Burritt Room has a sleek and modern vibe to attract a professional happy hour crowd. The handful of times I have been here, the service has been prompt and attentive, drinks are solid, and food is quite delicious. Never had an off moment, ever. I also enjoy watching the handsome men and gorgeous women mingling. Good eye candy too. Once I was here for Wednesday evening dinner, and there was a pleasant live band in the bar area. My friends and I were still able to carry on conversations in the dining area. But the noise level is probably too loud in the bar area to talk shop. Rather I always think of the Burritt Room as a place to unwind after a long day. The place is solid, and I hope it retains its popularity, which seems to be fleeting in 5-year cycles with many SF restaurants and bars.
