I forget who helped me… but they were very quick, professional and kind. I don’t come to Neiman Marcus very often cause it’s very expensive but I love the items they sell and the wonderful customer service… it definitely helps when you go in to spend that much money. Will be back soon for more shoes! This place is a 10/10

Very disappointed with my experience today. I made a large order and paid for gift wrapping for most of the items, and for some reason scotch tape was used to affix notes to the tops of the boxes, which when peeled off, damaged the finish of each box. I called the curb pickup line and the associate I spoke to had a terrible attitude and instead of trying to help me, blamed the situation on it being an online order, like it was my fault for not knowing that online orders are wrapped offsite. The boxes look awful and I’m embarrassed to give them out. This associate did not want to have me bring them back to wrap them in new boxes, which would have solved the problem. I’m so disappointed and dissatisfied as a frequent customer, and her rudeness made a bad impression for the whole store.

The store always offers fantastic deals on high-quality items, making it a haven for savvy shoppers like myself. The staff here is genuinely nice and incredibly helpful, ensuring that every visit is pleasant and hassle-free. Their customer service is top-notch, and they always go the extra mile to make sure you find exactly what you're looking for. One surprising highlight of this location is the food court. Despite being within a retail store, the food here is remarkably good, offering a delightful break during a shopping spree. I've been buying from Neiman Marcus for years, and the fact that I keep coming back speaks volumes about the quality and consistency they provide. If I could give 0 stars I would !! I was sold some fake Cartier’s , went back the same day to return them & received a refund receipt , but the refund was never processed!! I have went up to the store, no help. Have spoken with the manager who is over the sunglasses dept & she was supposed to call me back, but yet I have not received any phone call & no one answers when I call the number back. I have had to take it upon myself and dispute the transaction. I have never ran into this problem with Neiman Marcus . For this to be a luxury store I am very disappointed all around & will be reaching out to corporate.

There was a bag that was locked in the marked down shelf area…. At first the lady helping us told me she could talk to a manager about respecting the price, but then a different associate butted in and told her no they will never do that, and came off very rude to my mom and I. I understand mistakes happen, but the way she handle the situation was not it. If the first associate was willing to help to see what could be done, I don’t understand why the other had such a big problem with it. I would’ve been completely fine with whatever the answer was from the manager but she decided to escalate the situation. She stated that a customer probably placed it on there but how could that be possible if it was locked in with the rest of the bags. Laryssa was the rude associate.

Neiman's ALWAYS delivers a first class experience with their personalized service. Olga is one of the most outstanding sales associates I have encountered here. She remembers names, interests, etc for her clients. I am always impressed with their MacKenzie-Childs home decor selection. I try to catch them after Christmas and again on New Years when they have major markdowns, which add a lot of value to my purchases!

Overall, I've always had pleasant experiences shopping at Neiman Marcus. In November, I purchased a Tom Ford perfume gift set that was on sale. The sales associate informed me that I would receive a $50 gift card with my purchase. The combination of the sale price and the gift card offer motivated me to finalize the purchase--it's simple girl math! I was told the gift card would arrive in 6 to 8 weeks. However, now that it's been 8 weeks and after multiple calls to Neiman Marcus at NorthPark Mall, I've been informed that my purchase was ineligible for the gift card because the item was on sale. This feels incredibly unfair, as the sales associate clearly stated otherwise. Despite this, they've doubled down and refused to issue the gift card, leaving me feeling penalized for something entirely outside my control.

Placed an online order but had to pick it up in 2 parts. 1st time it didn't even come in a bag. 2nd item came in a bag and when I asked for an extra for the 1st one (it was a gift) she told me no and said I could only get a bag if I bought another item.... It's a paper bag. And I DID buy another item. For such an expensive store for them to be so stingy with the bags is actually comical to me, didn't even have the energy to argue with the woman at the counter. You got it girly next time I'll just go to Saks.

In my research for a new fragrance, I discovered only Neiman Marcus sold the Acqua di Parma brand in store. North Park is one of the few DFW locations to have Colonia Essenza in stock. After trying a newer scent suggested by the sales lady, I ended up purchasing the Essenza. I was paying attention to the multiple prompts on the card reader rather than to her. I only noticed no samples were provided with my purchase when I left the store. Because she retrieved a sample when she had me try the newer scent, I knew Acqua di Parma samples were available. Does Neiman Marcus no longer provide samples to the customers with their fragrance purchases or just this employee?

