Fantastic spot with great service, cool atmosphere, and an awesome soundtrack. The food was great. Split a Cuban sandwich and an El Blanco pizza. The sandwich was so good, pickled jalapeños, perfect pork, lots of cheese, the bread! I’m not a huge fan of white pizza but the Alfredo sauce was delicious and the ingredients were super fresh. The pale ale was really good, kept a nice head on it until it hit the bottom of the glass. We’ll definitely be going back. I really want to try more of their sandwiches and pizzas.

This beer is exactly what I wanted and needed. I was looking for a Kölsch from a local beer store, and I took a chance on this. Fantastic and a weird IPA, bitter, sunshine brew, but the german yeasts do not disappoint. Yay!

My review won’t matter much. Because this place is busy, has good reviews, and caters to local families. But we were so disappointed! The only way we would find ourselves back is if we are REALLY craving a beer after a long hike, for instance. The place was packed with kids. Lots of them. So, if you’re looking for a place you can bring your parents and your kids, and your neighbors’ kids...for a family dinner, and don’t want to venture far, I suppose it beats McDonalds or Round Table. The beer is awesome. Service was fine. And that’s it. They use plastic straws. IN. EVERYTHING. Pretty pathetic for a restaurant that pitches themselves as sourcing locally (which to us means a certain level of awareness about sustainability, environmental concerns...not just “fresh” 🙄). The pizza was bland at best, and extremely skimpy on toppings. And so overpriced!!! $30 for a pizza with about one to two slices of mushrooms per slice (no joke) and approx 6 small, pale leaves of basil for the entire pizza. Please know it’s rarely the price of the food that bothers us, but the lack of quality for the price at this restaurant was significant. Server was pleasant. No complaints there. If you’re looking for an easy place to pop into, grab a good beer, and the kids (and you) are happy with fries and pizza, then I suppose it’s ok. That’s all that matters to most of their regulars. I just expected so much more for a place named Mt. Tabor. And for Pete’s sake, Mt Tabor Brewing, please stop with the plastic straws. And filter the water!

I love this place! The staff is very welcoming and the beers are well-priced. There is something for everyone - there are a few IPAs, a refreshing lager, a Mexican dark lager, a couple dark brews, and maybe even a sour or two. There is no food at this location, but you can bring in outside food. My only complaint is the hours. Currently, they are open Thursday and Friday only. It is a great addition to the area and they tend to switch up their seasonals regularly. On a side note, check out the pub in Vancouver if you get the chance as they have food too!

Yelp
Friendly faces, great big screen TV, the beer was cheap and DELICIOUS, and it was definitely a hidden gem in Portland! I am so glad we stumbled in here

Yelp
Really enjoyed the beer styles and the laid back atmosphere with the brew space right next the bar. With the selection you can definitely find a style you like from Lager-Stout and all in between. Stop in for sure, only on Friday now. I hear they might be changing that in the future. -Cheers

Yelp
My wife and I stumbled across this place a few months ago while walking to the Revolution Hall for an event. It was open on a Friday (only day open to the public due to lack of pint sales on other days). The place was spacious, industrial, and the service was excellent. I must add the beers were incredible also. I hope they continue to grow and kickass! Thanks for the beer Eric!

Yelp
Tiny little casual spot that has an awesome variety of styles and flavors. While I was there, some people showed up and started playing guitar and singing! Random awesomeness. Some real good quality brews, including a couple of collaborations.

Yelp
I just went into this place on Saturday night. I couldn't believe the amount of beers on tap. I also got a chance to talk to the brewer. Really nice guy. He talked about how the place got started. Love hearing these stories. The also have corn hole!!! Great spot to just hang out and grab a beer!

Yelp
Just had a delicious lunch combo, soup and sandwich at the Vancouver location. The sandwich was a cubano pork it was moist and flavorful and the soup was a homemade spicy corn and garbanzo bean mixture that was amazing. I know they are known for their beer, but food was excellent!
