"Mulan Noodle, a northern Chinese noodle house, has live guzheng and pipa performances, a separate bubble tea spot next door, and a warm, rattan-sponsored dining room. Expect biang biang or la tiao zi noodles that come coated in chilli oil with a choice of customisable toppings, like braised beef shank and marinated soy egg.
