Built under the Seneca Ave subway line, the location already feels iconic before you even walk in.
They’ve done a great job keeping the retro charm intact . Dope glass block windows, cork-paneled walls, and a mid-century bar setup that feels like stepping into the 1950s but with a modern twist. There’s a spacious back area that’s well-decorated and cozy, and I especially loved the “secret date night telephone booth” tucked near the kitchen. It’s a subtle detail that makes the place feel a little more special.
Drinks are super reasonably priced:
• $6 beer and a shot combo (yes, real draft beer!)
• They’ve also got $1 hot coffee all day, which is a rare find anywhere in the city.
The crowd was chill, the service was friendly, and the vibe was easygoing. Perfect spot for date night, catching up with friends, or even just grabbing a solo drink.
I’m definitely coming back. The space, prices, and energy are exactly what Ridgewood needed.
