Thank you for a wonderful dinner! Our server, Oliver, was very attentive and kind, and we really enjoyed our meal. We shared two sourdough loaves, which were fantastic. I had two appetizers for an entree - the Brussels sprouts and the raviolis. The combination was a nice complete meal. My son ordered his favorite, the spaghetti negro. It’s so good! Enjoy!

Good spot for pasta and pizza. The side gnocchi was really good despite it being a bit on the large size. The pizzas are really good with tasty crust and the hot honey makes for good dipping. The service could've been better on refills and check-ins but the food being really good offset that a bit.

This restaurant delivers an experience that surpasses expectations. The chicken Alfredo is a standout dish silky, balanced, and masterfully executed. The sauce achieves the rare combination of being rich without feeling heavy, coating each strand of pasta in a way that enhances rather than overwhelms. The chicken was tender, perfectly seasoned, and integrated seamlessly into the dish rather than feeling like an afterthought. Every element spoke of precision and care. Service mirrored the quality of the food. The staff operated with polished attentiveness, striking that fine balance between professionalism and warmth. Timing was impeccable plates arrived at the right pace, water glasses never went empty, and there was a genuine sense of pride in what was being served. The restaurant itself carries an understated charm inviting yet elevated creating a setting where comfort and refinement meet. For those seeking Italian cuisine that respects tradition while delivering excellence, this establishment sets the bar high. The chicken Alfredo alone is worth the visit, but combined with the caliber of service, it becomes a dining experience to remember.

Went for an anniversary dinner and had super high hopes. Our server took forever to greet us but was around our table multiple times. Our drinks took forever, our whole meal took forever. Our server would make strange comments to us about the pace but never really apologized. He said it was busy but the other tables around us were moving much quicker. I work in service and I have as much empathy as the next for a busy Friday night. I guess I just expected more. The food was just ok. If experience can’t make up for the food then no reason to come back and try again. Super disappointed. Better options and better service elsewhere.

Food was amazing. I got the bolognese hand made pasta. Non mojito and tasted just like mojito just without the alcohol flavor.

Our favorite spot for dinner! 🍽️ My recommendation is as follows: Bruschetta bread board Espresso martini ANY pasta dish!!! You’ll always catch me ordering two desserts. A cannoli for here and a limoncello to go.

Our family of four visited Napoli to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and we had a wonderful time! The atmosphere is lovely and every member of the staff was super friendly. Our server, Taryn, was fantastic! We ordered calamari and two different breads for appetizers. All were great, but we particularly enjoyed the Rustic Loaf with Mascarpone Butter and Garlic Bread with Sunday gravy. I could eat the Spaghetti Nero every day it was so good. The homemade sausage in the Orecchiette was amazing, and the classic Spaghetti and Meatballs tasted like the sauce was cooked all day by an Italian grandmother. I also very highly recommend the Pumpkin Cheesecake and the Lemoncello Cake if you have room for it. We really enjoyed our experience and will 100% return!

March 19, 2025 update... Great dinner at Napoli Italian Eatery again. Delicious brussel sprouts, fresh focaccia bread, Veal for him, chicken alfredo for me with some house sangria on the side, and Lindsey, our waiter was fantastic! New pictures below. -------------------------------- Went to a neighboring restaurant and after being handed menus and told we could seat ourselves "over there, and I'll be right with you," after 25 minutes, nonoe had come so we decided to leave and try Napoli. BEST decision. Braden was our waiter. He was kind and knowledgeable. We started with Focaccia bread with oil and a house salad, then chicken fettuccine and a beef sandwich with fries. DELICIOUS!!! They make their own pasta, bread, and more as well as locally source veggies. Really, each item we had was amazing. So thankful for crappy service next door because we'd have missed our on this gem!!!

Yelp
My whole family loved the food!! Our waiter, James, was incredible!! He made my mom's birthday amazing!! We loved how quiet and cozy the inside was and it was so peaceful!! I would recommend this place to anyone for any occasion!!

Yelp
Food was really good; the calamari was best we've had in a long time. My eggplant parm was decent, portion size was generous without being too much, though it needed a tiny bit more salt - probably should have said yes to more freshly sprinkled parmesan cheese! Hub upcharged the squid pasta with shrimp; it was almost too spicy to me but he said it was just right. I was over the moon happy with the wonderful tiramisu. Service was friendly but timing was off - my red wine ordered before entree arrived half way through the dish and our water glasses went dry. Ambiance was very nice, place was constantly busy.

Yelp
Quality of the food was hands down the best! The waiter we had was friendly and knowledgeable of the menu.

