This is my go-to spot for brunch and lunch! I’ve been here a few times with friends and family and the food never disappoints. We ordered the Old School, Steak and Eggs and a pancake for my son. We also tried their spring special drinks: the Orange Cream Latte and Coffee Avocado Smoothie. The place gets packed especially during lunch hours so be sure to come early if you want a good seat.

The food was absolutely delicious! It was a bit difficult to find parking, but there is a dirt lot for overflow parking. The breakfast burrito was fantastic, make sure to ask for a side of green salsa! The cinnamon roll had a ton of frosting, and was the best I’ve ever had. My only complaint was that the service seemed to be a bit lacking, but considering it’s not a full service restaurant, it was good enough. The food came out nice and quick, and was definitely worth checking out. With all the music, kitchen noise, and people talking, it can be quite loud and hard to have conversations if in a group. The seating is more cafeteria style, so you might end up sitting next to other people. Definitely worth checking out though!!

This sleek, yet cozy cafe offers some really delicious food and stupendous customer service. It has a variety of sweet and savory delectable items to choose from, so we decided to try a little bit of everything. I ordered the old school which is a classic breakfast fare with bacon, eggs, potatoes and an elevated side salad. The lavender latte was so tasty and it paired perfectly with the hazelnut & raspberry danish. This brunch spot is a tad bit expensive, but it overall surpassed our expectations.

As a local who loves to dine out, I needed a place to impress my out of town guest, and this place nailed it! We went on a Saturday morning so of course it was busy but not too crowded that we couldn’t order and be seated within 10 minutes of arriving. The pastry selection at the order counter gave us too many options but we settled on the chocolate eclair and the strawberry pop tart. Great options if you want contrast: one was very sweet and creamy and the other, well, just like a pop tart but much more gourmet! Our entrees were quickly served , warm and the perfect texture. Chilaquiles and burritos are easy to make soggy but these orders were just right! To top it off, I had the cinnamon honey latte and he had the iced brown sugar latte. Excellent proportions of sweet, cafe, and creaminess. Definitely keeping this atop my list for out of town friends to visit as well as those lazy mornings we don’t want to cook!

Fantastic open room concept and clean restaurant!! Lots of live plants, makes it feel like home. Food was delicious. We ordered the Lemon Blueberry Jacks, the corned beef smash, and The Traditional breakfasts! Service was impeccable!!

I am reluctant to post a review of "neighbors" restaurant because I don't want everyone to know just how good this hidden gem is. But Neighbors deserves praise worthy of an honest review. My wife & I dined here for breakfast and were not disappointed. The scratch kitchen was our first clue as to how good this was going to be. I write a lot of restaurant reviews and normally I can find some critique that is less than perfect. Not so here; Everything from the delicious food to the wait staff to the cleanliness was beyond what you get elsewhere. The food. I ordered the breakfast sandwich which comes with the "smashed potatoes." Having read previous reviews, I had to have those potatoes. They were very delicious and cooked to perfection. I opted for the sour dough bread for my sandwich and was truly the best bread I have had in a restaurant. *Unfortunately, the bread is only sold to restaurants and not to the public. The sandwich had thick bacon and bits of sausage in the eggs with gruyere cheese and the aioli sauce had a slight "kick" to eat. Simply perfect. My wife ordered the peach pancakes and they too were off the charts delicious! They had a butter crumble and a host of other ingredients that made this dish a go-to for breakfast. I talked at length to the Manage, (Manny) and we discussed the seasonal menus as well as the concept of no table wait service. You order the food at the register and they give you a number, you find a table and the food comes to you. a bit unorthodox for a quality restaurant but it just works and at no time did we feel we were not being ignored, quite the opposite. Manny was cheerful, knowledgable and ran a very smooth operations at Neighbors. Conclusion: Weekends can be a bit of a wait here but it is well worth it. if you are tired of all the new brunch only restaurants popping up all over Las Vegas that cut corners on menu items and such and want to dine at a Chef inspired menu items that are within a descent budget, then get on over to Neighbors restaurant. They have been established for many years and restaurants that have been around that long weigh heavy on quality food.

