From the moment we walked in, there were around 10 of us. The guy who was in charge of seating, the one with the long hair, was already annoyed. He wasn’t very welcoming at all. It was almost he just wanted to get rid of us. No customer service whatsoever!!!! Anyway, we asked for a take away box, no one came. So I as a customer had to walk upstairs with the leftover food and asked for a take away box from the counter. The waiter from behind the kitchen area gave this to me and I then put my food into my box. The waiter gave this right there and then. The guy with a long hair and another staff came and abruptly tried to move me on and that I couldn’t transfer my food in that area. I explain I waited and no one came so here I am transferring my food into the box. They continued to get rude, I transferred my food into literally 30 seconds!!!! The staff were rude to me and my family, so we defended ourselves and got rude back!!!!! Because excuse me??? it all escalated, a racist customer called the police and tried to lie on us, the manager stood there and did nothing!!!! All whilst the rest of the staff did nothing to calm the situation, they fuelled it even more, to a point one of the staff pointed and touched my mums face. We will be putting a complaint as the way they handled the situation was appalling!!!!! The staff are badly trained, they fuel the issue instead of de-escalating it. No customer service training whatsoever. This branch should be shut down, very concerned with health and safety!!!! AVOID this branch. Staff with no morals. you’re all clearly working there for a pay check, don’t bother if you can’t uphold your job description of understanding good customer service.
