"At Mr. Nancy's, a bar in Ridgewood, there are three rules, written on a sign behind the bar: No Dancing, No Kissing, and Try The Chili. We're almost positive the first two are a joke, but the third commandment should be taken seriously. The chili is thick and meaty, with a blanket of melted white cheddar on top, a sides of pickled jalapeños and a small bag of Fritos.