Google
We were looking forward to eating here for the first timeYesterday but very disappointed with the customer service! I wasn't thrilled that we have to wait in a line while people figured out what they wanted and looked at menu's that should have been placed in the entry way when you walk in so you can decide while waiting, especially if you have never been here before it's hard to figure out why it's taking so long to get a seat! When we finally got to our table it was dirty but the nice girl cleaned it for us. They were a little busy and that didn't bother me to much until we were severed our food without our drinks! I ordered a brownsugar late with extra brown sugar wich sounded amazing and it was had I had it with my food . My girlfriend just ordered orange juice. It took me a while to get someone's attention. Finally the waittres told me the drinks come from the front not the kitchen. A young man did come to out table from the front we had order the drinks again then he said oh I see what happened but didn't mention what happened, I just wanted our drinks and now we have finished our food the gentlemen brought our drinks in a to go container and said he was sorry! I did not have a good experience at this place. The food was good but service is down! I'm rating this as 1 star.

Google
The is the 2nd time I've eaten here and was fully satisfied again. I ordered the West Coast avocado toast, superb. It comes with a side salad of greens, and toast has chili oil that gives it the perfect kick. Love the food, great service, and atmosphere. Clean, open, cute!

Yelp
If you haven't been to Neighbors you must stop by. We arrived upon opening so we got a table right away after ordering. The food was delicious. I had a breakfast burrito that could feed two. It was very tasty. Had a little bit of everything in each bite. We also ordered a sandwich with sweet potato fries. I'm not a big fan of the fries but these were crispy and really good. Defiantly coming back to try more of their options.

Yelp
I've been to Neighbors a few times now. Finally got to experience the brunch rush here. Came around 12 on a Sunday and there was a line to get in. It moved fairly quickly thankfully, and mostly due to the fact that you walk in and order first and then seat yourself. I believe they've expanded since the last time I've been here so there's plenty of seating. I ordered the mushroom burger with greens and a strawberry matcha latte. I was surprised at how big this burger was - it was hard to eat! But I definitely felt like I got my money's worth. The drink didn't really taste like there was strawberries in it. I could see the seeds, but the flavor was lacking. There was also a lot of matcha powder that came through the straw even after stirs. Service can use a bit of improvement as we weren't given utensils and napkins for our food - unless it was similar to the water and to-go boxes where we had to help ourselves. The employees were kind and helpful though. I'd definitely be down for another brunch here.

Yelp
Ambiance: I found this place by reviews and so we went. The place looks so homey to me. I love the ambiance of the cafe. Very welcoming designs. The cafe has that feeling of very relaxing place to be. Service: We placed an order first right we enter. The workers there are very polite and helpful. I asked questions about the foods and they deliver. Food: Yes! I ordered the SALMON BENNY* it was delicious. The smoked salmon hinted really good. Then I ordered two things for drinks just because I wanted to taste both the matcha latte and the cold brew. I was satisfied with the cold brew because I was finally awake :) For my daughter, she ordered a strawberry toast something that i forgot the name and omg she finished the whole thing! She doesn't usually finish her breakfast but this time I was really surprised. She just love her food. And she got one of the lemonades. We found our spot! I will provide photos.

Yelp
Neighbors is an aesthetic, modern brunch spot with great options from food, pastries, and beverages. It is a must-visit restaurant when you're ever in Las Vegas. We ordered the iced strawberry matcha latte, matcha strawberry French toast, and steak and eggs. There's a good amount of seating, you order first and they give you a number to place on your table! They also have a good seasonal menu. I really liked the iced strawberry matcha latte from their spring menu, and the matcha strawberry french toast was a unique concept as well. Definitely will go back again when I return to Vegas.

This newly-renovated modern brunch cafe in Vegas serves coffee, quick bites and amazing breakfast options. In the bustling city of Vegas, this cute and cozy cafe is a perfect spot to relax, chit-chat with friends or even read a book. So make sure to visit them at 5910 S Fort Apache Rd #103, Las Vegas, NV 89148.

Yelp
What an amazing place to have breakfast.. The ambiance is really nice, not very loud and beautiful decoration with soft colours. I visited for the first time today and I was really impressed! The service is beyond amazing, they work as a team and assist all the customers with great service. The food tastes and looks very delicious. Me and my boyfriend enjoyed eating everything on our plates. The coffee was also amazing, I have been trying the "Lavender Latte" everywhere to find my favourite one... and "Neighbors" has won in my opinion, absolutely the best looking and tastiest ever !! I really loved Neighbors ... and I will visit more often .

