing that came to give us our food just pushed that guy out of the way . How rude! It was messed up to say the least.

We were blown away by the food and service here! The burgers are incredibly flavorful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I had the cheeseburger combo meal with fries and an iced tea and even the fries were delicious. They were well cooked and seasoned. We also tried a cookies and cream milkshake and it was delicious! They did not skimp out on the cookies part! Overall a really good experience here. Pricing for the quality and quantity is spot on. Highly recommend checking them out!

Stopped through the drive through and ordered. Drive through attendant was friendly and efficient. Got my food and went home to eat. Everything was c or text and was really pretty good. I would have liked the fries a bit more crispy but that's just me. If I was in the area I'd definitely come back and eat.

Always a good burger at Mr. juicy. Located in the corner of Hildebrand with San Pedro, it is always a popular. But the burgers, fries, and shakes are always hot and fresh. Parking can be tricky, but the drive thru moves pretty quickly. Service and staff is friendly. Outdoor and indoor seating available. Mr. Juicy is a top burger location in San Antonio. It's always busy and folks cycle through this place every single day it's open. 10% military discount.

Went on a Wednesday evening. No one was there. It was our first time. Guy at register was very informative. Got a mix drink with soda. On our way out we got a cookies and cream shake. It was delicious. 10/10

Burgers are made to order, fresh and delicious!! I literally have never seen a burger as picture worthy as the ones they make here. Juicy, delicious and affordable!! Service is fast and friendly. The ambiance is what you would expect from a clean burger joint. Definitely recommend this as one of the best burgers in San Antonio!

The chicken sandwich is a delicious monster! Service is prompt. Place is small but traffic moves fast. We had the cheeseburger which was excellent too. Music playlist was enjoyable!

So...I've been wanting to try this place for a while. I've been on the hunt for the best burger in the city. I've been to Chester's. I've been to Chris Madrid. I happen to think those were pretty solid burgers. Not a 5 but at least a 4.5. I'm going to give the same rating to this burger. The picture shows a beautiful burger and that it was. I do wish it was seasoned or seasoned more (the patties themselves). I think if so, I would easily give this a 5 star and give this the best in the city. The sauce they use lacked much flavor as well. I'd rather have had extra mayo and that would have been really good. Otherwise, it's a burger I'd have again, hands down. I purchased through the drive through on a Sunday evening and service was not fast but not terribly slow. For a freshly prepared burger & fries, I wouldn't expect to be in & out (pun intended) in a few minutes. I really didn't mind the wait.

If everyone wouldn't have jumped into their food, so fast, I would have more pictures. Inside dining is pretty small, but they do have some outdoor dining as well. Mr. juicy burgers are crazy. Good! They are full of flavor, juicy, of course, and I absolutely love the sauce that they add. We also got the chicken fried steak, which is a crapshoot, some days they have it some days they don't, you might end up with some other special menu item, but nonetheless, I could eat this thing every single week and not get tired of it. First of all it is enormous, so I shared it with two people, the peppercorn sauce is freaking amazing, and the pile of french fries underneath were cooked to perfection. The ladies at the front counter were super friendly, and gave us some good information about how to find out what they will have on the menu that day, whether it be chicken, fried chicken or chicken fried steak. They may also have seasonal desserts, such as the Keylime pie, which I was definitely hoping to get but they don't have right now. They are worth every penny and you should definitely experience at least once.

This is my favorite burger...EVER. This is not just my favorite SA burger, it's my all time favorite. This place KNOWS burgers, fries, and shakes. At this point, I'm a regular here. Everything is delicious and they even have a growing craft beer selection. Get the #1, it's a double cheeseburger combo for only $11! And, always add the wet sauce...man it's great. I have no complaints, just come early because this place fills up fast! I'm a die hard Juicy fan, I will die on this hill.

I just landed in San Antonio from out of state, and Mr. Juicy was the first spot I found--and I'm so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Absolutely great. The burger was fresh, juicy, and full of flavor--easily one of the best I've had. The fries were perfectly crispy and seasoned just right, the kind that keep you coming back for more. Everything tasted fresh, and you can tell they put care into their ingredients. Only thing that needs work is their ambiance. If you're in San Antonio and looking for a great burger spot, don't skip Mr. Juicy.

Basically a small fast food dive burger joint, limited parking and indoor seating. My only complaint would be the lack of appearance for cleanliness. I expected more based on the rave reviews. What I found was friendly service when ordering at the counter, a fast food burger with better than average bun, thin frozen patties and good fries served fresh and hot. I didn't care for the wet sauce though it seems popular. The shake was ok but nothing spectacular. Overall ok but nothing comparable to craft quality burgers.

They have gluten-free hamburger buns that are incredible. Every now and then I just have to have a hamburger and I will drive 30 miles to Mr. Juice's to get a good one. The french fries and the shakes are also incredible.

