Neighborlily has quickly become my favorite coffee shop in Germantown! The Hey Neighbor iced coffee is my absolute favorite drink on the menu! The pastries and good are pretty good - I like the breakfast burrito best! A few weeks ago I also got a pistachio cherry affogato that was incredible! The coffee shop is dog friendly, as they have a front porch and a decent sized patio with 7-8 large tables with umbrellas to sit at! They also have seating inside, where you can find people doing work during the week. They even have a few items - including beautiful, fresh flower - that are for sale!

I am in LOVE with this shop! The flower selection is fantastic and the coffee is even better - If you like your coffee on the sweeter side, I recommend getting the Hey Neighbor Latte, so so good! This shop is so bright + fun, and the staff is always in a good mood. They do have limited outdoor seating for sunny days. It can get a little busy, but it's because the coffee is the best. I've been here on multiple occasions and the service has always been great. 10/10 recommend!

You can find me at Neighborlily on any given Saturday morning—and usually a few times during the week between, too. It was a happy accident to stumble in here while I was house hunting last year, and it’s now part of my husband’s and my routine to pop in. We’ve watched it blossom from a coffee, flower, and gift shop to now being a standout café. We love seeing locals and visitors alike pop in to experience their unique drink menu and get to know the staff we’ve come to love so quickly. The atmosphere is as warm and welcoming as the staff, the seasonal menus are as innovative as they are delectable. I usually try at least 2-3 of each season’s drink menu, but the staff knows I also very often default to the all-season signature Hey Neighbor latte (thank you for bearing with me through all my “tough decisions” that ultimately land exactly where you think they will). The maple whipped cream with smoked bourbon salt may very well have changed my life. Take that as your sign that you really can’t go wrong with the drinks! The food menu is also wonderful. I loved how robust it was when it first rolled out, but they’ve understandably rolled it back to a smaller number of the most-ordered items. It’s a very small kitchen, but their cook does a wonderful job! The breakfast bowl with pesto ricotta is my favorite, but I love to indulge in the breakfast burrito from time-to-time, too. Do yourself a favor and stop in next time you’re in town. I’d recommend to do it when you have time to savor the drinks and the experience. My favorite is a spring morning on their outdoor patio. Bring your pup, bring a friend, and enjoy the unique and ethereal experience that is Neighborlily!

Cutest little cafe ever, hands down my new favorite spot in Nashville. So clean and everything is set up to be aesthetically perfect. They really care about the details! They have a bouquet making area which is such a sweet touch. Also theres board games inside!! They’re shaped like books. We played SORRY while drinking our matcha. Interior is a full 10/10. Cozy but modern, great lighting. Plants everywhere. Fresh flowers. So pretty! (Even the bathroom) Menu is simple so youre not overwhelmed and they also have a seasonal section. The pastries are fresh and I didn’t get them this time though. I got the strawberry matcha and it was so good!! Also the workers were all so friendly and easy to talk to and welcoming. If I lived here I’d be here all the time!!

This place is great! I put an order in at 8 am on a Sunday for a 1030 am pickup! Got there early at 10 to grab some coffees also. The flowers were already done and waiting on me! They are beautiful and my girlfriend loved them! Coffees were also fabulous, I love when places have an espresso tonic too! Thank you again!

The absolute cutest cafe - I came originally for a plain earl grey but ended up getting a London Fog based on the sweet staff recommendation. 10/10 perfect blend of sweet, creamy, and caffeine! The chocolate chip cookie was delicious, I'm weak to a touch of salt with these :)

One of the best coffee spots I’ve been to in Nashville! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with just the right balance between cozy and modern. The staff are genuinely friendly and take time to recommend drinks if you’re unsure what to order. I tried their ice latte and it was absolutely perfect: smooth, rich flavor with a beautiful presentation. They clearly care about the quality of their coffee.

The shop is reminiscent of a New England coffee shop or at least what I imagine one would be like. The flowers they sell are beautiful. Next time, I'm buying a bouquet. It was quite enjoyable.

Cannot recommend this place enough! Definitely in my list of top 5 coffee shops, and they even have a little store inside! Beautiful interior, outdoor seating and minimal indoor seating.

Beautiful interior and really cool concept of flower store and delicious coffee. We went for my sister's birthday and had the hello neighbor latte, chocolate muffin and americano. The barista was super friendly as well. This is a great place if you want to impress out of town visitors. This is the spot grab a drink and take Instagram-worthy pictures with a flower photo op twist.

Neighborlilly is a cute coffee shop with indoor and outdoor seating. The inside doubles as a build your own bouquet floral shop with cute accessories. The inside is a bit small, which can sometimes cause a backup of coffee orders. We waited about 20 minutes for our cappuccino and latte. The drinks were fantastic and service was friendly.

What a bright, beautiful addition to Germantown! Neighborlily is part coffee shop and part flower shop ... with some adorable plant-themed home decor available throughout. I stopped in with a friend on a weekday afternoon for a quick coffee, and ended up staying to chat a while because the space is so lovely. I sipped on the "Hey Neighbor" latte, which was the perfect mix of sweet, salty, and creamy. We also noted their tasty-sounding lunch options for another visit. Their custom flower arrangements are stunning, and they even offer some dried flower options if you're looking for something extra special. I may or may not have sent their website link to my husband after stopping in. There's not much seating indoors, but their spacious patio outside has plenty of tables available, and will will no doubt be busy as the weather warms up. I'm so excited to see this new spot flourish in this neighborhood!

