Discover gourmet burgers and perfectly seasoned fries in a cozy, brick-walled spot, where local wine and friendly service come together for a great meal.
"Casual dining options are a little harder to come by on Sausalito's main drag, which is probably why you’ll find this small burger joint often packed to the gills. Housed in a historic brick building, this restaurant specializes, as you may have guessed, in hefty burgers, which can be topped with bacon, guacamole, or pinot noir marinated mushrooms." - Dianne de Guzman, Eater Staff
"Napa Valley Burger Company serves a pretty solid burger, even though you have to fight tourists in Sausalito to get there. The hefty, juicy burgers at this bistro-y restaurant housed in an old brick building on the Bridgeway promenade are made with comfort ingredients like wine-marinated mushrooms (is that the Napa Valley connection?), onion rings, and applewood bacon. Sure, this place is packed on weekends (you might dodge sidewalk strollers and bicyclists just to get through the front door), and the burgers are more done up than they need to be—the parmesan cheese crisp they put on most of the burgers is a nice touch but totally unnecessary. Still, this place is a great quick, casual lunch spot in an area that’s generally lacking in them. photo credit: Melissa Zink photo credit: Melissa Zink photo credit: Melissa Zink" - Lani Conway
