Nando's Soho

First time trying Nando's and had very high expectations. The food was great, but I found the service to be lacking. I hated the concept that you order through the mobile, but they bring it to the table. There were multiple mistakes with the serving: forgetting a starter, bringing our main first, not bringing us a glass, then when we asked for it, they brought two, while we only ordered one, then we got a snarky remark for only ordering one drink but having two. Initially they were nice when greeting us, but when things went wrong, their tone changed suddenly and I just didn't like how they handles things.

First time but it was quiet good! I like spicy food but “Hot” level here was a but too spicy for me. Other than that combo with two sides was a good balance meal.

Good. Friendly greeting upon entry and exit. Asked how our food was. Gave us tap water. Food arrived quickly. Wholesome meal of chicken, rice and broccoli. Good flavour. £16.20.

Was my first experience. Got quickly shown to my seat and the process was explained. Only thing I wasn't told was that I had to remember my table number when I went back to the counter to order. Food was great. Free refills on sodas. Nice clean bathroom downstairs.

Nice staff, nice food and fair prices. We were not expecting much but were happily surprised, you can have yummy food or a healthy meal, service it’s quick and staff was kind and nice.

I was ordering a side of chicken and chips to share with my baby. The size of chicken was so small I never saw this small. Luckly, Sairam was very nice and bring a second portion, was a better size. To be honest Nandos used to be better value for money, now the portions are getting smaller and so much more expensive. 🙄

Great food, great service and a good atmosphere. Had the pleasure of meeting Jack, a most kind and cheerfull employee. Got some great recommendations for what to order and what to do in London. Contributed to a great evening for 3 tourists visiting London.

I will definitely not be eating here again. The food quality was good standard - I have eaten a lot worse at other Nando's, but that's the only good thing I can say. The toilets were disgusting. The floor and surfaces had a sticky feel to them. The toilet seat in the female toilet was loose, making for a dangerous toilet experience. There were fruit flies flying around the downstairs drink station, showing how poor the cleanliness was. No one came to ask if our food was OK and take away the cockerel stick, which is standard Nando's practice. Not a deal breaker, but another negative to an already terrible experience. There's another Nando's a few minutes walk away. I recommend trying there. I'm sure it can't be as dirty as this one, which somehow managed to get a 5 star hygiene rating. No idea how...