Yelp
First time here and we enjoyed it. We had a late breakfast and the food was great. The customer service was awesome. They were very accommodating. We will be back.

Yelp
Food was not hot! Shakshuka was disappointing. Poached eggs that are no longer runny or warm! I get that food needs to be prepped before hand, but these eggs were cold at the center and poached to basically the consistency of hard boiled eggs. I'm sure it's apparent with that photo. I would never get this again here. Old timer pork sausage link tasted like it went bad already. My boyfriend had me try it and I told him not to eat the rest anymore cause of how gross it tasted. I still like their lavender latte. Lots of workers but no real service. Cute ambiance.

Yelp
I recently had breakfast at this modernized American breakfast and lunch spot, and it was pretty good! The eggs, meat, bread, and veggies were all fresh and delicious. I did come on a Sunday morning, so the store was a bit busy. The service was exceptional; the staff were very kind, and my order arrived promptly. Although there isn't anything spectacular or memorable about this place, I would recommend this place for a satisfying and efficient breakfast or lunch experience!

Yelp
Food was ok. Pricey for what we got! The place was big inside, unassuming on the outside. In fact, I drove past it the first time. Good place to meet friends for brunch. They have yummy looking pop tarts, cinnamon buns. I didn't order because I wanted something with protein. So, I was disappointed in my Benedict. It sounded excellent, but the scone was so dry, it only came with one poached egg and small amount of smoked salmon. The hollandaise sauce was not enough to give the Benedict any help. Also missing was any kind of sides- no potatoes, no salad, but 5 potato chips and 3 tiny asparagus shoots. Boo! My friend had the avocado toast and had a generous amount of salad. Other friend has the corn beef hash and that came with 2 eggs and plenty of hash. Just don't order the Benedict and you should be ok. Lattes were good.

Yelp
I've been coming here since it opened and have always had a pleasant experience. It's definitely up there on our list when it comes to breakfast/brunch spots by our house. I love that they've extended their space to allow more seating for people who choose to eat in and their space is so cute and organic-- feels like you're at a restaurant in LA type of vibe. Their menu is reminds me of a farm to table type feel-- fresh ingredients, big portions and great flavor. Love their coffee and drink options as well as their baked goods. I never leave without a (BIG) Matcha Cookie!

Yelp

Exceptional food. Great service. Fresh, well prepared, and lovely presentation. A nice blend of casual and classy.

Yelp
This place is COLD! Bring a jacket or cardigan. I had goose bumps for my entire meal. We were very impressed with the amount of food that comes with each meal. I could've easily split a sandwich with someone vs each ordering our own! The food was delish! Our table had the corn beef smash, breakfast sandwiches, steak and eggs & the old fashioned breakfast. All of it was delicious! The servers were kind and friendly. They offered tips and advice when we first arrived. We will definitely be back!! My only suggestion is reviving the plants, as several of them look very sad.

Yelp
Food - food is DELICIOUS. We ordered matcha lattes (w oat milk), the Kaya French Toast ( triple milk, custard, brioche, Kaya jam, strawberries, coconut, whipped cream, and toasted coconut chips), BLATC (grilled chicken, applewood smoked bacon, avocado, baby arugula, filled tomato, mozzarella pesto, aïoli), with side of potatoes and green salad w light balsamic vinaigrette dressing. Service - staff is very busy because this is pretty much the only brunch spot in SW , but very friendly and helpful. After placing our order, we took our number and picked a place to sit. Our order was brought over fairly promptly and staff came and checked in often and also cleared empty plates away. Ambiance - little lacking in the front entryway and the back room feels a little bit of a cafeteria.

Yelp
No vibe what so ever! Upon walking in this place it screams lack of hospitality! It's got no vibe about it what so ever, the staff is oblivious to you and making you feel welcome, and frankly you have no idea as a first time visitor whether you order or sit down? The place is divided into two halves, with a small counter in the middle, with a few baked goods. No staff member tells you what is protocol, so you are left wondering if you just sit, stand, or order? After figuring out you order, sit, and then wait, I had time to process the oddity of the place. No warmth, a staff that just seems programmed or not awake, and coffee served in one cup that is not refillable...or at least the non-verbal staff never offered to refill! The breakfast burrito was average in size, but the ingredients were quite good, but the store bought tortilla was les than desirable. For nearly $20 for a breakfast burrito and coffee that was subpar, I think I can pass on a return visit!
google avatar

Christina L.

