Neighborhood Wraps and Smoothies

I am from out of town and wanted something local instead of a chain on my way home. This place is delicious!! The environment is welcoming. The staff is friendly and responsive. I asked the gentleman’s recommendation and he suggested a few options. I ended up getting their indulge rice bowl with salmon habanero mango sauce- definitely a repeat. I wish I lived closer to try more from their menu!!

I've orderd from here 3 times. First time was great. The East Atlanta wrap was great. Raspberry lemonade was great told my friends about this place etc. Second time two out of the 3 lamb chops were super pink didnt look cook all the way. The bowl was good however didnt appreciate the under cooked food. Third time. My order completely wrong instead of the East Atlanta they gave me the jerk wrap. I was exicted for my wrap but utterly disappointed to have gotten the wrong item. I will not be coming a fourth time.

I ordered a green smoothie and a jackfruit wrap (naked to avoid carbs) and the smoothie was delicious and the jackfruit was so tasty! Cost $25 Black owned business. Not long wait. Friendly service. Free parking. Glad to have discovered this place that has good vegan options. I’ll definitely be back.

I am in love with fresh items. It was wonderful to find this amazing restaurant tucked just off Moreland Ave. I got to try the Fresh Strawberry Salad with Chicken, the Habanero Mango Salmon Wrap, and The Mel Special Smoothie. These items were amazing! I often find items have too much sweetness and not enough flavor. However, this was not the case here. Great food, great price and healthy food for the location. If you get a chance try the green smoothie with ginger. Very healthy restaurant. My new spot! If muscle mass is important and healthy eating without dirty bulking try this spot for take out. Black owned business 🌍🖤too.

Delicious delicious delicious. Everything I wanted yesterday was inside of the east Atlanta wrap with the sweet chili sauce on the side. I had to pull over to finish it cause it started a Fiesta in my mouth lol. Highly recommend. Support local businesses.. I'll be back!!!!

I had the southwest salad and it was so delicious, fresh and perfectly seasoned! The staff was kind and I didn’t have long wait time at all. Definitely will be back

Amazingggg wrap I purchased! I got the East Atlanta wrap and omg….so tasty and flavorful! It’s perfect! The only suggestion I’d give is for the restaurant to specify if their wraps are hot/cold (which they might have done in the website but I didn’t see it). My food came quick and I was out the door super fast! Thanks y’all!

So I didn't take a picture of my food as I was having a working lunch and forgot. However I paid roughly 14.99 . I ordered online (be mindful online auto adds 10% tip-- if you don't check it; you won't know to remove it or increase it.) I got an east Atlanta wrap add avocado and a ranch dipping sauce. It comes with a small side and it is literally small. (It's either fruit /pasta salad) The side comes on a condiment sauce cup. No exaggeration- there's a singular bite full. The wrap for almost 15 dollars was underwhelming. I planned to eat half for lunch with the fruit side and the other half for dinner. ABSOLUTELY not. The wrap was the size of a microwaveable breakfast burrito. Service was lackluster. My wrap was salty; I figured if I dug out my avocado and ate it with each bite it would mask the Salt. I couldn't enjoy the ranch because I didn't want to add to the salt of the already salty wrap. My food was ready upon reception of the 2nd text -- I ordered online so I got notifications on my food status-- but I walked in, no one spoke. Outside of "what would you like to order." After notifying I ordered online the bag was picked up handed to me and nothing else was said. FOR A NEW BUSINESS ; in the up and coming area of Moreland which is being gentrified ; you would think branding your business or at-least customer service would be top priority. The restaurant ambiance is quaint. More of a grab and go environment. There are a few chairs and tables of you had to wait or chose to eat there. I usually try and support local black owned businesses in whatever area I'm in. However I will make the drive to college park or Jonesboro and patron wrap-a-lot , same style of restaurant as far as food is concerned but the quantity and quality is worth it

Honestly, it was just okay for me. It was a southwest wrap, but it really wasn't giving the bold flavors that I expected. I wished there was more meat in ratio to the beans and I wish that the sauce was more flavorful. Nothing to write home about. My friend raves about their bowls, so I guess next time I am in the area I will try that.

