Muse was highly recommended on our local FB page for dining out. Everyone was right! Our food was outstanding. We ordered 3 sushi rolls and 2 noodle dishes. (There were 3 of us) we ate every last bite! Eddie took good care of us! Glad we stopped in!

Google
Was actually pretty disappointed by our delivery order, even though there’s so many good reviews of this place. Photographed below is our dinner! Smallest portion of rice I’ve ever seen, and the curry was watery and portion was small compared to other restaurants in the area. Sticky rice and mango, pad Thai were great! I have a gluten allergy and none of this food made me sick. Just wish it filled us up for the price we paid on their actual website, $81 :(

One of my favorite sushi places in southern NH! A real hidden gem in Manchester. A great date night spot with cozy and intimate vibes. Food is incredible & super fresh! Only recommendation is to check the sushi hours before you head over if you want sushi! Will be back again! (Pictured the ecstasy maki roll! 10/10)

I first saw Muse advertised on YouTube and thought the food looked good, so my family finally decided to try it. The outside is underwhelming and does not look like the food will be good, but the inside is nice and the smell of Thai food made it clear the food probably would be good. There was only one server, but he was very nice and one of the owners Eddy was making sushi and was accompanying when my son did not want cream cheese on one of the sushi rolls. The Dragon Roll was as made to look like a dragon, shows the talent of Eddy. All the food was very good, the smells were amazing. I got the green curry, the smell was amazing and tasted extremely good, it was spicy (I typically do not like spicy food) but I kept eating it because it was so good. My mom’s fried rice and my son’s pad Thai was extremely good and flavorful. The owner Eddy was very friendly, I had mentioned I saw him on YouTube and he told us about the restaurant and he was impressed our 9 year old son ate sushi. I would highly recommend Muse, it is easy to miss driving by thinking it is a hole in the wall restaurant.

Google
This place was incredible. Probably the best Thai experience I have ever had. The Crispy Duck Massaman Curry came out so fresh and actually crispy and tender and flavorful. The presentation was amazing. The sushi was delicious and fresh. Everything my friend and I ate was phenomenally flavorful and fresh with great presentation. Our server was very attentive and friendly and welcoming. We arrived close to closing time and they still pulled out all the stops for us. This is definitely my new favorite place to dine.

Google
Sushi made with love! I ordered some sushi rolls for take out. When I arrived my order wasn't quite ready but I was quickly greeted by the sushi master who was very friendly and let me know he was still working on my order due to making a fresh batch of rice. No problem, I was happy to wait for a few minutes. The sushi was very good, fresh, and reasonably priced. A little cheaper than other sushi restaurants in the area and honestly just as good! I will be back to try some more of their food! I'm surprised this place wasn't busier. Nice people and atmosphere. Give this local restaurant a try! Also, the parking is easy unlike other restaurants downtown. 😉

Google
Very good place never been thought we would stop by and try it. Got dumplings, octopus, pad Thai, crispy duck kao soi, and coconut sticky rice with mango for dessert. By far the best food I’ve had in a long time. The crispy duck was super good with the curry and the pad Thai was delicious. The best dumplings I’ve had and very good octopus. Never had traditional Thai food like this but it was very delicious will definitely be coming back. Also the owner was the nicest most helpful guy with helping us order food and telling us what to get. Thank you for the great experience.

Google
The service was very good. The staff who took my order and served me was courteous and polite. However, good service alone can't make up for poorly prepared food. We ordered a few fried rice dishes and Thai iced tea. Unfortunately, the tea tasted like flavored water with barely any tea flavor, and the fried rice was overly oily and undercooked. Response to the restaurant: Yes, I asked for the food to be packed, but not because I enjoyed it—because I was fed up with the quality and Just because I didn’t want to cause a scene in your restaurant doesn’t mean I enjoyed the food. I asked to pack it out of courtesy, not because it tasted good. I was simply too annoyed and disappointed to sit there any longer. Claiming my review misleading just shows you're not willing to take honest feedback. If you can’t handle honest criticism, that’s on you. Don’t twist customer review to fit your narrative. Instead of arguing with unhappy customers, try fixing what’s actually wrong: the food.