Yelp
Went for brunch and let me say it was great overall! The ambiance is giving very Earthy vibes! There's colors of green, white, brown, and light gray. The service was great as well! Definitely pretty spacious to go study, do some work, or even catchup with friends and family. The breakfast burrito was filling. The ube french toast was delicious, but a bit too sweet for me.

Yelp
A little ways to travel here, but well worth it. Food was satisfying and easy on the tummy.

Yelp
Get the cinnamon roll. Delicious! Aesthetically this place is adorable. The staff is nice and the coffee is good but seriously, the cinnamon roll!
google avatar

Isabella L.

Yelp
The food is good but for the price it is steep. It does take some time for the food to come out, but it's not bad of a wait for the quality food! The ambience is cute, it's a cute spot for some cafe vibes or bringing a group of people. The opening seating does get concerning when it is busy, but if you catch them at a good time, you won't have to worry about where to sit after ordering! Everything is pretty open and self serve if not the employees are more than welcomed to help you. The seasonal strawberry matcha was cute for pictures, but I wouldn't get it again since it was just too bland and tasted nothing like it's described.

Yelp
My visit was 5/14 I took my mom for a Mothers Day lunch. She was feeling ill on Mother's Day. I ordered the chicken wrap and asked about the tortilla I was told it was wheat, it was not just a regular tortilla. My mom ordered a plain cheeseburger no sauce. We waited in line for awhile. They only have one cashier. They should consider adding another register and putting two people who know the menu who can answer questions correctly. After ordering and waiting over 25 minutes my mom's order was wrong. They gave her plain cheeseburger to someone else. They said sorry and just laughed it off. I felt bad eating without her but I had to get back to work. Our lunch was rushed. They have really good food here but need to approve on service.

Yelp
I've driven by this place too many times to count, and somehow never stopped in. I had no idea how much I was missing out. I would consider Neighbors to be in the realm of a slightly upscale, fast casual cafe. They offer an amazingly diverse menu with everything from housemade PopTarts to cheeseburgers and everything in between, including a full coffee menu. I decided to try their Shakshuka - something I had never actually had, but every time I've heard about it, knew that I would love it. This ended up being the perfect place to try it for the first time because, of course, it was delicious, but they serve it with beautiful sourdough bread that pairs so well. I visited on a Sunday morning and it was quite busy. The line stretched all the way out the door. Some orders seem to move very quickly, while others stood at the counter for a long time before deciding what they wanted to order. This likely comes from them not having any kind of overhead menu, and only one small QR code to scan to see the menu once you get insidIf you miss the QR code, you have to wait until you get all the way up to the counter to see the paper menu printed on the counter. I know they change a lot of items seasonally, but any kind of printed menus would make a world of difference to their line speed. Fear not, though, there is PLENTY of seating. I recently saw on their website that they now offer online ordering, so will definitely be taking advantage of that in the future!

Yelp
The food at Neighbors is addictively fantastic, and the decor is surely competitive with other local breakfast places - spacious and inviting, plenty of room and community tables. There hasn't been a dish that's disappointed, though we have our favorites :) The service can be lacking, regardless of rush hours. Grace is given for the youthfulness of the staff and learning curve for new hires, given the complexity of the menu and operation. Overall: TOTALLY WORTH THE VISIT!! Their breakfast potatoes are the best of anywhere I've been in Las Vegas, hands down!!
google avatar

Yelp
Was searching in my neighborhood for a good cup of coffee and Neighbors popped up with great reviews on Yelp. The exterior of the café is unassuming but the interior is very spacious with great lighting and lovely decor. The service is fast and the food is tasty. Great spot for a brunch date. My bf and I got the pepperoni and cheese poptart, their breakfast sandwich on sourdough with smashed potatoes, a cookie butter latte and a queen bee latte. Will keep coming back for more!
google avatar

Yelp
Exactly how the name implies the restaurant! Neighbors is an excellent breakfast / Brunch place with a variety of food! I decided for their eggs Benedict which was very nice and the seating is very compact where you might sit next / close to someone else but they also have separate tables as well. Overall the service for a breakfast place for the few times I've been here have been excellent and the people sitting down eating are all very friendly! If I'm ever in the mood for breakfast, this will definitely be a place I would come back to again!! As far as the ambiance goes. Given that it's a breakfast place, it can get quite loud but more importantly everyone is having a good time!
google avatar

Junel A.

