Yelp
tep inside and the first thing that grabs you is the space itself airy, open, and full of natural light. It's got that minimal, farmhouse-inspired aesthetic that makes you want to sit back and soak it all in. There's plenty of seating, so it never feels cramped, even during busier hours.
Service, though, left something to be desired. I'm big on customer experience, and sometimes all it takes is a simple "hello" to set the tone. Here, the staff felt more reserved, which made the atmosphere feel a little flat.
The main reason I came, though, was for the coffee. BigFace Coffee founded by NBA star Jimmy Butler has been on my radar, and I had to see what the hype was about. I ordered my usual vanilla oat latte. The roast itself was impressive: smooth, with a perfect shot that wasn't too bitter or sour. The flavor leaned a little sweet, but it still allowed the espresso to shine through.
Beyond coffee, the menu extends to handcrafted sandwiches, pastries, and even a full bar, so there's something for everyone.
Overall, my experience was good but not great. The coffee lived up to the reputation, the space was beautifully designed, but the customer service kept it from being as memorable as it could have been. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth a visit just don't expect the warmest welcome