Yelp
This is a hidden gem. Eddie greeted me with a smile and was attentive from the start which is always refreshing. I asked for a recommendation and was not disappointed at all. The flavor and spice level were perfect. It's a small place that's very comfortable. The portion size was beyond what I expected. I highly recommend whether you're a local or a traveler like me.

Yelp
Second time here. Do not know a lot about this cuisine. Waitress was one the sweetest kindest waitress I have had in a while.n I alone Vietnamese PHO, but wanted to try something different. We had the Beef PHO. Flavors were great very different than Vietnamese but delicious! Broth was heavenly. Spices out of this world. A taste I have not had before (cause I do not eat enough Thai ) GREAT Mai Tai. Could be a 5 but the beef was very tough. Could not chew it.

Yelp
The best service the best food and such a good interaction in my 71 years I've never had anything better they have the best boba you should definitely try also Eddie the Owner is the best sushi bar in the world The mood is so good they're always happy have a good time trying this place

Yelp
Food (Massaman) was bland and vegetables not cooked through Service was poor at lunch. Waiter just disappeared into the back and did not return. Ambiance is not the best. It's in a run down strip mall, but the interior was clean and neat.

Yelp
So unbelievably happy we stumbled upon this place. The first night we went in, we had a party of 9. There were only two individuals working so we did wait a little bit longer to get our food (and we were a big party) but they were still fabulous. The food was fantastic. Tasted great and plated nicely. The workers were incredibly sweet and genuine. We told them we would be back tomorrow as well. We showed up again and service didn't disappoint. Food came out even faster as they had another set of hands. It's not the biggest place but it fit out now party of 13 comfortably and allowed for many others to sit for a meal. I don't know when we will be back to this town but I know 100% that this will be my #1 choice for food when we do return!

Yelp
9/30/24 dinner at Muse Thai and Sushi, 581 Second Street, Manchester NH 03102; 603.647.5547 - Eddie tended to us for 1 hour; really cared if we liked the food; loved that we ate everything that we ordered; we talked of world travel; he said if we go to Thailand we must talk with him first. We had to tailor a few dishes and he easily complied; he was comfortable to be around, he's a very naturally charismatic & personable but let's talk food - this is the most authentic Thai food we've ever eaten; portions are fine, not overly greasy, sugary nor salty & spiced perfectly. We're going here whenever we return to Manchester. Please eat at this restaurant, I repeat, go to this restaurant. Eddie's been in the restaurant business for over 30 years and he'll serve, cook, check you in/out; he was taught to make sushi, other Japanese food, Thai food and Chinese food. Bravo, Divo! You ROCK! Yelp
All I got was the build your own ramen bowl from here. FOR FIFTEEN DOLLARS. First bite in, the veggies were slightly cold (they're also just regular seasonal steamed veggies), broth is oily and has a saucy taste, steak is chewy and crappy, and the noodles are literally just instant ramen noodles. F*ckin disgraceful. I was praying it looked worse than it tasted but its looks matched the quality. I could have made this for 3 bucks at home, BETTER, or ordered from the actual authentic ramen place up the street for 2 bucks less. I gave this a go because I was on a time crunch and the other place was closing an hour earlier than here. I made a mistake and will NOT return.

Yelp
I am a fan! My friends and I stopped by for lunch and had a great experience. Good food, cool drinks, awesome service. This small, cozy little Thai/Japanese restaurant is also pretty trendy. They serve bubble tea/smoothies and serve them in cute mason jars. Adding the boba or tapioca pearls to the top of the drinks make them look more aesthetic. The soft and chewy texture of their boba is spot on too. The Thai iced tea I ordered was a bit too sweet but it had a good taste overall. Next time I'll just be sure to ask them to make it slightly less sweet. Our waitress was really sweet because one of my friends was craving an avocado smoothie and she offered to make it for him even though it was not on the menu. She constantly checked on us to make sure we were satisfied with our drinks and asked if we wanted any of our drinks sweeter or if we wanted more creamer. The pad thai is pretty solid. Pad thai is usually a hit or miss at Thai restaurants but I judge a Thai restaurant by the quality of their pad thai and Muse's rendition is good enough for me. I enjoyed the flavors and I loved the spice level even more. Their menu states they can make it mild, medium or spicy but if you want it even spicier you can request it and they will make it spicier with fresh chili peppers. I'm kind of jealous of my friends who got the crispy chicken pad thai because the crispy chicken looked so goooood. All my friends were pretty satisfied with their dishes as well so I think we will all be coming back in the near future :) FYI they only serve Thai food during lunch but for dinner they serve both Thai and Japanese.