My wife loves Neiman Marcus and we do not have one near us in Florida. We had to walk through. They have a nice place to eat called the mermaid ‍ cafe. A champagne vending machine near it as well. Plenty of items to look at on both levels. The spa is down stairs with the salon.

Well I found everything and needed so the selection was great. And if you go for quality as the main component of value, not cost, there is great value to be had at NM. As for the service, as per usual at a department store, I got white-ladied again. I was standing in line behind the customer being checked out. In the meantime a white lady came to the counter and spoke to the cashier as she was finishing up the customer was front of me, they obviously knew each other as they addressed each other by name. When she finally finished ringing up the customer ahead she f me, she turned to her friend and said what can I help you with, and never acknowledged me. Luckily for the merchandise, the friend told her, she was here first. Hey sales lady! I'm Black, not transparent! Anyway since the friend didn't take advantage, I didn't knock over any tables of merchandise! Come on y'all , it's 2023 and you still playing oh I didn't know who was next games? Really?!

As a girl born and raised in Dallas (Lake Highlands), I've been shopping at Neiman Marcus my whole life. I don't think I knew it was a Texan institution until I moved out of the state it was gone! If you aren't familiar with Neiman Marcus, it was founded in Dallas in 1907, and it's remained a luxury department store ever since! The chain has since expanded outside Texas, but it's definitely a Texas institution! The location in NorthPark is large and great for luxury shopping: lovely dresses, shoes, handbags, and jewelry. It also has 2 restaurants (NM Cafe and the Mermaid Bar). I would say it's most similar to Nordstrom or Barneys, so if you enjoy shopping at those stores, you'll probably enjoy a shopping trip at Neiman Marcus! Check it out!

My daughter went into Neiman Marcus at Northpark to purchase a new fragrance. She choose Baccarat Rouge 540 . The sales associate at the counter was very rude and gave the impression as if she did not want to help us. My daughter completed her purchase and asked if she could have a sample of the newest fragrance by Maison Francis Kurkdjian and the sales associate gave her a sample of the men's fragrance. I purchased a travel set of the same fragrance from Nordstrom's on Saturday and the sales associate placed 4 samples of different fragrances of Maison Francis in my bag. I am very disappointed in the customer service at this well known luxury department store and I will not be shopping here again. I encouraged my daughter to return the unopened fragrance and purchase her item from Nordstrom's.

My favorite place in Dallas to buy shoes. Their service is spectacular and Andy is the MOST AMAZING human ever. I'll admit that every time I go, I just plan to window shop, but Andy is so charming that I will usually walk away with at least 2 pairs of shoes that I love. I never go wrong when I shop here.

I went to the Balenciaga area first. The guy helping me was an absolute Saint! Tony Mata, he went above the call of duty and brought me more choices than my original options I had asked for. Thank goodness because I would have walked out without finding the shoes I actually wanted. This review would have been 5 stars had it been for him alone. But this is for my whole experience. And had it been for this next lady I would never come back to Neiman Marcus ever again. Honestly I started to walk right out of the fragrance department never to return. I literally only came to NM to get this perfume. I had came here back in February and bought 3 different high end fragrances. The guy had put a sample in my bag. My husband loved it so much he told me the next time we came back to buy a big bottle. This was my intention. I got here, had an excellent experience with Mr. Mata and then he gave me directions to get to my original destination I was in route to before seeing the shoes I had no intention on purchasing. He is a great salesman. I got to fragrances and this woman walks up and asked me what I needed help with, like I pulled her away from the conversation of a lifetime. I smiled and told her "Portrait of a Lady." She says, "Yes we have it." She Went to spray it on a card. I told her I didn't need to smell it. That's what I had come for. Then proceeded to tell me the price like I would scare me off. "Uh.. ok." I said. She then snatches one off the wall and walks to the register. She rings it up and didn't even ask for my telephone number which is funny because I'm an InCircle rewards member. Not through NM but through AMEX. So... I'm sure they will be happy to know this info as well. She didn't even put any sample into he bag.. Anywhoo... she told me the total and I said "my telephone number"? She said "What for??" It took everything I had not to loose my temper. I said "is there a sales person in this store." She said the black guy was a vendor and the other lady was a sales lady. I said "awesome, good." Got the other lady's attention and asked her if they worked off of commission. She said yes. I said "ok. I would like for you to ring me up and make sure to put your info. I don't want this woman getting one red cent of my hard earned money." The other lady's mouth dropped and she slammed down the perfume and walked away. So.. my husband walked over and asked me if everything was OK. I said "yes, it is now." But I was completely shaking. I've never been so insulted in my entire life and I just granted her the favor of instant karma. Attitude is everything with me and I won't accept anything less than great. I really hope this review will bring light to this woman and they fix hers. I will continue to shop at NM because of people like Mr. Mata who needs a raise for keeping customers like me when associates like her run us off, Because this mall is full of amazing stores for potential new customers like ME! Thanks for reading.