Yelp
Amazing service (thank you Arianna), amazing food and they had drink specials on a Sunday

Yelp
The food was just ok.. not great- definitely overpriced, taking it down an additional star from 3 stars. The wings were very tasty. The dipping sauce was wonderful and the pickled red onion on top was a 10 out of 10. But let's be honest I didn't come there for wings. I just love wings. The star of the show should be the pasta and the sauce. The veal in my opinion was overcooked, and it was tough, and the spaghetti and meatball tasted almost identical to banquets frozen version of spaghetti and meatballs, and I love that. The food is just not worth the price. The bread was good. Service was good- nothing standout tho.I like the dark lighting - it could be great for private conversations and date night- I'm glad I tried it-

Yelp
We had a wonderful late lunch today with a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Our service was spectacular and I have enough leftovers to cover another two meals! The cannoli was my favorite of the desserts we tried because it was not too sweet; you can taste the various layers of flavor. The chicken parm was not on the lunch menu and not they still accomodated my request to have it at 2:30pm. This was a fantastic dining experience. I look forward to my next visit. You can't ever beat fresh pasta!

Yelp
Good service, good food, and I like the decor. My favorite is the black squid pasta with crab, and my wife's favorite is the chicken piccata. And topped it off with lemon cello cake, Yum!

Yelp
Stopped here for dinner on a Sunday evening. Before we get started I would like to point out I did not have lunch on this day and rather than push back my feedings, decided to wait it out and load up on dinner. I don't regularly eat this magnitude but don't get it sideways I know how to put it away when I want to. I called and made a reservation for 2 at 7pm. They close at 9 on Sundays so I figured this would be plenty of time. We had to Uber 18 minutes northwest of where we were staying so coming back I was hoping that wouldn't be an issue. Upon checking in I noticed they weren't busy. Several different types of seating, and there was a guy playing guitar as soon as we walked in. Interesting addition to the ambience. We were sat in another half circle booth in the bar area which wasn't crowded. Ordered drinks and a napolatena pizza as our appetizer. This was very good as you can see from the picture - light bright sauce, small mozz balls melted and crisped on the top and fresh cut basil on the top. Crust has crispy skin and light and fluffy inside it. Wow. Good start. For the entree I was between three things: carbonara, cacio de pepe, and chicken parm. I wanted to try all three and just take back leftovers but I decided to ask how big portions were. The waiter said that with the cacio I would have some to take back. Challenge accepted. I order the cacio de pepe and the parm. His eyebrows raised and said ok as if I didn't know what I was getting into. He needs to google me sometime. The cacio de pepe was VERY GOOD: Sauce tasted like it was made from scratch - light with the punch of the pepper, the noodles: a thicker hollow spaghetti also tasted hand made as well, so good - I polished it. The chicken parm was GOOD: the sauce was very viney meaning the tomatoes did all the talking, but with that came the orange greasy oil that pooled in the bottom of the dish. Pasta was a little overdone but the chicken part was great. For dessert we shared the limoncello cake which was more puddling like composition, which was good, just not what I expected. I asked for a drip coffee which was not good at all and may have been a re-ran Keurig pod. Very bland. Good news is I didn't come for the coffee and everything else was very good. Our waiter was the bartender - older guy close cut white hair - soft spoken and an attentive type. This place was worth the 30min Uber ride wait afterwards. Great meal.

Yelp
Had the hot honey pizza and the lemoncello cake. Both were AMAZING! Our server Braden was awesome and gave us some good recommendations in the Wichita area since we were visiting there on a road trip. Highly recommend!!!

Corinna L.

Yelp
Underrated place in Wichita - amazing food! Bread, pasta, service. It's so good! Def recommend

Connie S.

Yelp
I haven't been there yet but have heard from others that it has nice ambiance and good pasta!I plan to go there soon.

Yelp
Great service, food was above par. A little fishy but it's Wichita, KS. Not a huge fan of the seating or decor. Not pictured: Butterscotch budino was good!

Yelp
I definitely rate the food 5's I've eaten here once and have ordered takeout several times and Everytime it does not disappoint. I rated it a 4 because our server came to our table twice once to take our order and next to clean our table when we finished . My definition of a great server is to make sure my drink is always full and to at least have a great attitude.

Christian V.

Yelp
I really wanted to like this place but it was a miss. Our waiter wanted to memorize our order (which is great when it works) but unfortunately got most things wrong, and also forgot our drinks. The food was average, nothing incredible. Chicken marsala was bland on the inside, sauce too sweet, and pasta was as overcooked and mushy. Felt like Olive Garden quality and was really disappointed. Server wasn't really attentive and did not seem to care that much either. Sad as I was really hoping for a great night out.

