I hired Nancy's Bakery to make the cake for my rehearsal dinner as well as French Macaroon favors for my wedding. All I can say is WOW! I had a specific vision for the cake, as my husband really loves Tito's Vodka. I showed Nancy a few inspiration photos and she completely blew me away with the final product! Everyone at the rehearsal dinner commented on how awesome and delicious it was. My wedding favors turned out EXACTLY how I envisioned them; they were literally PERFECT! Nancy matched my colors for my wedding and made the flavors I requested; she was SO easy to work with and extremely reasonable price wise. The macaroons tasted AMAZING and I can't wait to order more when I'm in the area! Hire this bakery for any event, you wont be disappointed! Thank you Nancy!

Thank you Nancy and staff for making this special birthday party cupcake board design look exactly how I imagined it! The frosting design was perfect and the taste of the cupcakes were excellent. I purchase the topper decorations and you did a perfect job using them. The birthday person loved it so much and so did the guests! Nancy is an absolute dream come true!! My husband and i were throwing a last minute wedding, and she took in our cake and made it perfect! she listened to all my ideas, and put my dream to life! i highly recommend nancy’s bakery for any of your bakery needs!

Once again Nancy & her crew have come through with another outstanding masterpiece . The easiest part of this party was ordering the cake. And The best part of the party was eating the cake. It was Deliciously light & fresh and everything a cake should be. All the guests loved the almond cake with buttercream frosting. It really was scrumptious. My parents original cake topper(50 years old) fit perfectly on top And Nancy left me the perfect spot on which to place it. This is now the third cake Nancy has baked for my family and we will certainly be coming back for more.

They don’t have a huge selection, which is probably good because what they have is done very well. anything I’ve purchased there was always very good and the service is good. New to the Fall River, no bakery in Fall River compares as far as buying sweets Boston bakery in Fall River is pretty good. Not one that could be comparable to Nancy’s the rest of the bakeries all make good bread, but their sweets are terrible. I think they do a great job with what they have nothing is greasy or heavy.

Nancy was a pleasure to work with! For our wedding cake we chose lemon raspberry and death by chocolate for our second serving both were outstanding! She brought my vision for the look of our wedding cake to life it was absolutely beautiful!

Ordered about 50 specialty cup cakes for a graduation party and they were all amazing.

I've ordered from Nancy's multiple times! had my wedding cake done, cupcakes for my baby shower, and now ordering for my sons first birthday! Her cakes are delicious and the customer service is excellent! My son has a severe peanut allergy and i was very impressed with how detailed they were on the phone of how they sanitize and try to separate things as much as they can. This is my go to place for all functions!

the cake is very dry they staff is rude and will ignored you and if you order something be prepared to wait a long time and the frosting tase like but the owner lets her dog run around the store and her grandkids touch everything and lets them do what every they want and the owner treats people like shit never go there save your money

I used to ask for a cake from a unique location every year. But Nancy's is such a good bakery, I have exclusively requested Hee cakes the past few years, and will continue to do so going forward. The taste is delicious and the price is very fair. They are always happy to acomódate requests and constantly do a stellar job each and every time! They also have plenty of other goodies in their store, including the most delicious chicken pies around! Made with veggies and gravy, the way they should be made! I can't say enough about this bakery, it is definitely my favorite!

So glad to have finally stopped in! Everything was so delicious! Decided to grab a cake and some cupcakes for the 4th of July and we were so pleased with our selections! The cake was so delicious and moist, the frosting was perfect and we were pleasantly surprised to see the red, white and blue when we cut into it!! The cupcakes were also very good! We purchased some traditional Vanilla & Chocolate and had to try an Orange Flavored and a Mint Chocolate Chip flavored too... They were all over the top delicious!!! Cannot wait to go back for more goodies and to grab a Chicken Pot Pie!!! Way to go Nancy's!

Chicken pot pie is very good. Not so positive about the pastries. The apple did not have fresh taste.

If your yearning for something sweet Nancy's could be the place for you, under certain circumstances. First, you must never be in a rush, and second, you are ok with being ignored by the people working the counter. It is pretty much the only bakery I can go to and be ignored. Even with a 10 and 5 year old in tow. It just seems that it's an all hands on deck moment for the one customer asking about a cake and the rest of the customers can wait and not even be recognized as being there. So in short, the goodies are nice but the service leans on the bad side of poor.

