"Pursuing an original approach to ramen, the chef works with carefully selected ingredients.  Soup is prepared from free-range chicken and guinea fowl to bring out maximum flavour. Noodles, produced on the premises, are crafted for a delicious finish. Wontons stuffed with wagyu filling are the very flavour of luxury. Counter seating features an earthen wall made by a plasterer and wooden trays typical of Japanese restaurants. A ceaseless drive for improvement is evident in every bowl of ramen." - Michelin Inspector

Michelin Bib Gourmand ramen in Osaka - be prepared to stand in line for more than 45 minutes esp during the weekend. As a ramen noob, I finally understand now why ramen is such a big deal in Japan from this one meal in Osaka. The impeccable broth was deep and extremely sinful with gleaming spots of fat and the charsu sliced to perfection, along with a wagyu filled wanton and those bouncy handmade noodles . We ordered additional wagyu because why wouldnt you after waiting an hour, along with their rice bowl full of pork. All in all, be prepared to melt into the experience of it all. The chefs move in harmony to serve u a very fulfilling bowl of ramen in this special place, it was well worth the wait and multiple visits if you should be so lucky! 🍜💯❤️ Honorable mention: We waited up to an hour in the sun, but they were extremely thoughtful and brought us umbrellas as we waited under the sun 🤗☀️ Also, your entire party must be there or you will get demoted to the back of the line 😆

We have to wait a little but it was completely worth it. The best soba I've ever have. Amazing service and you can see how they cook all in front of you. Authentic experience and an explosion of flavors. You can see how these chefs master the art of the broth, soba noodles and meat. I could taste the effort and the long journey to reach this perfection. It's a must in Osaka, don't miss it.

It was a good 1 hour line to get in. Add to the fact that Osaka summers are uncomfortably humid - you got to like ramen that much to endure the torturous line. Food: Chicken Shoyu- Good news is, it is so worth it. The ramen is very balanced - I am one to scream ‘too salty’ a lot and this wan’t at all. The soup base has a bit of guinea fowl meat and also guinea fowl added to the soup base. I was expecting some hint of gaminess but there wasn’t. It was over all excellent bowl. Fish broth Shio - that is the one I will try next time I go back.

Owner maximized the fragrance and flavor of every ingredient to the point where it is almost overwhelming, but everything somehow works together beautifully! I also love how they are always making minor adjustments over the years to improve their bowls. I would also say the pork rice bowl is an absolute must. It looks simply constructed; I am not sure why it is so delicious! Maybe the unique soy sauce? or the fresh torching? The owner could probably open a restaurant only selling chashu rice and still be successful.

March 25 Queued for about an hour due to the restaurant’s limited seating. The queuing system outside the shop was misleading, causing an unpleasant experience. Tried the soy sauce chicken ramen and the fish soup ramen, but I found both are too salty for my liking. Not the type of ramen I would prefer. They offer different cuts of pork slices and pork belly, but some were too salty for me. Overall, I wouldn’t really recommend this ramen.

You can enter without waiting until 10 o'clock. Everyone is kind and I can feel the sincerity in ramen. It's a little hot inside because of the heat

Went there before the restaurant opened, around 10.20 am. There're people line up. Got the seat around 11.20 am. It's definitely worth the wait. The chicken broth is delicious, could smell a bit of lemon, and pork's so soft and tasty.

Saw this place always had a lineup “which is usually a good sign that the food is worth waiting for” since our hotel was close to it. So we went to check it out. Lineup went quickly. I preferred the slice meat but the char siu was yummy too. Ramen had the perfect chew. 🥚 was perfect. Service was pretty fast.

Yelp
This was the best ramen of my life! So many different flavors and thin tender bacon! The atmosphere is also very pleasant. Worth the one hour wait!