Yelp
Ridiculous portioning. I ordered pad see ew and the crispy house duck special. This is what I got. A normally portioned pad see ew and a crispy duck for ants. The portioning of this restraunt is straight wack. I called back about the portioning and they said it was the normal portioning. At least give us some more broccoli. There is no way that this is the normal portioning compared to normal dine in. Super upsetting experience, dissatisfied and disappointed. Gave them one more chance but they know how to mess it up. 0/5 do not recommend as you will waste your money. Will not be coming back. Horrible customer service and portioning.

Yelp
Best sushi in Manchester! Food is fresh and delicious and they reminded me what amazing sushi tastes like! Just OMG YUM!

Yelp
Muse is an interesting, quaint restaurant with a large menu and polite staff. I was a little surprised that the price - dining in for two (no alcohol, 2 rolls and 2 entree) was $60. Massive vegetarian menu, decent sushi with beautiful presentation and polite, accurate staff. Bathrooms were a little scary!

Madge C.

Yelp
Ugh. Worst Thai food I've ever had. People there were nice don't get me wrong, but pad Thai was dry, curry was runny and even rice tasted of chemicals. Yikes. Was in area but won't go again. Avoid

Yelp
Tried to order sushi somewhere different. Got 4 rolls for $50+. The sushi is hardly rolled and thrown together. All 4 rolls taste the same and there is so much seaweed compared to the rest of the roll. Disappointing but noted to just keep going to Mint Bistro or other spots. Two stars because the lady on the phone was really delightful.

Yelp
I enjoyed this place. We have passed it by multiple times and decided to stop in. It was full on our visit but the food still came out in a reasonable time. Here we go: Food We ordered a few things to share so we could see what we liked. Was surprised to see the extensive amount sushi they have on the menu. We got the Spicy Maki set so we could try the sushi. It was very good. Hard to taste the different fish but that is what I get for ordering basically the same flavor profiles. Ordered the drunken noodles so we could try the Thai food. It was ok. I expected it to be spicier or at least be offered a spice tray so I could do it myself. Will likely try something different on my next visit. The green tea cheesecake was a mistake. First I was disappointed in the fact that they sprinkled the powder on top of the cake. I was hoping it was baked in. Second the cake taste store bought. Third they put sprinkles on top. Come on now... All in all I liked the place. Will definitely make better food choices next time. Happy Hunting Yelpers!

Yelp
Placed an order with door dash. Delivery was great. Food is a 3. Pad Thai was bland and had very few bean sprouts and shrimp was small for the price. Additionally, I did not receive sauce for Gyoza Dumplings, missing fried egg for the Graprow. Also the portion of rice was small. Wish there was more quality control
google avatar

Yelp
I ordered their Drunken Noodle dish via DoorDash...Great spice and warm when I received.. A little $$ for just the dish but I had a Groupon Gift gift card I had to use...

Yelp
Excellent meal. We are transplants from the west coast now living in Concord and came down to celebrate my son's birthday. I had the Kapow special with ground beef, my wife had spicy pepper boar chicken and our son the basil fried rice. Each of us enjoyed our entrees, which were big enough that we will definitely get a second meal.