Bought raisin squares, tasted like grandmas hope chest. Very weird taste. Pesticide, moth ball type flavor. Threw them out. The cream donut, not that great with again an odd taste, but not as bad as the raisin squares. Did not eat. Meat pie was good, and no issues except the crust did not stay on the pie. I would not consider that a dealbreaker. Flavor is the key. Jelly donut very good and plenty of filling. I can't rate this visit high stars, because clearly something was wrong with quality control, and there should never be foreign tastes in pastry.

What a beautiful job on graduation cupcakes and cake for our graduate!! Everyone commented on them throughout the night. Lots of chat about the frosting and how we wish we could replicate it :) Thanks for the smile on her face and our guests and also for being so helpful when I came in for ideas with school colors. We had chocolate cupcakes and vanilla with frosting and the delicious cake with chocolate ganache center with gold confetti on the white cake frosting as well as the cupcakes. Thank you and I'm spreading the word! :)

Amazing Zeppole! I bought them for my mom, sister and I for St. Joseph's day. Two thumbs up from everyone. My first time there, but I'll be back!!

I am giving Nancy's 3 stars because her cakes are absolutely to die for. Moist and rich! Her buttercream (which I normally hate buttercream) is so delicious! I had the piña colada and a red velvet cake at my wedding. Both were absolutely delicious. My only complaint was the decor. It did not look nearly as good as the picture I sent. The topper was not properly placed on the cake and instead of fondant, they used solely buttercream so the cake did not look smooth or completely white as I envisioned. I am a bit OCD when it comes to what I want and the cake did not look as good as I wanted it to, but it tasted amazing!! In addition, Nancy is very sweet and very attentive to your needs. I would definitely buy from here again.

If you're interested in wedding cakes, you've probably heard the big names in the Boston area. After doing a taste-testing, we were blown away by how amazing Nancy's cakes were in comparison. We visited Nancy's bakery, and it was by FAR the most fun of all the wedding errands (and there were many...) Nancy was accommodating, knowledgeable, affordable, and easy to work with. Most importantly at our wedding, the guests (even those that "don't like cake") were commenting on how great our cake was! Also, the detail of the cake was really nice, the result was almost as pretty as it was delicious! We will be back for cupcakes each anniversary!

Nancy makes the best deserts. My cousin had her wedding cake with them and it was so beautiful and delicious. My kids love her cupcakes, I never leave w/o a Napoleon.

Some pastries are very good like the muffins and coffee cakes but the real cream pastries don't have enough sugar/flavor. They should try a real cream pastry from Leddy's or continent bakery in Swansea and compare it to their product I think they would do them selves service by changing the recipe

It's okay. It was my first time there even though I've been by it a million times. Not necessarily a large selection. Was hoping they would have items that were all natural and naturally colored frosting instead of food dyes. But they didn't have anything. Seems to be a family-one business. People were nice.

The cupcakes we asked for at our wedding were amazing. They looked beautiful and everyone commented on how delicious they were. I highly recommend Nancy's Bakery!!! Thank you for making our day so special.

What a great job Nancy and her staff did for my daughter's bridal luncheon. They were very helpful when we stopped by to put the order, they listened to everything I had to say. Nancy's Bakery exceeded my expectations , and not only did the cake look beautiful, it tasted so good.

We used Nancy's Bakery for our wedding cake. Nancy and her Team were an absolute joy to work with--they responded to all of our requests and questions promptly and professionally. They were so kind and congratulatory throughout all of our interactions. They even were able to be flexible and give us some extra cake when we realized two days before that we didn't have quite enough! Nancy's does have good pastries and cakes but I wouldn't say they are anything above average. She was able to make a last minute birthday cake for me one time which was awesome! I did have an issue one time where I purchased a few slices of cheesecake from her and when I took a bite could clearly tell it was bad... not sure if it was old or if there was an issue with her cooler. I did message her via facebook, she saw the message and never responded... not even an apology. I understand no on is perfect but sadly, ever since that incident I have not been there because I feel in order to have a business and keep customers she should have acknowledged the issue I had rather than just dismiss it.

