When in Rome as they say, or in this case, Da Nang, let your local guide take you to their favorite place. Otherwise was incredibly busy and all locals.
We made our own pork spring rolls with lots of fresh greens, mango, cucumber, mint, and more. The house dipping sauce was a tiny bit spicy and sweet, nicely balanced. I used lime and some of the hotter chili sauce. We took a rice paper, tapped it down on the flat noodles, added greens, lime, bean sprouts, pork and then rolled. We also had a noodle bowl with wide, flat rice noodles, chicken, and spices. The chicken was tender.
Service was great, very fast and courteous.
