Super long queue, but absolutely worth the 2-hour wait. I arrived around 11:00 AM and was about 50th in line. There are only 11 seats in the shop, and ordering is done via a vending machine so cash only!
I ordered the chicken soup ramen, dried fish soup ramen, a chashu bowl (BBQ pork over rice), and an extra boiled egg. Everything was good, but the dried fish soup really stood out—clear yet deeply flavorful. The egg is a highlight as well; perfectly boiled with impressive precision.
The ramen comes with three kinds of pork, and personally, the grilled pork was the best. The chashu bowl is also very good and definitely worth ordering.
Because the queue is long, phone use during the meal is not allowed. Photography is fine, but no chatting or browsing while eating.
There’s no parking lot, and the shop is only open from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, so make sure to plan your time well.
Highly recommended if you don’t mind waiting for very good ramen.