Yelp
Decent Thai food at the Siam Orchid (now Muse Thai Bistro). Stopped here for dinner on a quiet Monday night. I was the only diner in the restaurant. The open dining area has several tables, high tables, chairs and stools, a large flat panel TV (with CNN), and the cocktail bar (4-color column backlighting) changes colors constantly. There are some framed artwork on the walls with colorful paper decorations & small colored glass lights hanging from the ceiling. Some Asian pop music was also playing in the background. I started out with a small bowl of Chicken Coconut Soup ($2.95) which had coconut milk broth, mushroom, scallions & chicken was very sweet and steaming hot. A great start!! For dinner, I had the Pad Thai ($8.95 - 2 shrimp, chicken, egg, noodles, bean sprouts, & crushed peanuts) which had a lot of chicken, sprouts, & crushed peanuts dominating the noodles and the overall taste was decent. For dessert, I had the Fried Ice Cream ($3.50), which was vanilla ice cream coated in a sweet batter (already made) & topped with Redi-Whip, chocolate syrup, and a cherry. My waiter put the toppings on in the bar. The fried ice cream was okay, nothing spectacular. Overall, the service was very attentive (constant refills on house water), the food was decent, and the dining atmosphere was decorative and colorful (not over the top).

Yelp
What was I thinking not trying this place for so long!? Read an article in the Hippo and decided to try it out. Glad I finally did. Great pad Thai and zesty crispy chicken. This will definitely be the spot I order Pad Thai. I like the pad Thai at Ubon Thai 2 Go but this one is a little better IMO. Daw Kun Thai off Brown Ave still wins for curry entrees. We ordered take out so can't rate the dining experience but our order was ready on time, food was great and service was friendly. My call got cut off and the woman called me back to finish placing my order. That's service!

Sarah W.

Yelp
The best sushi! Such a family friendly environment and great service. Every time we pass thru Manchester we stop in.

Yelp
Of if the best Thai food spots in NH. I love me some Thai food and I travel here frequently to have a taste. Their deserts are great too.
google avatar

Carrie Ann G.

Yelp
The food here is pretty good. I went here for a few years as they once were the best Thai option in the area. The reason I stopped going here is because they often are listed as open, I'll call to place a take-out order, and no one would answer, even in the hours listed on their website. In the few last times they did answer and I placed an order, it was NEVER ready when I got there at the time they said. This happened one to many times and I stopped going.

Yelp
After a drive thru the Kancamagus Highway my husband and I were craving Thaj Food before heading back to our hotel, so we decided to stop by Muse, it was one of several Thai spots open past 8:30. Upon arriving we were greeted, seated and given menus. The menu is a bit overwhelming, so many options which is great however takes some time to look over. After sitting for about 8 mins we were asked if we were ready, we asked for water, and some recommendations. We were asked if we knew what we wanted and reminded that they closed at 10:00! I looked at my phone and said "yes, we know, that's 40 mins from now, it's 9:10" I ordered the drunken noodles with chicken, 1 star, great dish, however would if liked more snap peas, only had three in total! My husband had the Red Curry with chicken, Thai Spicy, he said it lacked flavor, too bland compared to others he's had in the past, rice doesn't come with the meal, it was extra. I didn't taste it due to it being thai spicy. We also ordered a crunchy roll, which we both enjoyed. We really wanted to get the mango with sticky rice but felt if we ordered it we would've been reminded once again that they close at 10! Atmosphere is fine, food was good, service was less than average. Would we go again if we return to Manchester, no we would not.

Yelp
After I wrote the first review (particularly regarding my feedback on their Pad Thai), the manager of Muse Thai Bistro actually contacted me to inform me that after learning about the issue they figured out what was wrong with their Pad Thai sauce. They apologized very sincerely and told me they have made changes to the dish and the vinegar taste issue has been taken care off! They went out of their way to call me to tell me this (the restaurant had my number from me having ordered takeouts in the past...lol) and invited me to come back to re-taste the dish again. I personally find how much they cared and made effort to fix the issue and reach out to even ONE customer REALLY INCREDIBLE SERVICE. Now the most important part: THE PAD THAI. Although I told myself I never would... I returned for more. We ordered Todmun (shrimp curry cake) and tofu Pad Thai. Shrimp cake was pretty good, but the Pad Thai.... absolutely delicious!!! The noodles were perfectly cooked and chewy, the dish had great tastes between all the ingredients, and even the tofu pieces were cooked perfectly. Both of us were incredibly happy with our meals. I'm so happy that the issue was resolved and I don't have to look for a new place to go for my Pad Thai craving :) can't wait to go back for more food! (Prob tonight for dinner hahhh). Also people who work there are still SO NICE!

