London’s New Restaurant Openings - London - The Infatuation

"Mulan Noodle, a northern Chinese noodle house, has live guzheng and pipa performances, a separate bubble tea spot next door, and a warm, rattan-sponsored dining room. Biang biang or la tiao zi noodles come coated in chilli oil with a choice of customisable toppings, like braised beef shank and marinated soy egg. We’re excited about the Sichuan ice jelly desserts, too." - sinead cranna, rianne shlebak

Such a great spot! The braised rib was so tender and went amazingly with the hand pulled noodles. I loved the cumin beef burger, so unique and tasty. The meat potsticker dumplings were delicious and so were the wontons in chilli oil. Also recommend the sweet and sour chicken! And for dessert, the deep fried milk was 10/10, need that again! Excellent service from Mina and also all the other girls, very lovely place and will definitely be back!

Highly recommended. Authentic Chinese noodle dishes such as Biang Biang Mian, all beautifully done. We visited on a Thursday lunchtime — the restaurant wasn’t too busy and the service was incredibly kind and attentive. We had the shredded chilli chicken, boiled dumplings, Chongqing-style noodle soup and the hand-pulled La Tiao noodles with shredded beef, all paired with a lovely Sicilian Pinot Grigio. Everything was genuinely delicious and wonderfully authentic. We’ll definitely be back, and can wholeheartedly recommend Mulan to anyone craving proper Chinese noodles.

A beautiful restaurant with lots of seating. They were busy with lots of deliveries but there were plenty of seats free so no need to book (on a Thursday). They mentioned there is live music on a Friday and Saturday. We loved the fried green beans and fried pumpkin patties. The biang biang noodles were nice and fresh, but the sauce didn't hit as much as some places. The dumplings were super fresh which was nice. Service was really friendly and efficient.

I got the cumin beef noodles and it was one of the best noodles I've ever had in London. The matcha latte was also very well made. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

Went on Saturday evening, the place was packed! You’ll need to book in advance. The food was great, the staff were really friendly but the service was incredibly slow. Took an hour to get the mains and they came separately, 15 mins apart. I would come back here as the noodles were great. I don’t think the place knows how to cope with the demand but that’s a nice problem to solve!

the food here is absolutely amazing, particularly the handmade soup noodles - packed full of flavour and with a few different options available, i can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu the atmosphere is also cute, I went during the day so it was a bit more quiet. a lovely new addition to the restaurants in the area.

Some of the best Noodles in London. Same Hand Pulled style you’ll see in the famous Noodle Inn - but no lines and great service. The Beef burger was the best I’ve had. Biangbiang noodles were amazing, definitely coming back for the Lanzhou style beef broth

Amazing food, such lovely staff and service was extremely fast and attentive. Enjoyed every single thing we ordered from starters, to dry and soup noodles. Will definitely be back, also can order Moo Tea boba from your seat which is great.
