I gave them a 1-star rating; however, if I could give this place 0 stars, I would. My friends and I ordered pizza for the Super Bowl at 1 pm so they could deliver it to us at 6:30 pm. We live on a college campus and gave them the exact location of the building we were in. The delivery guy came to the site and was confused about where to walk in, and instead of calling us to let us know he was outside, he decided to leave. We had reached out, and they responded to us saying that the order was out for delivery. Yet, after an hour and a half of waiting, we decided to call again, and we found out the situation and became frustrated. By the time the pizza got to us, it was completely cold, and when we talked to the delivery guy, he said, "Ya, I get it, I really don't care if you don't pay." Later, we got a call from the manager trying to convince us that they did call us to let us know that the pizza was outside and guilt trip us to pay the full service. The manager was utterly unprofessional and was yelling through the phone, disrespectfully trying to guilt-trip us into paying the total price. I was in absolute shock with the customer service. If the manager acts this way, I cannot expect much for the rest of the company. Never ordering from this place again, and I hope you all don't either.
