We discovered this spot even before we had a chance to fully familiarize ourselves with the area. Coincidentally, a few nights earlier, we had dinner upstairs at the Lookout Bar. While the nightlife at Mrs. Olens was definitely lively and cool—personally, not my usual scene—it was fun to watch the punk rock mosh pit from outside. We arrived on a Sunday morning expecting it to be busy, but to our surprise, it was quite quiet around 8:30 AM. For breakfast, I tried the chilaquiles, as well as the pancakes and French toast. The flavors were good and satisfying, though nothing particularly extraordinary. There was an extra charge for eggs, which was expected with the price increase, overall, the meal was enjoyable. I’d love to come back and try their Bloody Mary’s—they looked incredibly refreshing and delicious!

Harbor tax: 3.5% and sales tax 9.25% The interior of the restaurant was nicely decorated and interesting, the staff were kind, and the food tasted pretty good. The only downside was that the clam chowder felt more like potato soup.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What an unforgettable night at Mrs. Olson’s! Bella Rayne’s SoCal debut with Cubensis was pure magic. At just 17, Bella’s psychedelic guitar riffs lit up classics like “Sugar Magnolia” and “The Other One,” blending perfectly with Cubensis’s tight grooves. Emerson Rose’s vocals on “Morning Dew” gave me chills! The intimate vibe of this cozy venue brought Deadheads of all ages together, radiating the Grateful Dead’s timeless spirit. Mrs. Olson’s nailed it with this show—great sound, warm atmosphere, and a night full of soul. Can’t wait to come back for more! Check their events at Mrs. Olson's Events. #GratefulDead #BellaRayne #Cubensis

Just had lunch there with my family. The place was extremely dirty with fruit flies everywhere. Dirty dishes and a dirty bus tub were left next to our table. The service was slow and not very attentive. We ordered an order of onion rings to start. It was a very small and extremely greasy. I had the Philly Steak Sandwich that had barely any meat in it, and there was zero flavor to it. My son had the street tacos that had less flavor than my sandwich. He only ate half of one taco, and he couldn't eat any more. The server never even asked if it was ok after seeing that he only ate half of one taco. I really don't know how a place like this stays open. Management was nowhere to be found, so we just paid and left. I hope that ownership actually reads these comments, because with a bit of cleaning, better cooks, and a better staff this place could be great

The burgers are bomb AF. I also like their gluten-free cornmeal pancakes. They do not have any gluten free bread options for the buns or sandwhiches though. This place has great staff and good food.

UPDATE: We ate breakfast here and it was terrible. I don't know if they got a new cook or what is going on. Our food looked great, but that's as far as its goodness went. My son's hot chicken sandwich was not very good. The fries were the only good food out of both our meals. I ordered an omelet with sourdough toast and crispy hash browns. All the moisture was cooked out of the hash browns and it was like eating plastic. My "toast" was just warmed bread that was not even near being toasted. The omelet had almost no cheese and the vegis were way over grilled. My stomach still hurts from my breakfast and it's now midnight that I'm writing this review. Our service at first was great. We got drinks and gave our order quite quickly. Then as we waited for our food, 2 other tables were seated and received their food before we did. One of the tables was seated at least 10 minutes after we ordered. This experience will keep me away for a while. Old review: Our meals were delicious and the service was great.

This is the local go to, to dine for breakfast and lunch. Unique steampunk submarine theme and late night concerts for Nardcore punk musicians. Beautiful outdoor dining patio overlooking the boat docks on the harbor. Nifty inside with tons of eye catching unique items from knights armor to tables with bottle cap or penny inlays. Even the women's bathroom is covered in nostalgia prints with fun sayings. The food is plentiful not cheap but not wallet busting for the area. 22 is average high priced for a fully stuffed breakfast omlette and the sparrows will come take food at your feet if you let them. Great place good staff and beautiful scenery.

My wife and I loved having our Christmas Eve Breakfast here.... The Menu has so many choices and the Portions are Great! We had to take home our excess food. Location is beautiful and this place can accommodate large groups. This place is Military and First Responder Friendly. Great service and we both were amazed how helpful and courteous their waitresses are. Will definitely return for more. I highly recommend this place for locals and visitors. 🤙🏻🌟🎄🎅🏻😊
