NAAN Cocina Estacional

Na’an cocina is a true GEM in not only Puebla, but the whole world! Chef, Armando Cajero, has trained in many countries, and it shows in his food. He is so very talented and I feel so lucky he is in Puebla, the city where I live. Every plate is unique, well thought out, using a variety of techniques, which is a testimony to his skills/travels as a chef, and the combination of the flavors are perfection. My boyfriend and I @jordimas55 had been twice and loved it so much, we knew we needed to experience the tasting menu (the pictures), and it did not disappoint! It was so delicious. I have an allergy to lactose and they always accommodate me and the plates are still exquisite, even with the substitutes. And to top it off, the prices are incredibly fair. In conclusion, Na’an Cocina is by far my favorite restaurant in all of Puebla. My recommendations: Try the ensalada de flor de calabaza (it’s insaaaaaane), the ceviche, and every meat dish I have tried has been outstanding!! I.Love.This.Restaurant.

Na’an was by far the best meal we ate in Puebla. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful with every menu item. They were able to explain each dish and all of its components in English and Spanish. They were patient and accommodating to ensure we had the perfect dining experience. Everything we ate was fresh and full of flavor while not overdoing anything. We ate the 6 course menu, fish ceviche and the fish of the day with guayaba. The drinks were also delicious. Everything was so perfect we are returning the next night.

Exceptional food, a real life version of chefs table. Highly highly recommended!! And if you're gonna splash out you should definitely go for the 9 dish with drinks, do the complete sensory journey, it is something you will never forget!!!

Increíble experiencia culinaria. No es para cualquiera, puesto que al ser cocina de autor el chef modifica los platos acorde a las temporadas estacionales. Tienes que estar dispuesto a probar sabores y combinaciones de ingredientes. El servicio es excelente al igual que la calidad de los platillos. Los tiempos entre platillos (en el menú de degustación) son perfectos. Permite que como comensal se pueda apreciar en diferentes platos la materia prima que provee nuestra tierra a través del tiempo. 100% recomendado. Recomiendo visitar cada cierto periodo para probar los diferentes platos cada estación.

La comida me gusto mucho !!! Digno para los Foodies áreas de trabajo , comensales y baños muy limpios Sugerencias si no haz ido pide el menu de degustación hay de 5 y de 9 tiempos a corregir mayor capacitación a mesera con el tema de maridaje y platillos tener a alguien en la entrada de la calle y arreglarlo para que la gente de la calle pase y sepa que hay ya que hay que subir a un segundo piso

En cuanto al servicio: Lento, no muy atento y poco flexible.Varios tuvimos que pedir dos veces porque el chico no nos puso mucha atención. El tiempo de servir las bebidas tarda unos 10 minutos y la comida otros 20 o 30 minutos más En cuanto a comida: Tienes sabores exóticos poco usuales, algunas están muy ricas, otras regular, las porciones son suficientes. Aunque deben tener más cuidado, en mi ceviche de nopales, se me enterró una espina en el labio. En cuanto el lugar: Algo escondido pero cómodo, la limpieza en baños es regular

Delicia! Si eres amante de la buena comida este es tu lugar, todo es riquísimo, el personal es muy amable, los alimentos que el Chef prepara son deliciosos, no es comida normal, es comida fantástica y todo fresco. No doy 6 estrellas porque no se puede.

This is an excellent "foodie" restaurant if you want something out of the ordinary in Mexico. It's a fusion of Mexican and other cuisines, done artfully and delicately. We liked it so much we returned the next night. By far the best food we had in Cholula/Puebla. Terrific vegetable dishes for the non-meat eaters, fabulous seafood and lamb and suckling pork. Even the bread is wonderful. Worth the trip if you're anywhere in the area.