Yelp
Definitely a good spot to grab some breakfast or lunch w/ some friends! I love the open spaces, it's also a good space for just chatting it up while having some pastries and coffee. Unsure if it would be the best environment for studying as it can get pretty busy, but overall a very clean & inviting area. Food, itself, isn't too shabby. I'm more of a fan for the seasoned potatoes than any of the actual main meals. My favorite so far is the B.L.A.T.C. I love the London fog as far as drinks go.
google avatar

Mike B.

Yelp
Confirmed that the menu on the website was correct before I drove out on this trip to Vegas, and finally got a chance to try their version of Shakshuka This was a midweek breakfast and it was a bit busy, but it was taking longer to place orders than it should have. It is setup as a cafe, 1 person making coffee, 1 person running the register, making the instant foods, warming the baked goods, and 2 people delivering the coffee to the tables - they weren't clearing tables. It took 15 minutes standing in line to place my order The Shakshuka was very tasty, done in what I think of as a traditional style and the toast I chose was a sourdough. What didn't work was that the Shakshuka arrived before the drip coffee (because only the barista could pour the coffee) So over a few years, went out there 3 times, was able to to eat twice, and both meals wear tasty and worthwhile, but the service and employee approach, I really don't see returning

Yelp
I was looking for a brunch spot for me and my friend to catch up on a Saturday mid-morning and came across Neighbors! She isn't much of a breakfast person, and I love breakfast, so the menu was ideal for our situation. The reviews are pretty mixed, but I decided to give it a try. I was surprised by how big it is inside! Right when you walk in the door, there's a display of pastries and a cashier on the right, and printed menus sit on top. They have a pretty wide normal menu, with some additional seasonal items. There was plenty of seating in the area where the register was, but if you go through to the right when you pass the cashier, there are many more tables and you can see the kitchen in action! The service was very friendly! We ordered at the register, and she gave us a number for our food and our silverware. They brought our food and drinks to us once we picked a table, and they let us be most of the time. When we got up to leave, they were quick to say goodbye, and they were kind enough to let us sit and talk for quite a while as we ate. Very friendly staff! My friend ordered the smores poptart, strawberry poptart, and the BLACT. I ordered the iced nutella latte, kaya french toast, and peanut butter cookie to go. My friend really liked the poptarts. They looked like they were filled with quite a bit of filling, unlike the processed kind. The sandwich looked really good when they brought it to the table. She said the flavor was delicious, and she almost ate all of it even though the portion was quite big. I thought the latte tasted pretty plain, nothing really nutella tasting about it. The french toast, however, was bomb! I have never had kaya (coconut) jam before, and it was very interesting! The brioche was massive. They had to make it in-house. This was a truly delicious french toast. I took the peanut butter cookie home and ate it later that night. It was pretty tough, but I feel like that is to be expected with peanut butter cookies. I really liked this place and would absolutely come again. Anxiety inducing questions I had that may help you: 1. What is the seating like here, similar to Panera? - Yes, you order at the cashier, get a number, and find a table on your own. It did get pretty busy as the morning went on. We got there around 11 am on a Saturday and noticed as we were talking that the low hum of other voices had suddenly risen to where we had to speak up. 2. What are prices like? - They were between $10 and $20, depending on what you got. I think what I spent overall was pretty reasonable for the style of the restaurant and the type of food.

Yelp
I wanted to treat myself to brunch to revive myself and it was a treat to come to Neighbors. It literally can blend into the neighborhood, so pay attention to the signs when you are driving. It was a bit of a line on a Sunday morning, but I was happy with my breakfast sandwich with smashed potatoes, side salad, and pop tart. (BY THE WAY: The aioli in that sandwich is prime!) I also ordered an iced white mocha with an extra shot of espresso. I was very full. Still full. I'm thinking of the leftovers I'm going to eat. All in all, a good little spot.