Yelp
I regret not taking photos of the appetizers, but the entrees are so good!!! Our server is wonderful and knowledgeable. Next... tiramisu for dessert.

Yelp
We started off with the Wiggins Ranch meatballs, they tasted great but one of them was rock hard I could not bite it at all. I got the Spaghetti Nero, it sounded a little scary to try but it was amazing! If you like seafood i recommend you try it. My Boyfriend got the Lasagna and said it was really good as well. The indoor seating is a little small and felt a little crowded but its a cute place. Service was alright, we didn't see our waitress too much. Overall though I recommend it.

Yelp
Napoli is my favorite place to eat in Wichita! My family and I have been going here for years, and never get tired of the wonderful pasta and desserts. The staff is incredible, the service is quick and I always feel so welcomed. Great atmosphere and even better food!
google avatar

Courtney E.

Yelp
Easily my favorite place so far this year. EVERYTHING was good. Top NOTCH food. Perfectly paced, portion sizes right on the money and the pizza in the picture of the neopolatin pizza was THE BEST THING I HAVE HAD. The bolognese was also just the best. I highly recommend. Please give this place a try.

Yelp
I booked a Mother's Day lunch for 1:30pm a week or so in advance over the phone, no issues. When we arrived we were told they we couldn't order off the menu because it was a buffet. I was never told that over the phone and I wouldn't have picked there to eat, especially at 1:30, close to the ending of the buffet. Reluctantly we stayed since it was Mother's day and surely every where else would of been booked up. Considering it was towards the end of the buffet the food was barely warm, and we didn't have enough time to get more than one plate of the main food. By the time we had our first plate the food was put up and the desserts were very low, unsure if any were made in house. The quality/time wasn't worth the price. $30 a plate for a decent buffet is not a big deal but again, barely luke warm food. Unfortunately we won't be going back. Really let down by the experience. The server was nice, and is the only reason I didn't give it one star. Lamest Mother's Day lunch I've had in years.

Yelp
I ordered the ranch meatballs and made my own sandwhich. The meatballs were oh so godly. Creamy finish with the ricotta, tender savory and slightly tangy meatballs with the tomato sauce and crispy grilled bread with a touch of salt and butter. For my sandwhich i ordered a round roll with proscuitto, fresh muzz, vine tomato, chicken cutlet, and balsamic vinegrette. The sandwhich was super melty and the rich herbiness of the pesto gave it an excellent flavor. The fries were also perfect. Like i could not come up with a better way to make them better. Breilly was very accomodating to my custom order and I will definitely be coming back for more food. Cheers!

Yelp
Service is amazing!! The lasagna is the absolute BEST in Wichita KS. I also had a pineapple cocktail of some sort - can't remember the exact name but sooo yummy!
google avatar

Tess H.

Yelp
This is one of my favorite Italian places in Wichita. The squid ink pasta is my personal favorite, but the Caesar salad is a great lunch option. The service is always great too.
google avatar

Lexi O.

Yelp
I would 100% come back here. When you walk in, it's typical Italian restaurant vibes which looks great, but makes you feel like you'll want to dress up a little more. We are on the back patio since it was beautiful out and our server gave us wonderful service. We had the focaccia and olives for appetizers. Both great! Spaghetti Nero was a 10/10 The Lasagna was 9/10

Heidi E.

Yelp
My husband and I are in town for the weekend and looking for a place to eat not too far from our hotel. This one had great reviews, and we are always down for Italian. It was excellent! The service was amazing, and the food was too. It was pretty loud, so if you're looking for a quiet place, it might not be for you, but otherwise perfect. I had the Chicken Parmigiana, which is my go to thing to judge an Italian restaurant on, and it was one of the best I've had. My husband has the Chicken Masala, and he found it delightful. Highly recommend!

Yelp
They must've left the flavor in Napoli. 5.8/10 Movie Comparison - Space Jam: A New Legacy
google avatar

Devi A.

Yelp
My review is only considering only one element and that is their most popular dish. While it is creamy and there is no offensive combination it is not a particularly bold flavor. The goat cheese is delicious... but the serving size is absolutely pitiful. Five shrimp and a small spoonful of goat cheese could only be interpreted as an insult at the price of $22. I can find equally bland food at Olive Garden and yet I will receive more of it. Not sure why everyone rates it so well when objectively their best dish is mediocre. More goat cheese, more shrimp, better spices. Really not hard people. This small portion is not gourmet it is simply a small portion. Do with that what you will.

