Mr. Puebla Tacos

Let me start this by saying I am a huge foodie that is a realist, very critical, and sometimes overly honest. Mr. Puebla Tacos is serving by FAR the BEST mexican food I have ever tried. Some (as myself) may think that food trucks tend to have colder food that's reheated, over priced, and mediocre taste at best. This place blows every other mexican spot within Fuquay and the surrounding cities out of the water. I got the Philly Tacos and I just can't stop raving about them. Temperature of the food was hot, not scald your mouth hot but not warm. It was perfect fresh off the grill with unreal tasting queso cheese topped with fresh grilled onions and peppers. Two tacos for right around $7.00. And let me preface by saying they weren't slacking in fullness, they were overstuffed. I can't recommend this place enough. And the owner was incredibly kind, gave me a recommendation on food, and continuously had a smile on his face. PLEASE give this food truck a try if they're in your area. You absolutely will not regret it.

Nachos: 7.4/10 The nachos stood out with their rich variety of ingredients and well-seasoned chips. The sauce enhanced the dish, though the amount of queso was slightly overwhelming. Pineapple Juice: 6.8/10 A delightful and refreshing beverage, served in a generous amount, complementing the meal well. Value: 7.1/10 At $30, the pricing felt reasonable. The tacos, priced at $10, were on the smaller side but came with an added side of chips, rounding out the meal

If you're looking for the best brisket tacos, find this truck. It's my favorite food truck so far.

10 out of 10. Booked for a corporate event. Everyone was extremely satisfied. The food truck was punctual, respectful, nice and tasty. I will definitely be spending more money with Mr. Puebla Tacos again very soon!

Tried them for the first time this evening and it was delicious! We got the BBQ nachos, al pastor street tacos, Philly cheesesteak tacos, and a quesadilla. Highly recommend this food truck!!

When I tell you, this was hands down the ABSOLUTE best food truck I've had in awhile...most food trucks I've been to disappoint me, quality of the food don't be worth the money and not enough bang for your buck...BUTTTTTTTT this was an experience!!! I ordered the street tacos with steak and one brisket 🤤 and also ordered the brisket poppers and scraped the queso out of the container lol...I talked about the food and how happy it made me until I said let me go give a review!!!! This was an amazing experience and I'm glad gave it a shot...definitely had more bang for my buck... MUST TRY

Don't go without getting the brisket tacos; awesome is an understatement! Not trying to take away from the rest of the menu but that's by far my favorite - bbq nachos and chicken bacon bombs are something DIFFERENT! Confident that the whole menu is fire, but I'm gonna make an effort to find out! Highly recommend!!!