My salad was bussin' y'all. I am currently on a detox and needed to eat. I found this spot after a quick search, and let me tell you...I'll be back. Their smoothies must be better than the food because they were pretty much sold out. I'ma need to get me one of those. My baby got the Turkey burger. Anytime we go out to eat it's a struggle to get her to focus on her food and not her phone. She finished the burger before me. It made me want a burger, but my detox won't let me! Whoever is in the kitchen be jammin' and I could taste it in my food. Appreciate you!

I would try again because what I could eat was good, but my Uber delivery didn't get to me until about 2 hours after I ordered so my smoothie had separated and you can see how the condensation on the top of the food was. Also they drenched the rice in teriyaki so that made it a little inedible as well. The salmon was cooked perfectly tho.

There isn't much to comment about as far as the ambiance. It's a space. The food is good if they have it in stock. I tried to order a chicken wrap and they were out of chicken. I ordered a Turkey burger and nut lover smoothie. I paid for it just to be told they were out of bananas and almond milk. I asked for a refund and was told they didn't know how to do it. I asked for pasta salad as my side. They were out. It was upsetting to say the least. After watching them make a smoothie it was quite obvious they don't measure anything which is part of the problem. My best friend was there and had issues with her food too. It took about an hour for our food to be ready. I will not patronize this place again.

The wraps are always great, and the staff are always friendly. I'd definitely recommend checking them out!

The smoothie was good so that's why I'm giving 2 stars. Overall disappointing. $15 for a small wrap with a tiny side. Honestly comical. I could understand a wrap with a protein being more on the pricey side but I'm vegetarian and paid 15 dollars for a tiny wrap with a black bean patty mushed into it with corn and some carrots. I figured the wrap would be big enough to take some home seeing the price was higher. No. They give you a tiny side of pasta salad that you would get ranch in. I always like to support local but this was a major no for me and I won't be back :(

The wrap was very tasty and the customer service was good. However, $13 for a wrap half the size of a Chipotle burrito and an extremely small side of pasta salad is not the most economical. If you're looking to get an extra meal or save money, would not recommend.

Our new favorite spot! Tasty, quick, and reasonably price!! I'm pretty picky about how my meat is cooked and their salmon and chicken have always been cooked to perfection. The smoothies are good and taste fresh! Highly recommend the mango habanero indulge bowl and the Cesar salad wrap.

My green chaser smoothie was so yummy. The chicken caesar wrap was very flavorful. My husband and I both enjoyed the food and can't wait to try other items on their menu. Plus, the owner and family were there, very friendly and helpful.

The wraps are good but avoid getting their bowls. Indulge Bowl was advertised as rice, peppers, onions, zucchini, and carrots (I chose chicken as my protein). The rice itself was undercooked which was a bummer because the bowl was 97% rice, 2% chicken, 1% peas and corn. Did not actually include any peppers, onions, zucchini, or carrots. Kind of annoyed with the false advertising but the wrap was good enough to prevent the 1/2 star.

We got the Asian wrap and Caesar wrap both had way too much sauce and wilted lettuce. The sauce was pouring out of the wraps.

I just flew in from a long 5 days away, work trip first then to a funeral then home. I was exhausted and starving. I wanted something healthy but tasty and filling - a wrap. I ordered online and drove there directly from the airport, would be ready in 25 mins. I had tried them before through uber eats and I wasn't really impressed with the jerk jackfruit wrap or pasta. But I thought I would try them again and something different. I ordered 2 wraps - salmon caesar on tomato and black bean on spinach. And a mango-pineapple smoothie. When I arrived the place was clearly popular and also had a lot of ppl waiting. I waited 10 mins past my original ready time and went in - not looking good. Well, as it turned out they were a bit behind so I figured I'd just get a refund - just off the plane and exhausted and no where near the patience to wait another 30 mins. As it turned out, my wraps were ready and she immediately made my smoothie - into a large for my wait! I was ecstatic - hunger was solved! Okay so about the taste - salmon caesar was absolutely delicious!! The mango smoothie so refreshing. The black bean wrap - besides them forgetting to leave off the onions - it was so good. So glad I gave it a second chance. Great customer service, and very professional! Thank you, I will be back!
