The menu is inspired by Latin America with items like savory churros and Chinese dan dan noodles with lamb chorizo, reflecting a mix of influences. Chef Ross Henke, who previously worked in Logan Square, and Trista Baker, co-founder of the Restaurant Culture Association, work together to create a supportive environment for staff. The restaurant also features art from local artists, a chef’s table, and a separate bar and lounge area.