Yelp
Best sushi in Manchester hands down. I was visiting from out of town after a long business trip and made my night. Eddie the sushi chef and all the staff were very friendly and had great personalities. I will definitely be coming back here again next time I am in the area.

Yelp
I've been here probably twenty times since I discovered this place, sometimes eating in and sometimes getting take-out, and everything is always delicious. The fresh rolls are one of my favorite foods in the world. But the service has been terrible the last couple of times I've been here. I've seen people walk out because the server never even noticed them and it's taking them way too long to get food out to the customers that do stay. And now they don't serve sushi during lunch hours, so I've witnessed more people walk out of the business for this reason. They really need to get their act together because this place used to be amazing and now it's just getting frustrating.
google avatar

Yelp
Food is amazing but slow as molasses. It's hard to keep going back. An hour for pickup with only a few items is ridiculous
google avatar

Yelp
There's not a whole lot of good Thai in NH, but Manchester's Muse is a good one. Though close to a favorite in nearby Lakorn, I found myself here because Lakorn isn't open Sundays. They were pretty busy and getting there early gave me tie to take in the place while I waited for my takeout. It was clean, traditional Thai music and decorations were found within and the owner clearly had some regulars who he made polite conversation with while rolling sushi. Whoever had taken my order made sure to repeat it back to me and made sure I knew the rolls I had ordered had shrimp in them as the order was mostly vegetarian. Another waitress was answering questions about the menu to some new customers so the service was top notch all around. The food itself was slightly above average, the veggie pad thai and veggie noodles could have used some more veggies and spice, but were tasty. The Siam Rolls, veggie rolls and fried tofu were all delicious. The prices were not bad either. All in all, it's a semi solid place for Thai, put over the top to 4 stars because of the great service.
google avatar

Melanie L.

Yelp
This has been one of my favorite places for almost 20 years. I love the hot and crazy noodles, pad Thai (I like it spicy), pineapple fried rice is delicious, and omg zesty crispy chicken is it is this world amazing. I also live the chicken coconut soup and the Tom yum noodle soup. I swear I could eat there every day. Today I ordered my hot and crazy noodles extra spicy and it was spot on. I haven't tried the sushi, sushi is sushi, I'm obsessed with Thai food. Yes the service can be slow and dishes come out separately, but hey it was the same way at the top rated Chinese restaurant in ChinaTown in NYC. It is what it is, a sacrifice you make for amazing food.

Yelp
I had a terrible experience here tonight. We went to celebrate my daughter's graduation. Upon ordering, the waiter told us we couldn't get the sauce we wanted with our chicken. We ordered two appetizers and three entrees. The waiter said it would be about 25-30 minutes even though there was only one other table occupied in the place. Two of our drinks arrived, but the waiter forgot about the third one. Finally, after about 25 minutes, one appetizer arrived. Ten minutes later, two of the three entrees arrived. We were still short one appetizer, one entree and one drink. I had to go up to the counter and remind the waiter about the drink. A few minutes later he brought the second appetizer and drink. Still no entree for me. Finally, my chicken red curry arrived looking nothing like it should. The bowl was topped with a heap of very dry fried chicken. Anyone who's been to a Thai restaurant knows this simple dish - the chicken is not fried and is mixed in with the curry dish. My daughter has been here before and has not had a problem. It appears to be under new mangement. Waiter did not know what he was doing, nor did the cook. A bad ending to our otherwise nice event. I will not be back.

Yelp
Great thai food and reasonable prices! Loved the Pad thai, though I was expecting it to be more spicy. I'll have to ask for some heat next time.

Yelp
What a gem! Today was my first time visiting this place and there were so many choices that my sister and I had a super difficult time choosing from their delightful menu of goodies. We had the tapas and they were very good and tasty! Service was great and unobtrusive.

