My overall experience with this hotel and my stay was less than par. In no particular order... Our neighbor decided around 0200 and 2100 two nights in a row, to have a yelling fit with himself, obviously either high or drunk as heck, having an all out argument with himself. I called the front desk and their response was, ok we will call their room and tell them to quiet down. The next day was offered to move to another room across the hall, but how about actually go visit the room in person to see if the guy was ok, or better yet, kick him out for disturbing the peace. Second day of our trip, no hot water at all in the morning for showers. Called down to the front desk, "Oh ok sir, let me check, ok should be good in about 30 mins." Really, a problem that can be fixed that quick, but not on top of it to make sure it doesn't happen in the first place. Thanks for the cold showers for my family and I, no I wasn't going to be late for my plans. Side note, it was fixed when we came back later in the evening. Every room has a kitchen, two burner stove, microwave, full size fridge, sink with garbage disposal, heck even an ice maker in the fridge. Did you notice I didn't mention anything about utensils, cooking wear, cups, plates or silverware, yep none at all. Who puts a kitchen in a room with nothing to cook or drink with, not this place. So ever since COVID, the new thing now is housekeeping doesn't come to your room until the fourth day, which just so happen to be the day we checked out. Now I don't know about you, but one of things I always enjoyed about spending good money for a room away from home was to come back every day to freshly made beds, new towels, trash taken out and an overall clean room. So tell me exactly why the room rates are so high everywhere if you are just giving me a room with no hospitality. Quality of the room was also mediocre, toilet seat was the cheapest you can buy at Wal-Mart and was basically falling off the toilet. Toilet paper, well let's just say sand paper would have been better to use compared to the thin cheapest paper they stocked the room. Oh, and who doesn't put spare paper under the sink, not this place. Had to have my daughter go down and get more paper one morning. Three people in one room, housekeeping once every 4 days, yea two rolls of paper aren't cutting it staff! Second day we were there, both our room keys stopped working, kept in two different places and not next to anything, which leaves me to believe they were programmed wrong to begin with. Mind you we were staying on the fourth floor, so back down I had to go to get my key reprogrammed. Now I look like a pretty honest person, well I actually am. I bring my keys down to the front desk, tell the girl at the front desk that both my keys stopped working for my room number. Never asks for ID or confirm who I am, just took my keys, reprogrammed them and handed them back. I tried to show my ID but she couldn't care to look at it. So if you ever have some spare keys laying around and need a room, just tell them your keys stopped working and shazam, you get a free room. Overall, for a few more dollars, next time I'm in Vegas visiting family, I'll drive a little bit further and go stay at one of the casinos instead with more class.