There is definitely history! Did you know that Stanley Marcus was the CEO and President of the famous Neiman Marcus Retailing Store that is famously and worldwide known for its extravagant and unique. Posh style, sophisticated and trendy too. Sales reps are very knowledgeable about all their inventory. They carry a nice selection on perfumes and colognes. If you need to make a grand entrance, they have exquisite dresses for all events!

Sunday December 4 around 3:30pm at the men's shoe section where they have off white and Prada was two white workers being very micro aggressive to a person of color including making my partner feel uncomfortable. I witnessed it and left because of how upset it felt listening to what these two employees said. You would think after that Dillard's incident that happened at the same mall would make them think twice of saying rude remarks with customers around.

Beautiful Store! I appreciate the little touches of loveliness throughout the store. An orchid or plant here or there. The welcoming bright lighting. The flattering mirrors in the large dressing rooms. Incredible Merchandise! I love their buyers selection of collections for this store. I do check here first when I have something in mind for an occasion. Nine out of ten times I find it here. Hit-or-Miss Service! This is where I waiver from buying or not from here. I've always enjoyed buying from the sales associates that I have developed a rapport with. As for the spur of the moment need, well, I have walked out empty handed due to the unpleasant attitude of the salesperson many times. CHEERS!

While I've always liked Neiman Marcus, it wasn't until both Saks Fifth Avenue and Barneys New York left the area that I became a big fan. It has now become my go to store whenever I have a clothing (or shoe) void to fill. I will often search their website and find items. If it's a designer I don't frequent, I call up my associate and head into the store to try it on. This said, beware as the online selection can vary from what is available in the brick/mortar store. On the days that I venture into the store, I always find the associates to be very friendly and helpful. In the event I miss this associate I normally work with, there are always others willing to step in and assist me. Another part they get right is the associates are just that, associates; there to help when needed but otherwise they mostly stay out of the way. I have yet to come across an associate with 'stalker/pushy sales person tendencies'. My shopping experience here is always relaxing. Superb product quality and amazing service is what I have grown to expect from Neiman Marcus. They continue to meet/exceed my expectations in both areas which keeps me coming back.

LINGERIE DEPARTMENT "0stars"!!!!! They are AWFUL!!!!! Twice bad experiences. Friday I came in to have my daughter fitted for correct bra size. No one spoke no one offered help they just looked at us. So I asked if my daughter could be measured. She just starts walking to the dressing room. Deep breath!! We followed. Not a word amongst us. She brought two bras in. She adjusted one and stepped out to get another size. We waited for awhile chit chatting and I realized she hadn't came back she is outside assisting a gentleman and his son. Just left us! I had my daughter get dressed no way I was purchasing after the blatant disrespect Twice!! The time before...... I am right in their faces they don't speak, they don't offer assistance, they don't even take the items out of my hands while continuing to shop. I had 5 bras a lady just walked pass me. I asked about a size in a bra she said she was going to check then never came back I see her walking away. I asked another lady who also didn't address or assist me can she ring me up and she said you can come over here No hello no nothing and I carried my items to the register. She couldn't get it to work and said you can come over here still me carrying the items. Not sure why I went along with this I think I was shocked and hoping she would snap into salesperson mode eventually. I asked about the original salesperson she said she went to the restroom. Smh So she leaves me and doesn't at least find someone else to assist CRAZY! Rude, inattentive, unhelpful, very bad customer service skills! Wouldn't spend a dime in this Lingerie department again. They need to be trained by this location's shoe department. They have very good personalities and customer service skills

I am giving this location 3 stars simply because of May Abdo in Cosmetics. Love her energy and helpfulness, and she pays attention. I will return to buy from her. Everyone who shops at NM has a preferred salesperson. However it can take some time to find one that vibes with you. And actually it's how you vibe with them lol. Like yeah they work in sales but you dunno how great it is to be able to see a familiar, friendly face and not get stuck waiting for someone to say "polo" whenever you say "Marco" ya know? The Mermaid Bar has tasty food and strong cocktails but their customer service is odd. The waitstaff is kind of gruff but they're not necessarily rude. Idk.. maybe they've had one too many ritzy lady bark for a sandwich and martinis a few too many times? I like eating there even if the vibe is odd lol.