Yelp
Not to much but it was nice family run great bubble tea and pad Thai not much more to say

Yelp
I'm a host mom for a Chinese student who wanted to celebrate her 18th birthday by eating take out from here - two nights in a row! When I lived on the west side I frequented this restaurant but I had forgotten about it since we moved across town. We have not been disappointed- just talking to probably the owner or at least the sushi chef - he made some recommendations about what to order - everything has been fresh and delicious and the sushi is nothing like you will get anywhere else - try the sushi pizza or the Deadpool roll - the spicy fried basil is incredible! Highly recommend the pad Thai and the golden bags too!

Yelp
I went in at about 7pm, and I was the only person in there except a family who had already finished their meal. I sat down, wasnt greeted for about 10 minutes. I ordered 2 sushi rolls. It took 50 minutes for the food to come, I have no idea what took so long, as they didnt have any other customers and there were only 2 people who came in for take out, and the delivery driver left once. The server was nice and gave me some soup at around 7:45. The sushi was adequate and the bill was 30$. Very disappointed
google avatar

Yelp
Love Thai food but not a fan. Food is 3 star but service/atmosphere is not. Visited once and they literally had a crib with a screaming child (belonging to the staff or owner?) in the main area of the restaurant Had lunch recently Pad Thai - good but small portion for a $12 lunch take out.
google avatar

Cari R.

Yelp
I'm going to split the difference and give 3 stars, only because the sushi was excellent and the Thai food was severely disappointing. Service was also lacking. I ordered the tuna and salmon tamaki and it was OUTSTANDING. Beautiful presentation and plenty of fish in a nice hefty hand roll. Could have had three of these and would have been satisfied. The Thai side- not so good. I ordered the Racha Seafood and it was essentially a pile of undercooked vegetables in a thin, weak chili sauce with seafood that definitely had a funk to it. I thought it was just the calamari, but the shrimp and scallops were also affected. My friend ordered Seafood Amazing and also had the same complaint. The servers were not very attentive and we had multiple covering our table. On the positive side, the Thai iced tea was delicious and came in a large jar- most Thai iced teas I have received at other places come in a thin, tall glass. Bonus points for quantity. Would hope that this is a one off, as others at the table enjoyed crispy duck and Pad See Ew and there seemed to be quite a bit of take-out traffic.

Yelp
There was one table of 2 people and 1 person at the bar. Ordered a scorpion bowl and Siam rolls right away. The rolls came out quick and were delicious but the scorpion bowl wasn't brought over until at least 10 minutes after we finished them and it was a sad portion. I had ordered noodle soup with spicy kimchi broth. My boyfriend ordered spicy red curry and we shared a spicy maki set. I cannot say that my tolerance for heat is very high, but when I order spicy everything, I expect to produce maybe one beac of sweat or have the urge to sip my water. Nothing. Nothing was even the slightest bit spicy. Overall, server was nice but not attentive and very slow. Food was ok but disappointing. I personally liked the music playing because I like hip hop but I was not expecting to hear uncensored songs like 'or nah' which has repetitive lyrics about taking dick and dripping cum, while I have my meal. Maybe at home, but not in a professional public restaurant. I likely will not return.

Yelp
Muse Thai will blow your head off your shoulders or leave you feeling like it's just an average place. It all depends on what you order. The problem here is not the food itself, it's the menu. This is one of those places where the menu is a 6 page book the size of poster board. You will know doubt be overwhelmed by the amount of options on this menu. Like most places with huge menus, I feel they would benefit from cutting it in half (or more) and specializing in some really superb go-to dishes. Anyway, I'd recommend getting some dumplings, sushi and maybe trying some crispy fried meat options of your choice with select sauces. if you order carefully, ask questions and think outside of your normal "food box", this little place will surprise you. If not, you'll leave feeling like your not in a rush to come back.

Yelp
Hands down best sushi place around!!! We drive 45 + minutes to see eddy and his wife and eat the best noodles and the freshest sushi. 10/10 recommend

Yelp
Probably the longest menu I've ever seen in my life. Vegetable spring rolls were good, but the portion was really small! 3 finger sized rolls... I had the pad thai with tofu and my guest had the green curry with shrimp. The pad thai was good, but nothing to write home about. Medium portion. The green curry on the other hand, was generously portioned but disappointing. It was watery, like it hadn't been reduced enough. The seasoning was all wrong, way too much lemongrass and ginger, too little of everything else. We had the fried banana for dessert, which was good, albeit a little too greasy - the oil was probably not hot enough. I think maybe I came on an off night, and I'm looking forward to giving this place another try since their menu has so many delightful sounding dishes.

