Michelin Bib Gourmand ramen in Osaka - be prepared to stand in line for more than 45 minutes esp during the weekend. As a ramen noob, I finally understand now why ramen is such a big deal in Japan from this one meal in Osaka. The impeccable broth was deep and extremely sinful with gleaming spots of fat and the charsu sliced to perfection, along with a wagyu filled wanton and those bouncy handmade noodles . We ordered additional wagyu because why wouldnt you after waiting an hour, along with their rice bowl full of pork. All in all, be prepared to melt into the experience of it all. The chefs move in harmony to serve u a very fulfilling bowl of ramen in this special place, it was well worth the wait and multiple visits if you should be so lucky! 🍜💯❤️
Honorable mention:
We waited up to an hour in the sun, but they were extremely thoughtful and brought us umbrellas as we waited under the sun 🤗☀️
Also, your entire party must be there or you will get demoted to the back of the line 😆