Once the bastion of the wealthy, almost anyone can find something here that turns them on. With a new leader at the helm, it feels like the ship is again sailing in the direction Stanely Marcus set decades ago. Hey, if you are a Dallasite you almost have to shop here once, right?

This Neiman Marcus is located at the North Park Center, across from Tiffany's (if you are on the 1st floor) and Lenscrafters (if you are on the 2nd floor). Neiman Marcus is currently having their end of year designer sale, that include brands like Christian Louboutin, Channel and Gucci. These sales will be lasting for a few more weeks, according to a sales associate that was helping me. This Neiman Marcus has 2 stories, with the shoes and handbags on the 2nd floor (where I was primarily shopping in... with so much shopping in Dallas, I have no idea how I will be able to take back everything that I am buying on the plane... is it wrong to like such pretty things?). My husband and I, along with our little girl dog (yep, Neiman Marcus allows you to bring your little pup with you when you shop, along with Nordstroms, that is also in this large mall) walked into this store and were warmly greeted by employees (well they were mostly excited to see our little girl). As I was looking for a particular shoe in my size, 2 sales associates were actually helping me (1, in particular, was asking me questions about my little girl while I tried on my shoes). After making a purchase in the shoe department, I walked around to browse the purses. There is a Gucci boutique in this Neiman Marcus (but there is also a large stand alone Gucci Store in this mall as well, located on the 1st floor, between Michael Kors & Salvatore Ferragamo). If I lived in Dallas, I would most likely become a regular because I just love shopping and especially love the brands that Neiman Marcus carries. Service from all employees we interacted with were very friendly (not just in the purse and shoe department).

I was shopping for a formal gown for an upcoming event. So many beautiful designer pieces! I looked for help with a few items, but all associates were busy. Finally, I saw a woman that was straightening some dresses. As I walked over to her, she was asked by another lady if they had any other sizes in a certain gown. She replied while walking away, "whatever the designer has, is out." Then told her coworker, "I'm not helping anyone else tonight". I get you're tired and maybe having a bad day, but come on..it's the retail industry. It's not fun at times, I get it. I finally flagged down an associate about a dress I wanted to order and a few more questions she answered. Maybe understaffed? Maybe they don't give a crap? Not sure? I've always been a loyal Neimans shopper, but it's definitely not the same as it was. Makes me sad. I'm giving 2 stars because it's a pretty store to walk through.

I love this store! I try to go at "odd" times in hopes that its not too busy but it seems like they are just always busy! My sales guy Joe does his best to accommodate me when I get there. He knows my shoe size so he already has things pulled for me if I let him know when I'm coming in. They have such a great selection of shoes, bags, makeup, etc. I could wander around just this store for hours. For parking there is a private lot out front, a parking garage and a valet option if you choose.

Just in case everyone didn't know, Nordstrom is better than Neiman Marcus. I'm a frequent Nordstrom online shopper and I pick up at Northpark. It is an entirely seamless process. I was buying some gifts that I wanted to be nice so I thought buying from Neiman's gift wrapped would be better. I ordered online and payed $7.50/item for gift wrapping. I called the store to confirm pickup location, etc and got several abrupt "can you hold?"people and then no one answered. Showed up and parked because there was no curbside pickup like Nordstrom has. The pickup was nowhere near the parking lot! I walked in to customer service (the department that had not answered my calls) and four women looked at me guiltily behind the counter as they stopped their gabfest. I gave them my ID and they pulled my package. Nothing was wrapped. They said it would take 30 minutes to wrap. Why would I have ordered online if I had time to wait? I said I would just return the items and buy them elsewhere. They offered individual bags, which I accepted reluctantly given my time crunch. All the while one of the four women was yammering on about how it didn't say gift wrap on the order despite seeing my order that showed $42 for gift wrapping. Then on my way out - I asked how my recipients returned the items if there was an issue. I had a lot of blank stares from the four. Then a process that included the recipient giving the store my phone number if they knew it. I requested gift receipts, which were apparently not an option for Neiman Marcus. I was disappointed with my experience and I will not be back.

