Mr. Puffs

Amazing taste. We got 2 boxes of 50 and 4 flavours. Worth it as a big group. I'd give it a 5 star but the serving lady started to loose her cool simply because we were taking our time deciding flavours. I mean it's a big order and it was the first time I ever visited a mr. Puffs. So her reaction was not merited. Otherwise, food tastes amazing.

I found these fluffy little donuts fun to eat and surprisingly the toppings weren’t not too sweet. The service was a bit slow.

Couldn’t find my online order, so not only it wasn’t ready but it took a while to find and prepare. Half of the puffs were overcooked and not enough sauce. There were extra puffs tho and the staff was very nice.

I loved this place until everything changed there , the vibe isn’t the same , makes me feel uncomfortable sometimes. The puffs tasted weird , look like they’ve changed the recipe ? It was once a warm place but now all I hear is noise can’t even eat in peace, the place is just meh , don’t go there if you don’t want to feel like you just asked a zara worker your way in the store , big thumbs DOWN

the service was really friendly and told me i could also do 6-6 so i went for bueno and oreoish puffs. the puffs were perfectly fried, a bit of a crunch on the outside and really soft from the inside and they were not really sweet. the toppings were just wayyyyy to sweet for me and it was a lot of topping but i guess this place is also made for people who crave super sweet things. 12 are defo too much for one person i figured so it would be nice to have an option for less but i guess that’s north america.

I use to go to this place all the time to eat but for some time now I’ve sensed some change while I was eating I was hearing a men yelling at his workers, the food tasted so different, the atmosphere was just so weird that whole place is disorganized, the workers seem uninterested. I really wouldn’t recommend.

Nice place to satisfy vegan sweet tooth cravings. I love that the prices displayed include taxes. Can’t wait for the day when that’s the norm for all stores.

Ohhhhh so good. Excellent little place with fresh puff pastries (doughnut holes, beignets, profiteroles, dough balls - whatever you want to call them) fresh out of the fryer and slathered with lots of sauce. We got the salted caramel, which was delicious. Had some vanilla soft serve with a milk chocolate shell (forgive me, I'm a dopey American) on the side. Everything was excellent. After looking around forever for crepes, which are somehow hard to find in the old city, we stumbled across this and were so happy we did. The woman at the counter was super friendly. Can't recommend it enough

An absolute gift to humanity, one of the best desert places I've ever been to. I highly reccommend this to literally everyone, I don't think anyone could possibly dislike it! Un cadeau absolu à l'humanité, l'un des meilleurs endroits du désert que je connaisse. Je le recommande vivement à tout le monde, je ne pense pas que quiconque puisse ne pas l'aimer!

I slept on this place for quite a while... No more. Also makes for great thing to bring to parties or events.

The puff is OK. The ice cream is very mid. Service is good. But nothing about it makes it really worth my while. There are much better ice creams at lease.

February 19, 2019 - LOVE... why are you not in Toronto??? My co-worker recommended Mr. Puffs to me, and I am very glad he did. The beignets were lightly crunchy and soft on the inside. We ordered Salted Caramel, Sugar Cinnamon and Hazelnut Biscotti. The cashier was very sweet and helpful and th store was very clean. We will definitely go back to get some more before we leave MTL.

Backstory: I requested my boss who was traveling from Montreal to pick some up for me as recommended by a friend. Although I received it a bit cold (due to wintery weather and flight), I found them deliciously decadent. So when I had the chance to visit Montreal this weekend, it was high on the list of must-eats!!! On this visit, my friends and I had just come from eating lunch, so we stopped by for coffee and puffs (Loukoumades or small versions of malasada). I ordered the chocolate hazelnut puffs with a latte and my friends ordered the sugar cinnamon puffs with a frappe. The puffs were freshly strained from cooking in oil and I watched them generously drizzle the puffs with chocolate hazelnut and dusted with sugar cinnamon. I may have salivated while I watched this process. This visit alone certified a multiple visits this weekend, thank the stars Mr Puffs has many locations in Montreal!

YOU GET A PUFF! AND YOU! AND YOU! Seriously, I was on a mission to eat all the puffs that came my way. SHAMU-Lessly!!! Talk about variety and options when it comes to fried dough balls, these are a diet crusher. Don't come at me with your New Year's Resolution because this is not the place nor time. This my friends, is about satisfying any fried sugary craving you're having in 2019! The menu provides combos, pick how many dough balls you want and what drink to pair it with, do you want coffee, a latte, juice, milk?! The world is your damn oyster, not to mention the prices make you feel like you're a baller! Anyone can afford the most luxurious combo today and every day! I'm obsessed with MR.PUFFS, Sugar Cinnamon was my favorite and choco-berry was a close second! For a solid cheap eat you have got to get your puff on! Puff the magic dragon!!!