Yelp
Great place for Sushi and Thai food, the TomYum soup is well made and the Sushi does not disappoint!

Yelp
Came here for lunch with some co-workers. We arrived at 1130 on a Friday, so it wasn't busy. The service was still slow. The waitress informed us they didn't have any sushi on the menu because they don't have sushi until 3 pm now. Would've been nice to know ahead of time. I had a Thai bento box for lunch. It was OK. The fresh spring rolls were really good.

Yelp
Not the best place for sushi, in fact the worst ive ever had. Expensive and not good at all. Sorry!

Yelp
After being spoiled by the mouth-watering wonders of Muse Thai Bistro's sister restaurant, Sam Orchid, in Concord...I made the biggest mistake you can make when making dinner plans: I made assumptions. 1. This location is smack in the middle of a strip mall, complete with flashing LED sign reading "THAI FOOD!!!" : I attempted not to cast judgment... 2. Greeted and seated by a lovely waitress (all smiles): off to a good start. We placed our appetizer order (Edamame ~6$ and Fresh Rolls 6$ specifying that rolls canNOT have shrimp in them): the appetizers came out of the kitchen 20min apart and the fresh rolls HAD SHRIMP! 3. Our three main plates came out separately as well (though there was only an 8min wait this time). My order of Chaingmai Noodles (14$): deliciously spicy mixture of textures! The plate includes thin noodles with a small amount of chopped peppers, fried crisps, and a small bowl of curried chicken/beef (or in my case: tofu). This saucy dish yielded two meals for me and satisfied my Thai craving and didn't break the bank (13$). 4. Getting the check and getting a to-go box took more effort (two meals went into the kitchen...only one made it out in a doggy bag). It did give us time to appreciate the restaurant's décor: cleanest and best-dressed strip mall dining I've ever experienced. There were some strange decorations and lighting (like a New Years party that just never ended), but it was genuinely a nice place! 5. Check paid (not bad for three entrees, two apps, and beverages), I resisted the pull of their bubble tea advertisement and we took our leave. I really should have done my homework and known that this place was in a strip mall (if I had known, I doubt that I would have made a reservation for a long awaited - albeit casual - reunion between friends). The flashing sign out front turned me off, but the food was spot-on! A classic case of judging the book by its flashing LED cover. For the location, no need for a Friday night reservation, price, and flavor...I don't know that you can beat Muse.

Yelp
HORRIBLE service. Ordered delivery. It said 70 minutes even though it's 2 miles away. It took 2 hours and they stopped answering my phone calls when I tried to check on the order. NEVER AGAIN!

Yelp
Sorry, Muse Thai. Too many strikes. You're out. We've been patronizing Muse Thai for roughly five years now. (Formerly known as Siam Orchid). Their food used to be excellent, but service was so, so spotty. If you ordered take out and they told you twenty minutes, you could get there and wind up waiting--not kidding--45 more minutes. It seemed to get markedly better over time so we hung in there because the food was really good. But over the past year, the food has just been too inconsistent...sometimes awesome and sometimes meh. I know! It got to the point that hubs and I joke that they must have an A team of chefs and a B team, and when we take our first bite, we'll be all, "Aww, crap, B team tonight!" or "Woot! A team!" During this time, prices have also gone up markedly, so our last take out bill for two chicken curry entrees and two little apps cost almost $50. Last night I tried calling to place an order, and I tried for ten minutes and the line was busy?! And yes, they were open because I rode by....on my way to pick up food from Lakorn Thai. You've left me no choice but to cheat on you with the stable, steady, cheaper Lakorn Thai around the corner. Ordering from Muse Thai is getting to be too annoying and too much of a gamble for too much $$.

Yelp
Wow! This place was soooo tasty and I already can't wait to go back again! I got the dumplings and chicken pad Thai which I highly recommend. I really would like to try their sushi because the menu looks amazing. Very great Thai food!