Yelp
Order extra red sauce (Sunday Gravy) if you love sauce. I normally don't eat lasagna but here it is exceptional. We also shared the butterscotch pudding with chocolate and went home happy. Cheers!
google avatar

Liz S.

Yelp
Everything is good here. Everything. Please don't miss out. Ask for a side of Sunday gravy no matter what you order. You're welcome.

Gracie K.

Yelp
Came here for lunch recently and the food and service was amazing!! Our Server, James, was excellent and provided some great recommendations. We had the Orecchiette and Bolognese which were both delicious! Would totally recommend Napoli!!

Cornelius T.

Yelp
Burnt food, terrible service. Just disappointing all around. Will never be back, they had plenty of chances to make right - only to be met with total apathy/rudeness
google avatar

Eve M.

Yelp
Everything from the appetizers to the main course was just amazing!! The pizza with hot honey was SO good. Our server was very knowledgeable and helpful with the menu as well.

Rachel L.

Yelp
Went here for lunch. The Caesar salad was great, I especially liked the grilled chicken. Service was excellent. Cozy seating and low lighting. Will be back again!
google avatar

Yelp
My husband had the hot honey pizza and I had the lasagna (with an appetizer and wine). All of it was delicious and our server was great!
google avatar

Madison G.

Yelp
Have come here about 3 times now within the past month. We have gotten the Focaccia each time and love it! Tastes very fresh and has great flavor! I love the spaghetti and meatballs, they make their noodles and you can buy them to make your own pasta dishes at home! We have not had to wait here before and have come on weekends/evenings. The staff is very friendly and attentive as well! Highly recommend!

Yelp
Got to the restaurant was seated by the hostess, really great smile and nice. Sat in front of the bar and sat and sat. Finally, ask if we had a server. A girl apologized and got us water and the server we thought. I guess the 1st server thought it was area was not, so they switch. The bruschetta board was good. Love the bread. The salads not much to talk about. $6 for shredded lettuce ,olives, and a few other items. Lasagna was very good. My husband had the Marsala with Veal. He said it had good flavor, but the veal was a little rubbery. Overall, the service was under par. Don't know if they were having a bad night or what. It won't be my 1st choice for an Italian restaurant in the future.
google avatar

Vickie C.

Yelp
Food is delicious, unique variety. Service is always great. I attend monthly wine dinners when I can and the food and wine pairings are delicious.

Yelp
I had never been to Napoli before last night and the atmosphere was amazing. Very cute setting and the wait staff was very prompt every step of the way. The food was great and I would definitely go back.

Yelp
Wonderful service, atmosphere, and even better food. Ordered the focaccia bread (highly recommend) and the duck breast. Talk about melt in your mouth.....the whole entree was exquisite. Will definitely return. Wish I would have taken pictures.

Arla F.

Yelp
Thursday Date night 2024 week 6 Dinner was authentic Italian! They make their own focaccia bread and it is served warm. Tim ordered the Orecchiette and I had the Amish chicken, we shared a Tiramisu for dessert. Dinner was good the ambience was romantic, ( we were seated in a large booth). They have very nice outdoor dining as well. Our server was knowledgeable and attentive. We would recommend Napoli's for date night or dinner with friends. We went out around 5 ish and by 6:30 they were packed.

Jaime R.

Yelp
Best Italian restaurant in town. Great food, fantastic service, and nice ambiance. Their lasagna is one of the best but their specials are fantastic.
google avatar

Yelp
Another holiday brunch. Well done, excellent service. Nice food, fruit, deserts and entrees. The eggs Benedict was excellent. Mostly must comment on wait staff. - attentive, and personable.
google avatar

Yelp
A hidden gem with great food and outdoor patio seating. The food is clearly authentic and made in house. Pasta was clearly hand rolled. Relaxed atmosphere with live music when we were there. Waitress was kind, patient, and explained a few menu options for us.

Angie N.

Yelp
Delicious food! A real treat! We especially love the homemade sourdough and pasta! A favorite place for sure!

Yelp
Wow! My friend chose this location for dinner and we were not disappointed! Our waiter was delightful and helped direct use to some of his favorites. The restaurant is comfy and pleasant, very welcoming. Food was delicious - squid ink pasta with crab knocked it out of the park.

Yelp
Wow what a great little restaurant! The ambiance is amazing. Not too loud but fun. The service was fast and friendly. The food is very good.