I'm craving some Japanese snacks so I found Tokyo Mart to check out. Not too far is @mrjuicyburger so we headed there for dinner. I got the Cheeseburger combo and shared the fries with Dad and Dad got the Pink Lemonade. Dad had the Hamburger a la carte. Hubby had the Cheeseburger a la carte and he had the fries free from the San Antonio Gold Diner's Program. Hubby had a Topo Chico and I had a Yuengling lager. No chicken fried steak today but we were full with the burgers. Yummo! We were actually wondering when the second location would open as it is likely closer to us.

Food, service, and ambiance, and staff was great! Mr Juicy was busy, but were very prompt and our order was delivered exactly what we ordered at peak lunch time. Everything was clean and orderly. People behind the counter were friendly and ready to assist us with any questions. The dining area was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be doing a lot of eating at Mr. Juicy !

Came here for my lunch break and I'm so happy I did... burger was cooked to perfection buns were toasted perfectly as well the fries were so good they were so fresh that I couldn't bite them because they were so hot and the customer service was amazing as well as soon as I was below half on my sweet tea they would ask if I needed a refill I would definitely come back 10/10 must try again

This is our go to burger spot. The staff is always super friendly, even when they get busy. The burgers are amazing quality for the price. So much so, that we basically stopped going to Whataburger as the prices are comparable for a gourmet burger. A few times, we have visited and the staff gave us a free sample of their Dole whip, which is a very Rich pineapple soft serve style ice cream. They also have a variety of fresh baked desserts at the counter. Boozy shakes and a welcoming family atmosphere.

It was really yummy. First time here. It reminded me of tre burger in Houston which is best in Houston I think this is best in San Antonio the burger. Next time I'll try the tenders and shake as well. They have dole whip too

The burger is amazing! Cooked like a burger should be and seasoned well! Love the fries and they get food out quickly! The service is friendly, explained the menu and were so nice about all the questions even though they were so busy. The restaurant is cute and small but works for the quick service and friendly neighborhood vibe. We will be back

Finally, I was able to visit without a long line. We ordered 2 double cheese burger combos and the watermelon splash drink. I thought the burger was good and priced well. The fries are just OK they were crunchy but bland. My wife didn't care for the burger she preferred some of the other competitors. The splash drink was good a great alternative to soda and tea. If I'm in the area for lunch, I'll consider stopping by again Downfall, we asked for pickles, and they didn't make it on the burger or on the side. Moose Out

This was my second time here. My first time was years ago & i was not impressed. Today that changed. First of all, customer service was outstanding. Very friendly & continually checked up on us. I ordered the cheeseburger w/ mustard (not a mayo fan) and it was really good. I also ordered the chicken sandwich (mayo on the side). We were impressed. It was so delicious & the best i have had. It was also huge! We could have that meal & been content. Everything was fresh. They served us quickly too. We will definitely be back.

Wow! The burger and chicken strips were amazing! The burger was so good and big! No skimping! Chicken strips were like 2 large delicious pieces of chicken breasts! Next time I want to try the boozy milkshakes!!

Was not impressed. Cramped parking lot. Not greeted. Open containers of alcohol on the counter. Simple menu. Didn't try the food. Looked very mid.

So pulling in there was a private parking and a bright lime green exterior! Walked into a small dining area where we were greeted promptly. We ordered our food and sat and an available table near the door. Our food came out about 7-8 minutes later, and dang! My burger was a beast! I got the double and added bacon and a fried egg, which was just perfect for me. The patties were nice and thick and had great flavor! The bacon was cooked perfectly, and the egg was runny! The fries were also very yummy lightly salted, crispy exterior and soft interior! I can't ask for much more. My wife got a single straight up and could not finish her meal due to the size of it, but she really enjoyed it! We also purchased a key lime pie, which we had to take home (We were so full) and it was awesome as well! great lime flavor throughout and the meringue so very tasty. The shop is about 35 minutes away from us but the next time I'm in the mood for a burger it'll be a Mr. Juicy Burger!

Wasn't what I was expecting. Burger average,lots of salty fries,lol the secret sauce I'll keep that secret and the hot sauce on the chicken I'll keep that secret too anyway that chicken burger looks good and my son in law like it. My chocolate shake was ok , the fountain sodas awful so drank tea not the best tea but ok. Overall is an ok place. It must have something for other people raging but I didn't see or taste. Having that in mind is just another burger place!!

They have some of the best burgers in town. They are as they are named, more juicy than other burgers. We got the cheeseburger and we also tried the chicken strips, which were also pretty good. Service is always very friendly. Ambience is nice and the store is pretty small on the inside so it is sufficient for a quick meal.

The burgers are consistently good - I've not been able to pull myself away to try anything else, although the chicken tenders looked amazing as they passed by our table. My wife loves the wet sauce on her burger! The service is adequate, but not ever super fast - I think this is a limitation of the size of their location. There are only six tables inside, so this is always a challenge. They do have several picnic tables in the parking lot for additional seating. Oh - we got the caramel / whiskey boozy shake for dessert and it was FABULOUS!!!

