"The welcomed alternative to mini-marts selling skeptical-looking pre-made sandwiches is Napa Farms Market. This deli and grab-and-go marketplace is always the answer for quick-hit salads, sandwiches, and soups that do the seasonal California thing well. They also highlight local brands, like Equator coffee, Acme breads, Cowgirl Creamery cheeses, and more. The cold cases and shelves are stocked with wraps, crackers, jams, and chocolates—basically, everything you could want for a makeshift picnic in close proximity to emotional support dogs or shoeless couples." - julia chen 1, lani conway, ricky rodriguez

"With its sizable pizza and rotisserie selection, this Tyler Florence-backed to-go spot has plenty of satisfying hot options. The really clutch move, however, is to make yourself a mini-picnic with Acme bread, Cowgirl Creamery cheese, Tout Sweet pastries, and a local microbrew. It’s also a great place to pick up last-minute Bay Area food gifts for friends, including wines. Good news, travelers headed abroad: Napa Farms is now open in the International Terminal, too." - Eater Staff

This is not your average airport deli. The food is undeniably good and the service is attentive and welcoming. Carina was very friendly and helpful when we asked questions about the menu. Will definitely come back!

Nice market - good products - of course at airport prices. But they also charge bogus fees! They just add a $2 service charge to your bill and then also ask for a tip. When I asked what that is they said they have to charge it. When I insisted to know what the charge is for they said for the airport. Call me petty. But I am tired of being charged without notice. JUNK FEES! I shall not come back and make sure people know.

Ordered a sandwich and it came without avocado and sauce, both of which were listed on the menu. I asked for these to be added and while one of the staff was happy to help me (one star for them), another rolled their eyes and told me everything was in the sandwich already (which was very obviously false). When I got the sandwich back it was in this state. One star for the sandwich technically being edible but just… do better.

Huge prices for minimal items!! A skimpy sandwich $15 plus they expect tips when automatically added!!! Airport rip-off taking advantage of money grubbing opportunities from weary travelers.

Bought a smoke salmon bagel and wow! Tastes so delicious. It's worth the price. Thanks Carina for making my order so quick!!! I highly recommend this place❤️

Went to Napa Farms Market at SFO today and had an amazing cup of coffee to get me ready for my day. Carina was delightful and provided excellent service. She was very friendly and pleasant, just exactly what I need to start my day on a positive note. Thank you Carina! 😊

Its a nice shop to grab some quick snack and coffee when you are in hurry and didn’t get chance to eat something from outside the Airport. I felt everything is so expensive here, even regular bottled water. If you are regular flyer at San Francisco airport it’s better to eat something from outside.

This is a review of the hot food made to order, not the market itself. I realize this is at an airport, so I expect to pay 150% of usual price for something smaller than I'd get outside the airport, and likely slightly inferior quality. I ordered a breakfast burrito the other day and was absolutely astounded at how terrible it was! When this place opened a few years ago I remember liking it and thinking it was a higher quality alternative to other food options, after two negative experiences in a row this is no longer the case. The burrito was SO bad: cold, partially cooked shredded potatoes, one piece of barely cooked slimy bacon, no salsa (not even salsa available on the side). The next time I'll just order from the food court closer to the gate, I know I'll overpay but at least the food is edible and cooked within the last hour (not bulk made overnight and barely reheated). This place has gone downhill so much! I still like the Equator coffee shop in the front, and if you want some snacks this place could be decent. But skip the hot food and go to the food court.