I used Nancy's for cupcakes and cake for my wedding at Country Gardens Rehoboth, MA (review for the venue separate). My now husband and I met with Nancy knowing just our wedding colors and theme, and she used foam pieces/fake flowers at the consultation to build a cake right in front of us as we spoke to better imagine what we wanted. We also got to taste-test her absolutely amazing cupcakes. We decided to go with fruit-filled cupcakes and we got so many happy reviews from all of our guests. I have to admit, eating her cupcakes was one of the biggest things I was looking forward to besides the getting married part! :) The day-of setup of the cupcakes and cake was a big complement to our theme. I would not hesitate recommending Nancy's to even our closest friends and family.

I went here to make a cake for my sons 5th birthday party and she had told me that she couldn't make it for the size that I needed it would have had to be bigger, and it didn't seem like my business was wanted. She pretty much told me that I should go somewhere else. Nothing Also she was very unprofessional when I asked her about the price I couldn't believe it. Very expensive and very rude, arrogant people. I would not recommend this place to anyone in the future.

Nancy was great to work with from planning the design of our cake to the taste of each flavor on our wedding day. I would highly recommend stopping in or using them for any of your baking needs.

I had a great experience with Nancy's bakery for my wedding cake. The cake was delicious & they delivered to the venue. I didn't have to do a thing. The reason I took away one star was that the cake tasting was a little disorganized. There could have been more clarity regarding the availability of flavor combinations, we had a hard time deciding what we liked because only a few flavors would come out at a time. I think there definitely needs to be a bigger tasting area as well as we were a little cramped in there. Otherwise, the cakes were delicious. We got 4 flavors and a simple butter cream frosting. The only real detail was the fresh flowers that the florist added. Nancy was very pleasant and professional. She called me the week before the wedding to review all the details and wish me a happy wedding day If I didn't happen to see her. It was a nice touch! I recommend this place for sure! They also have a great assortment of baked goods available if you just so happen to be in there. I recommend the French macaron!

she is amazing! Her cakes are beyond delicious and so elegant. Buttercream frosting and design work. She had such a thorough cake consultation with me and had visual aids to help me see what would work best. She did each layer of my cakes a different flavor so there was such a huge variety. She was able to execute my vision flawlessly. We did have left over cake, but I'll never complain about that! She's a real sweetheart. Definitely try her out.

Her pastries are great. Best cake i've ever tasted. One huge plus for me is unlike a lot of other wedding cake bakeries, nancy's cakes are always fresh NEVER frozen. To me that is important, who wants to buy a cake that has been frozen for who knows how long?? Not me!! So for a great cake "Keep it FRESH"and get yourself over to nancy's, you will not be sorry..

Our wedding cake came out perfect! It tasted delicious and looked better than we could have ever expected! Highly recommend this bakery!

Nancy was so kind. She made our wedding cake and it was everything that we had imagined. She took her time with us and we got to try so many flavors. We ended up going with a 4 tier 4 different flavor cake it was unreal. My wife and I couldn't have been happier and with the taste and overall look. Thank you again Nancy!!

Unless you like 2 long hairs in your cake, I would suggest you go elsewhere. I ordered cakes from this bakery twice. The first - no issues, cake was cute (just a simple bday cake), and it tasted okay. The second, another bday cake - this one they put a photo on for us of the guest of honor but they smeered something on her face so it looked like she had a big wart or something. When asked if they could fix it upon pick up, I was given SUPER attitude from the owner, Nancy. They took it to try and fix it but when they came back, it looked the same and they really didn't seem to care. I was NOT happy about it and they didn't even offer me any type of discount or even an apology. That was the last time I personally ordered from them. Months later, we went to a friends wedding and when looking at all the beautiful décor, we looked at the cake and saw two huge black hairs sticking out of the fondant! Not appetizing at all! After the wedding, I asked the bride politely who made the cake and guess who? Yep, Nancy's Bakery.

We found this genuine old time bakery when we were home for a family event. What a great accident!!! Everything we tried was amazing. We bought home French meat pies, Chourico pies and Chourico rolls. Sweet or Savory this bakery produces amazing food. The biggest problem is...it is 500 miles away.