Yelp
Wow. Literally the best breakfast in Las Vegas and we've eaten everywhere. Seriously, this place is semi-'hidden gem' and even the (sometimes considerable) line doesn't isn't representative of just how good the food is here. I highly recommend the West Coast toast with smoked salmon and the Big Benny, my two favorites; you can't go wrong with the Old School, a classic eggs, meat and potatoes plate. Just writing this makes me want to head there right now.
google avatar

Treshia M.

Yelp
This is one of those places that want you to return because you want to try everything on the menu. Everything just sounds delicious that it gives you a minute to decide what you want to order. First time to this place and I was honestly really surprised at how big the dining area is, it loops around from the entrance and there are more dining tables. It has a clean, floral cafe aesthetic. Definitely a place where people can study, do small friend meet ups and just get a nice brunch in. I ordered the Big Benny and a Rose Latte with oatmilk. The Big Benny is not your usual egg benedict, its smoked salmon on a scone with poached egg, hollandaise sauce on top and with some chips on it. It also had asparagus on it as well. It was a delicious filling brunch meal. They also have some tasty looking pastries at the cashier counter, I still regret not getting one of them! The service was great, even with how busy it was it didnt feel like I was being rushed to order. And was checked on while eating to make sure the meal was good and everything else was ok. A most likely return to this business and a place to reccommend to friends and family.

Yelp
This review will touch on every part of the restaurant/cafe. I wasn't happy with my food, which you'll read later. The ambiance and look of the place is great. I like how it gives a calm, comfortable, and modern feel. It does seem like a popular place for brunch, it's quite busy, but food comes out at a good time. There's enough seating. Ordering is simple, you either scan the QR code for the menu or look at their laminated menu. You order and find a seat, it's open seating. The staff is friendly and kind to answer any questions you may have. Don't forget to ask for utensils before leaving the counter! If you're 2 people and ordering a third plate like we did (French toast) I suggest not taking up a 2 seater table, it's too small. The sink behind the ordering counter seems to need a deep cleaning, and/or review of their pipes. They have a table setup for self serve water, takeaway boxes, ketchup, Cholula, and sugar and salt packets. And straws. My mom and I ordered lattes and they weren't overly sweet which is great! Very nice mugs. My mom liked her breakfast bowl (which can be a burrito as well if you choose). She liked everything overall. I liked how the pico de gallo came with the lime! My order was a Mushroom Swiss burger. At first glance it looks amazing and delicious. After picking it up, the buns were cold. I didn't think much of it but after the first bite the buns came out to be DRY. The patty as well was kind of dry, but cooked medium to what I ordered. I'll note as well that it was uneven. After taking a few bites more to see if I changed my mind, I didn't. I took one bun off. Ate some more and took the other dry bun off. And eventually just left the whole burger alone. The fries were good, not soggy and nicely salted. We definitely enjoyed the strawberry matcha French toast, fluffy and sweet! My mom liked the flavors. It's not overly sweet as well. I would have given a 3.5 rating of my overall experience, but I'm not able to do so.

Yelp
From the start when entering the doors, my fiancée and I were amazed. We have had a few breakfast places here in Las Vegas and coming from Los Angeles, this place felt like it was plucked out of SoCal and out here hidden behind the 215 curve. The line was a little long but it moved quickly. There's a QR code by the door so you can check out the most up to date menu. As you can see in the pictures, we got two entrees, two pastries and two drinks. Absolutely had to go full course on this for this fine day. The steak and eggs were delicious! I was hesitant about the NY strip but it was so tender and seasoned well. The breakfast burrito was very satisfying as well with the added bacon. For the drinks, the flavor was about what you can expect for Nutella in latte form as well as matcha. These paired well with the pop tart and cookie. If I could go back though, I would get two pop tarts. The cookie was good but a little too hard unless you took bites with a drink. I would hope the cookies would be gooey gooey yaya yknow? Overall, great experience, great service, and the ambiance was great. There were plants and fake plants around for decorations. There was even some "influencers" there with their selfie sticks and tripods arranging some plants with their food and taking videos and pictures. Will be back!!!

