Ms. T's Southern Fried Chicken

Made to order Southern Fried Chicken. I came here for lunch and had chicken wings, fries, and mushroom. Everything here is fried (except the desserts). The wings were very salty. They marinate the chicken here and the salt is absorbed in the meat. I guess if you had the chicken breast, it may be less salty. The order took 20 minutes, so I would recommend calling ahead. This is more of a carry-out restaurant, as there are about 5 stools in the front. The place could use better ventilation. The whole time I was there, I felt like I was sitting in the kitchen.

We were looking for a light dinner and stumbled across this place. Liked the menu and it smelled delicious so we tried it. OUTSTANDING!!! We split a two breast meal and added biscuits (regular bread is included) and Mac and cheese bites. Expect a wait as it’s made to order but so worth it! We asked for butter with the biscuits and she said “honey, they’re infused with butter!” The chicken was amazing, great flavor, tender and juicy. Loved the Carolina Gold BBQ sauce! Generous portions of delicious food. And the entire staff could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. Definitely going back! Note: it’s a very small place with seating for six people so take out is a great option.

We are always on the hunt for good fried chicken. This spot is one of our favorites now! The fried chicken was juicy and had a crisp skin. The sides were great as well! You should definitely try the fried pickles, and their fries are seasoned perfectly.

Do you like your chicken fried and perfectly tender? Mrs.T's does it right. Got a Perch/Wing combo and made some little fish bread tacos. Don't forget to drip that that sweet mesquite honey tang mustard House sauce everywhere. Positive vibes only

Great spot in Lakeview for fried chicken. Ms. T is really nice and always willing to answer any questions you may have. I always get the half dark meat meal. The desserts look good too. Order ahead as everything is cooked to order and take 15-20 minutes.

Ok, so my first experience at Ms. T's was certainly worth the wait. My chicken was so good child it reminded me of Sunday dinners at my mama's house. I tasted all the sauces but honestly none was needed. The service was good but I suggest you phone in your order if pressed for time. I will order from Ms.T's again and again. Lawd it was lip smacking Good.

I had the catfish and loved it! It is only to go, so we sat outside and ate sitting on the bench! The fresh cut fries were also really good!!
