Mulberry Wine and Liquor Store

Went to this location from dinner to finish off with purchasing a bottle of wine to take back to the room. The first greeting was- “You’ll have to get out, we can only have 3 people in here.” Once we did enter the same woman proceeded to say “do you feel better more that you’re allowed in?” the unprofessionalism and rude customer service is unacceptable. I expressed that her demeanor and customer service was unwarranted to which she began yelling for myself, husband, and infant to leave if we didn’t like it. With a quick look up, we found Marks wine and spirits just off Mulberry. The staff was incredibly courteous with a larger selection. Don’t waste your time going to Mulburry wine and liquor- completely disappointing considering it’s a part of the beautiful little italy.

Great little wine shop. Found exactly what I was looking for... an inexpensive medium red. It was Chilean. I love South American vinos. I am a fan!

The woman working when I stopped in on 2/12/18 was equally condescending and unhelpful. She did not know what Vin Santo was, which is bizarre for a wine shop in Little Italy, then proceeded to talk down to me and tell me they didn't carry any brand called "Vin Santo". Go around the corner to Di Palo's wine store- a much better selection with more knowledgable employees.

If you like quality Italian wines and great prices, look no further. The store is small but that's a good thing as you get in and out quickly!

Great prices, mostly wine but with liquor as well, including fernet branca. Friendly service and good hours.