Yelp
Food: I got the shakshuka and coffee, I can't recall what exactly I wasn't too jazzed about, but I hate to say it wasn't up to standard Vegas coffee. At the time when this place just opened, I feel/thought the coffee was good, but now with new businesses coming into town with insanely good coffee... this place tasted like Mr. coffee (very watered down), not in a good way. If I do go back, I'm skipping any espresso drinks. My bf got a cold brew and would have rather wasted his money than take bad coffee to go. I on the other hand took the bad coffee to go with the intention of "fixing it" rather than leaving $5-6 on the table. I got the shakshuka, which is a delicious tomato-based stew with poached eggs. It's typically a Moroccan / Tunisian dish (I think? Correct me if I'm wrong!) and goes well with runny egg yolks and crusty bread, it's often topped with fresh parsley or cilantro. Again, sad to say, this dish is supposed to be simple stewed tomatoes with well-seasoned ingredients. Unfortunately, it was underseasoned and underwhelming, it tasted like canned tomatoes dumped into a bowl with salt and pep. I was hoping for something with more flavor depth. There were a little too many jalapenos, I love some heat, but the day I went I got a dish from someone who chose violence with the peppers. Service: it was ok, I have no fault here with the staff. They did a great job clearing tables quickly and delivering food right away. The setup is to order at the counter, take a ticket, and find a seat. I will say this right up front, I hate this setup. I understand it's probably easier for the front and back of the house and it was done this way for a reason, but on a personal note (not that it really matters, to be honest), I hate being a hawk for seating, it's awkward. So in order to secure a table, my bf ordered and I hunted down the cleanest table, it required coordinated effort to dine here (kidding). I liken it to following someone in a packed parking garage at the Grove or Americana in Glendale, I'm being dramatic, but tldr: I don't like the setup, I prefer sitdown with table-side service. Oh I also had to ask for cutlery because it wasn't provided. Overall: It's been a long time since I've dined here. Since then they've made a lot of changes to the interior and expanded the dining areas. It's quite loud and busy for a brunch place which is expected and signs indicating it's good, sadly wasn't really the case the day we went. I will not be rushing back here for the food or coffee. Maybe I should give this place another shot, but with the crowd and ordering setup, it's likely I won't be back anytime soon. My other gripe is the open case of all their pastries. I would have hoped they would have enclosed it by now, but it's still an open case. My issue with it is flies. Not saying flies can't get into a closed case, but having it open just makes it easier for pests.

Yelp
We will be back. Great for a hangover or just breakfast or brunch in general. Everything we got was good.

Yelp
Super spacious and refreshing coffee/breakfast spot on the west side! I did not expect it to be as huge as it is! This place has more coffee shop with food vibes rather than a traditional breakfast place, but they have a ton of food options on tip of their coffee/baked goods. The service was fast and friendly, you order at the counter and they bring everything to you. Here's what I ordered: -iced green tea 5/5, super simple and refreshing! Not bitter at all -Kaya French Toast 1000/5 SO GOOD! It was so flavorful all while not being too sweet! My friend ordered the Corned beef hash and also rated it a 5/5! For the atmosphere, service, and quality/quantity of food I would say this place is fairly priced. I'll be back for more French toast!!!!

Yelp
I visited Neighbors for the first time in a couple of years and it seemed it lost much of its charm. The layout feels like a sterile cafeteria as opposed to a garden. Scone was dry, food was bland. It didn't seem all that clean because of lots of black "something" around the bathroom tiles and floor. One bright spot was the attentive and friendly service. Unfortunately, this will be removed from our "go to" list.

Yelp
Great eatery in the neighborhood for perfect Neighbors. It is big, spacious and decorated very well. It's very warm and welcoming. You order at the counter and they'll bring you your drinks and meals. Free self-serve water, which is also great! The staff here is amazing and friendly. They made sure to offer some suggestions if you don't know what you'll want. The food and pastry items are made fresh to order with plenty of options for vegetarians. Not only does it look delicious, it tastes scrumptious. I love this place!

Yelp
Food is delicious! Sour dough bread is so airy and of excellent quality. We both got the old fashion. Will be back. Service is quick and easy. You order and then sit down and they bring you your food. Got the iced white mocha. Cute ambiance. Feels almost like a Cali restaurant. The strawberry jam/sauce is delicious as well! You get a lot of food too!

