Great coffee (SP’s recco), BEST breakfast sandwich (egg cheese spicy mayo tomato lettuce on a squishy griddled bun). Nice spot to work but gets really busy.

Really popular ice cream spot. Get their salted butter (bestseller, close to a butterscotch flavour but really light), a fruit sorbet, and then 1 plain sesame bagel from Fairmount Bagels next door. Eat ice cream on bagel like butter and jam
