"Spread across two floors, you may need to share a table at this lively local spot – a testament to its authentic Vietnamese fare. Straw chandeliers and local-style paintings add charm. The menu focuses on two dishes: Mỳ Quảng, a local speciality made with soft, fragrant flat rice noodles and varied toppings; and Bánh Thịt Heo, boiled pork belly wrapped in rice paper and herbs, served with a tangy dipping sauce made from fermented anchovy and tropical fruits." - Michelin Inspector

Walked by and saw lots of locals doing the same thing : rolling fresh spring roll. Curious about it and tried. The pork diy spring rolls set. To be honest, I didn’t even able to taste the pork but because there are layers of rice paper and veggies. The experience was very unique and it tasted very local. Nothing wrong, give it a try. Thanks for friendly and nice locals who taught me how to me how to properly roll the rice paper

My Quang Que Xua is a wonderful spot for a comforting bowl of noodle soup. The flavors were mild and gentle, but what made it even better was the option to adjust the spice to my liking. They served the spice separately, letting me customize the heat exactly how I wanted. The pork was incredibly tender and easy to eat, pairing beautifully with the smooth, well-cooked noodles. 🤤🤤 What truly stood out, though, was the kindness of the staff. They went out of their way to guide me on how to enjoy the dish properly—showing me how to roll the pork with different ingredients and adjust the spice to enhance the flavors. Their warmth and attentiveness made the whole experience even more enjoyable. If you're looking for delicious food and genuine hospitality, My Quang Que Xua is a must-visit! 🫶🏻✨🥰

Is this a Michelin? I did not see any mention in the restaurant. Crowded (all seats taken). Rapid service and turn over. Food and service ok; nothing to write home about though.

Mỳ Quảng Quê Xưa is the kind of place that reminds you why central Vietnamese cuisine is so beloved—rustic, soulful, and packed with bold, honest flavor. While their Mỳ Quảng is the star of the menu, don’t sleep on their **Bánh Tráng Cuốn Thịt Heo**—it’s a must-try if you're after a true taste of the region. The pork is sliced just right—tender, with the perfect fat-to-meat ratio—and served with fresh herbs, crunchy vegetables, and soft yet sturdy bánh tráng (rice paper) that makes rolling each bite a hands-on, satisfying experience. Dip it into the rich, fermented **mắm nêm**, and every bite lights up with salty, sour, sweet, and spicy notes that dance on your tongue. The atmosphere at Quê Xưa is warm and unpretentious, like being invited to someone’s family table. It’s the kind of place where locals bring visiting friends, and where travelers get a genuine taste of Vietnamese hospitality. If you’re in Đà Nẵng and want to experience bánh tráng cuốn thịt heo the way it’s meant to be—fresh, balanced, and bursting with flavor—Mỳ Quảng Quê Xưa delivers the real deal.

Very surprised the noodles we ordered was taste so good! They only had dry noodles, the broth has strong lemongrass taste & you can order noodle with frogs / fish / chicken / beef & many more. The noodle price is cheap here (35k per bowl). Definitely will visit again in future.