Yelp
I decided to come here with my grandparents and husband. We came when they first opened. They greeted us with a smile. It looks small, but it's spaced out well. It's a bakery. We ordered burger, sandwich, a tart, and green smoothies. It was refreshing. The food had a nice flavor and not too salty. Service was quick. You order at the counter and they bring you your food. It's a nice brunch spot. I recommend it.

Yelp
Mediocre at best. Paid $50 for three basic fish tacos and a bacon chicken sandwich with hot chocolate. The fish taco was very underwhelming and basically ruined our impression of the place. Service and atmosphere was fine. They seem to have plenty of staff which is always good.

Yelp
Tried Neighbors with a friend for brunch. When we arrived, the line was almost out the door. No hostesses are available - you have to place your order with the cashier prior to sitting down. The dining area is open and spacious with adorable seasonal décor scattered throughout the space. The noise level was moderate, mainly due to the fact that there were a lot of people occupying the restaurant. Food quality? Pretty good. We shared the strawberry pop tart. It was warm, flaky, and delicious. I had the breakfast sandwich, but I could only eat half of it because it was a huge portion. It came with thick slices of sourdough bread, melty cheese, and chipotle sauce. My friend ordered the seasonal poutine with pork. It looked yummy and she said it was good. Reasons for the 2-star deduction: First, the parking situation is not ideal. I had to circle the parking lot twice before finding a spot. Second, the restroom was a mess. The paper towel dispenser didn't work, and one stall was out of toilet paper. Customer service was pretty good. The cashier was really friendly and the servers were great for the most part. However, my friend and I spent a lot of time chatting (after our food was gone) and one of the servers asked if he could use our table - a gentle reminder that we should leave. Keep that in mind, if you're in a similar situation with friends/and or family. This is a good spot if you're in the area, but the chances of my return are highly unlikely.

Yelp
What a spectacular atmosphere! Upon entering there was greenery (plants) and it was just a relaxing vibe. We opted for breakfast burritos at about $13 which had pico de gallo and lemon wedge next to it. We also got an ube iced latte and matcha iced latte, which were flavorful! There were plenty of seats and the employees were kind to us. Will be trying other foods later on :)

Yelp
Delicious food and amazing zen/hipster vibe which reminded me of Costa Mesa. The latte was quite delicious and so was the seasonal Greek Chicken Wrap. You order your food at the counter and then they bring it to you so it's also great for larger parties since you won't have to figure out how to split the bill.

Yelp
An aesthetic establishment with a menu that is straightforward along with its in-house bakery items and coffee bar. I got to order the steak and eggs and a matcha tonic. I got my steak medium, and my eggs white. The flavor of the steak was the addition of the chimichurri. You wouldn't think you need an add-on till you have your first bite of this dish. The potatoes were made crunchy, which is also a favorite of mine. My girlfriend got to order B.L.A.T.C. It's a simple sandwich although, the ingredients together in one bite make your mouth drool, in a good way. As for the matcha tonic, I like how the sparkling water was a twist on their version of a tonic drink. The service was amazing! You get to order first and then seat where there is an empty seat(s). They also have a section to accommodate your leftovers and drinks to go. Can't wait to come back and try their other items and hopefully a pastry!

Yelp
We have driven by plenty of times and finally decided to stop in to give it a try. It is a hip, trendy breakfast restaurant filled with mostly younger people. They have a bright, farmhouse decor for an inviting atmosphere. I prefer sitting down and looking through the menu but at Neighbors, you have to order at the counter upon entry and they bring the food to you. Sodas come in cans so there are no refills and menu prices overall are a little high but not outrageous. Staff was friendly and helpful and food portions were large and tasted great.

Yelp
I am so in love with the vanilla oats, balanced with chia and fresh fruit ! It's one of the only reasons to visit ! Please visit this hidden gem in the southwest is tucked in by the Southern Hills Hospital. I don't have a chance to really sit and enjoy, so I always get something to go! This place is spacious , the pastries , lattes and breakfast is what they're known best for.

Yelp
Great place for casual brunch. Nice ambiance with plenty of sitting and convenient condiment and water stations. The chicken sandwich was excellent with fresh avocado. Everything tasted fresh and made to order. Service was good and the food came out quickly. This location does not serve alcohol so no mimosas.