Recommend for a burger fix. Just a good honest burger. Burger well seasoned and cooked and juicy, nice toasted bun, fresh veg. Good list of add ons, if you don't see it ask (jalapeños). Crunchy and seasoned fries served nice and hot. Small restaurant, just a few tables in and a few out, but clean and lots of windows. Very friendly and helpful staff. The shakes (even boozy ones!) and cookies look good, but too full this trip to try. After we saw the (huge!) chicken sandwich will definitely be back to try that one.

So I saw a tv show that talked about this place and how great it is. I also noticed a lot of my Yelp friends had raved about the place. Having Chef Andrew Weissmann as the owner, I knew I was in for a great experience. Unfortunately, my experience did not match the hype. Being located on the corner of San Pedro and Hildebrand means traffic is a bear. Then, when finally getting to pull into the parking lot, we found parking was nearly nonexistent. Add the long line of drive through traffic in the parking lot and it becomes a jungle. We ended up parking at a restaurant across the street and walking over. With only several tables inside, we discussed taking our food back to the car or eating at one of the picnic tables. We decided we would try for one of the picnic tables outside by the roadway. That was a great choice as SA was having a "chamber of commerce" weather day (70 degrees and no humidity). Employees were one of the top things about this restaurant. The guy taking our order did not know about Hatch Chile on a burger, but he went and asked. He was pleased to report back that even without that being on the menu, they would be happy to make it for us. How was the food? The burger was good even with the bun completely disintegrating. The wife's chicken sandwich was not what she expected, but she ate it all:-) The fries were the best thing - they were outstanding. Will I return? I don't know. Food was worth a return, but all the other issues will be hard to overcome.

Not sure how one would know that Chicken Fried Steak has (temporarily?) returned to Mr Juicy since I saw no mention of it today in person. I took the day off just to try it because I read on mysa.com that it was back and I hadn't a chance to try last time. I arrived right before 11am on a Friday since I read it is only available 11am-2pm or until it runs out that day. It took close to 20 minutes for it to be ready and held up well during the 10-15 minute drive home. It was huge, enough for two people or just one with a beastly appetite. I ordered the combo so it came with a drink and fries. The breading was very crisp without being greasy as were the delicious fries. It was served with the signature Juicy sauce so it was smidge spicy. I thought it was very good but my favorite CFS is from Pete's Chicken Shack and that also was a short lived menu item. By the time I left at 11:20 there was already a line of cars wrapped around the building and a line out the front door, just fyi. Service was friendly.

We went to the Hildebrand location and dined in. The burgers were cooked perfectly with cheese and a great bun. A perfect bite all around. Counter order service with dine in trays. They have a drive through too. Their menu offer chicken too but MAN their burgers really are juicy and perfect. They come with.l a special sauce that is creamy and with the right amount of peppercorn spice. All together makes a great combination!

If you're on the hunt for one of the best burgers in San Antonio, look no further! Mr. Juicy is top tier! I was greeted by friendly staff shortly after opening and was impressed by the level of cleanliness inside. The place is SPOTLESS and was filled with the aroma of burgers grilling and fresh fries. I love how simple the menu is and the variety of the additions you can add to the burger. I ordered the #3, which is your typical burger with fries, and added mushrooms. My husband and I also ordered their famous wet sauce and it was AMAZING! The burger was fresh off the grill, the bun was warm with just enough crispiness, and the mushrooms were so, so good. Typically when I order add ons to burgers, especially mushrooms, they sometimes are not cooked well or are barely in the burger. Not here! The mushrooms were grilled to perfection and were evenly distributed throughout the burger so that each bite had mushrooms. The fries were also fresh, crispy, and had the perfect amount of salt. The wet sauce on the burger and with the fries was mouthwateringly phenomenal. This is my new favorite and new go-to burger place. We had been wanting to try it forever and we are so glad we finally made it in. Highly recommend!

Had to wait 40 minutes in drive through line--ridiculous--burger was just okay nothing fabulous! Did not get special sauce substituted Mayo! Lettuce, tomato with pickles on the .side. Fries were crispy and had Garlic Flavor which was Different and tasty

This was unexpectedly excellent. I just needed a quick burger but instead I was treated to one of the best burgers I have ever eaten. Drive thru was super fast and the burger was freshly cooked and piping hot. Not much more to say. Five stars.

The portions of the burger are huge! The visuals are outstanding, but the food was a little salty for my liking. I will say that I love how everything was customizable. There were "add ons" such as mushrooms and you can DIY it so that it can become a veggie burger. My cheeseburger was $6 (no fries or drink), and everything was very fresh. The bun was crisped with butter and the patty was a good size. There was a good layer of cheese inside the burger, which made it worth it. The customer service was amazing. The person taking our order was cheerful and was more than happy to answer any questions we had. We ate outside, because my party had a large group. Despite being outside, a few feet away from the actual store, the workers came out multiple times to check up on us! I will come again to try the chicken burger (it looked like it would feed two people)!

1.Best hamburger I have had in a long time with WOW flavor just in the meat. 2.My sweet tea was on point with great customer service for refills. 3.The place is small not a lot of parking, they do have music playing not that much to decorate. 4.This is a must come try out kind of place