I went there more then once last summer when it reopened for people to sit and eat inside and never been disappointed the staff was super sweet and smiley which does make you wanna come back plus I love their products and their milkshake are simply divine

I don't remember the exact location I went to but I can't imagine them being any better or worse than one another since it's a chain. This place is absolutely magical. I haven't had anything like it and I live in New York City where we have almost everything. Such delightful crispy yet soft on the inside puffs. I love that they make it fresh for you and that you get to choose the toppings you want. I tried 4 different flavors and even though the hazelnut biscotti was my favorite, they were all damn amazing. Please bring mr puffs to NYC!

This is probably my favorite Montreal guilty pleasure! The puffs are sooooo good! It's basically deep fried puffs with decadent fillings of your choice. It sounds simple, but each bite of the oily puff is just one step towards heaven! It's very hard to stop eating. They partner up with different food delivery services if you are craving them! If you plan to keep them for longer, ask for dipping on the side so the puffs don't get soggy. My favorite dipping is probably chocolate hazelnut.

I've been here twice. First one in line. And it takes 25 minutes to get a small order. They are so unorganized. Never again. You sell ONE product!

MOVE OVER QUEUES DE CASTOR. These puffs are The best street dessert in Montreal. My husband and I have been coming annually and always visited the truck during the Just For Laughs Festival. We came this year for the Jazz Festival to find out there are several brick and mortar locations! Made fresh, served piping hot with your favorite sauces and toppings, these loukoumades are AMAZING. Crispy on the outside and soft and pillowy on the inside... there is no better mouthfeel. I hope they cross the border into the States. PS they are 35 calories a piece plain.

Mr Puffs is one of those places I sort of wish I never visited, because now it's all I can think of! I mean, who doesn't love warm donuts??? I visited with my 3yo, as a pre errand running treat for us. I choose cinnamon sugar, as I was trying to minimize mess. This summer though, it's on! We're coming back for one of the more decadent toppings, like chocolate or caramel, perhaps paired with ice cream. We'll take it to the park nearby and bring a big package of wipes for cleanup. It's going to be epic!

Got the salted caramel and hazelnut biscotti puffs while visiting Montreal. They are freshly made and piping hot fried dough balls. Crunchy on the outside, but fluffy on the inside. I had to go back for seconds before I returned to the US!

These are stupidly good and addictive. It's like a churros in ball version: crunchy fried outside and soft, chewy inside. I would eat these every day, especially with the Nutella + Biscotti topping. And just when you think these can't get any better, they have an option to add ice cream!!!

Great place for an iced coffee and puffs (Montreal's version of profiteroles). Nice place, clean, competitive prices, great location. Recommend.

We found Mr.Puffs while walking after a dinner out. We were blown by the cleanliness and service of this place. We did t think to get dessert but this Mr. puffs was so attractive from the outside to just pass along. The inside is as bright and lovely as the outside. Awesome service, the girl who was working behind register was so sweet. The pastries were amazing, I'm actually sitting at home writing this review thinking I should have gotten more .. lol

We were getting Ben and Jerry's and saw this across this and we were all like YYYAAASSSSS We came in and it smelt delicious, it's clean and the staff is accommodating and gave us help when we couldn't decide what to eat, We have dug in and our thoughts are; Sweet yet delectable and better than a timbit... super irresistible and I want to keep on having more My taste buds have exploded in joyful bliss We got salted caramel and the chocolate hazelnut and we are IN LOVE THE CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT!! It's soft chewy dough on the inside and crispy on the outside. Oh and by the way... A quick warning The delicious flavour changes as you munch on it, it becomes more and more delicious To wrap this up... We loved it!!! And will be back!! YUM!

Amazingly good! Perfect sweetness! I wish they made some gluten free, it would help me, since my tummy is not a big fan of gluten.

This is the most delicious snack/ dessert I have ever had. It is perfect soft inside crispy outside with the mouth watering toppings. Never eaten something like this .

We went in here after a sub par meal at the cheap party spot down the block.I had to have nutella and salted caramel. OmG these were gooood!!!If your on a diet don't come here.

Heard about these puffs, and I had to check this out. They were #%*€^€ amazing. Tender warm in the inside and crispy on the out. Choco loco and salted caramel did not disappoint. Will be back!

I had a great experience here!! The staff was super friendly on a holiday morning, and the puffs were fresh, hot, and delicious! There are so many flavors to choose from, but I went with a classic cinnamon-sugar dusting, and I don't regret a thing! That paired with a hot chocolate was a super, sugary start to a holiday. More puffs please!!

If you haven't tried these wonderful light crispy puffs you are missing out on an incredible dessert. They are served hot and you have a choice of 10 different toppings. All are one better than the next. A must try!!! Be careful because once you try them you will be hooked! They have a great attentive and knowledgeable staff.