Really good coffee and some other stuff. I was admittedly skeptical about this place, but it was highly recommended. When I walked in, I wasn't sure if it was a boutique with a coffee counter or a coffee shop with a boutique. Because the coffee was so good, and because there was nothing I needed in the boutique, I've decided it's a Coffee Shop with a boutique. Here's more proof: - Their coffees and teas are locally sourced - They make their own syrups!!! - They have 4 signature Tea lattes - They have 3 non-dairy milks (oat, almond, and coconut) - Their staff are helpful and kind - AND, their coffee and lattes are DELICIOUS! I recommend you visit and order yourself a delicious beverage. Then, you can poke around in the boutique if that's your thing. Seriously, their coffees and lattes are delicious.

This place is so cute! Coffee shop mixed with flower/gift shop, it is everything girly! They have a porch with many tables to enjoy outside. I had the summer fruit tea and it was delicious. 100% will be back!

This place is so lovely!! I came here at the end of March this year. I love the concept of a cafe and flower shop together. It's a beautiful cafe with beautiful decor and items you can shop, and a flower shop in the back area as well. I purchased flowers for my friends and a matcha drink for myself. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and provided great service. The lady who helped me with the flowers was so nice, made suggestions for flower arrangements and even helped pick the prettiest out of the bunch. Will definitely return when I'm back in Nashville!

Finally got to check off this cutesy coffeeshop today! So adorable and aesthetically pleasing! I ordered the Hey Neighbor Cold Brew which was delicious! It's a smaller shop so there's only outdoor seating but today was perfect and not too busy. The team was very friendly and quick. Would recommend if you're in the area.

I came here for a coffee date with a friend, and we enjoyed our coffee so much that she grabbed a second cup to-go before we left! The Hey Neighbor latte is my favorite so far. There was a line, but I found the coffee to be worth the wait. The store is super cute and cozy. There are plenty of floral options and cute gifts for purchase. It's a small space, so it can get a little cramped when a lot of people are waiting for coffee. There's seating in the front and to the side. There's not a parking lot, but there's plenty of nearby street parking.

This place was lovely! The coffee was delicious and they curated it just to my liking especially because I can't drink dairy so they were very accommodating. The storefront was also gorgeous. You can buy cute accessories and fresh cut flowers. Definitely a must-stop in the Germantown neighborhood of Nashville, TN!

The hello neighbor cold brew may be one of the best coffees I've ever had! The latte was just as good. And whatever you do - GET THE WHIPPED CREAM! I'm not sure if it's homemade or what but it was delicious. Our baristas (we didn't get their names, but whoever was working the morning shift on Friday 5/3) were BEYOND kind and made us feel right at home in the shop! 'll be back next time I'm in nashville.

Such a cute space in Germantown! All the zen flower and foliage vibes combined with coffee & tea options! I loved this spot. The violet mocha was delish! The lemon loaf was such a nice accompaniment

Yes!! This is the cutest little shop with cute trinkets, fresh flowers and coffee. All three of my favorite things. They have a cute little front porch and it's designed in a historic home. This little place boosted my mood.

Atmosphere was 5/5. This was the CUTEST spot and had the friendliest staff. I was so excited to see that they had gluten free options but they were sold out of the muffins. I got the bacon cheddar scone which sounded good, but even warmed up was not good. It was extremely dry and didn't have very good flavor. I only ended up eating 1/3. Prices were super reasonable and actually better than other coffee shops in the area so I will be back definitely for coffee and maybe to try the other GF options.

Seasonal latte was excellent. Inside is super charming, the person was really nice, and the outdoor seating is great. I did not know this place was here until I saw several people walk in and walk out with coffee. will be coming back

Such a great spot! Good coffee options and some food! I got their version of a golden milk latte called gulabi which was very tasty and the orzo salad. They have mostly outdoor patio seats but a countertop table inside along the front window with about 6 seats. Perfect for a gal coffee date where you can shop from some curated items/clothing or pick up some flowers!

Adorable coffee shop, gift shop, florist all in one! It feels like peace and happiness inside! I was going to Poppy and Monroe (next door) for a pedicure and found this adorable spot and treated myself to a hummus plate and cappuccino following my pedicure...could a day BE any more perfect? The sun was shining so I sat outside on the cute patio and also met an adorable pup! I'll be returning for all of the above!

Neighborlily is such an amazing & beautiful addition to Germantown. The Menu is unique, gift selection is perfectly curated and floral selection is vast.

I am from out of town but saw this coffee shop on TikTok and knew I needed to stop in. I will be moving to Nashville soon and can't wait to make this coffee/flower/gift shop one of my go tos

The cutest little shop/cafe! We stopped by after seeing them all over Instagram. Service was quick, even with a line. And our lattes were so good! I would recommend. One of the best coffees we had while visiting Nashville.

This is such a cute spot! Love the scene & the cute little things you can shop for. The flowers are all so beautiful! I tried an iced Hey Neighbor Latte. I think it was a little too sweet for me, it also left a gritty bitter after taste which i didn't like but overall it's a cute spot to grab, shop & go!

Neighborlily is so dreamy! The most beautiful shop full of unique gifts and treats. Not to mention the gorgeous floral arrangements and incredible lattes and pastries! It's my new happy place--can't wait to go back!

Wonderful addition to the neighborhood. Great spot for meeting friends for a quick bite/ coffee catchup session. Fruit tea, BEST in the city. Perfect balance of fruit juices and not too sweet. Absolutely delicious!!!!! Offering curb side is a great option to have. Quick web order/ pull up/ delicious food delivered to your car. Can't wait to go back. Well done Neighborlily.

Oh my goodness- it was amazing! My friend and I both had the iced Hey Neighbor latte, and it is some of the best coffee I've had living in Nashville! The inside was beautiful and the short wait was worth it. Will definitely return!