so in my tradition the groom's mom gets the bride's wedding outfit, which includes the shoes! I have always wanted a pair of Manolo Blahniks to add to my designer shoe collection, and I thought that would be the perfect opportunity! I wanted some ideas, and did not want to purchase anything yet. The salesguy was super friendly in sizing my foot, and telling me he can get anything shipped for free to me if we needed to. He understand my situation and how I could not decide the color of shoe yet because I did not have an outfit, but he did give me his card with his info, my size, and also the styles I loved so I can go back and purchase the shoes from him!

North Park mall puts most malls in America to shame. This particular Neiman Marcus does the same. I shop here all the time. The customer service is top notch. Sometimes they have complementary wine or artisan drinks and water. I love when they have a piano player playing classical or cover songs. I once walked in and there was an epic fashion show. That did it for me. I asked an associate if I could join in and have a seat in the show and they said yes! Right next to big fashion buyers and fashion execs. They had free hors d'oeuvre, wine, sliders, soda, etc. Talk about making a random (me) feel special. The show was very professional, models were gorgeous and the narrator described the outfits. Later the designers explained their passions and motivation behind the portfolio of outfits they made. I learned a lot about fashion. Good times.

I attended a lovely luncheon here on October 15, 2019 in their beautiful Zodiac restaurant. It was a lovely event that I was able to fly in for. Valet parking was recommended and made it easy as an out-of-towner not knowing where to park. Unfortunately, my rental car was damaged in the garage by the valet. I immediately reported it to the company running the valet for NM. Initially, very attentive taking information, pictures, address to refund me for the damage rental car company charged me, then nothing. No check. No communication. No return emails. I have been patient waiting to give the guy benefit of the doubt, but it's February now. Made for a VERY expensive lunch.

Never order your business gifts through Neiman Marcus. Last year they shipped all my gifts without the gift message I had added so people had no idea who it was from. This year was giving them another chance and ordered on December 8th for a delivery on the 17th and now they have no idea where the packages are or when they will ship and everyone in customer service I speak with tells me something different. The old Neimans is gone....

I went in Neiman Marcus at North Park Center on a busy Saturday and was immediately greeted and welcomed. The store was very busy but I was helped by Maggie. I absolutely loved her service and she made sure I was well taken care of. I needed this same gift wrapped and got more help from Tyler. Very pleased with the speed even while busy, and the complementary water and cookie. Will definitely be going back to this Neiman Marcus location.

Love visiting Dallas, mostly becuase its a Neiman Marcus city! Dallas has the great fortune of being the headquarters for this fine department store and only in this city will you find so many. The customer service is great. I just a facial and a gift bag to accompany my purchase. They regularly pour champagne for customers, so refreshing. I think i need to take a break head to nearest store soon.

We placed 2 in-store orders on March 13 with the promotion code "MARCHGC" and supposedly should get a gift card as the reward from the event. It has been almost 4 months and still hasn't received the gift card. I contacted the store (NorthPark Dallas) today and now they said "that promotion was INVITED ONLY" and I was not on the list, that's why I don't receive the gift card. I checked the event web-page and guess what? There is no any word indicates the event is invited person only. Moreover, When I was placing the order in the store, the salesperson did check with the manager and did confirm that we are eligible for the event. I am really disappointed with the result and believe that Neiman Marcus as a trustworthy department store should not lie to its customers.

Terrible experience! I bought a designer ring and shipped from Dallas, TX NM. The ring was over 7k dollars and came with no authenticity card, original box, no GIA certificate. I called the customer service and was told by the manager that the box and certificate can be shipped home desperately and I will be contacted two days later with more details. Waiting and waiting...Heard nothing back from them. Few days after, we reached out to the NM jewelry department again and were told that they DO NOT carry original box or anything at all. What a waste of time! WILL NEVER BUY jewelry from NM again.

Love the chef Rob at the restaurant on the 3rd floor!!!! Complimentary chicken consume (broth) is my favorite along with gooey popovers. I always get the Mediterranean grilled shrimp salad ... AMAZING

Although I love the selection of this location. The service in the men's department is always inconsistent. I get that it's North Park, let's be snobby blah blah, but it's not right when you are spending $$$$ and still get people who are rude and disrespectful. I left a message for the store manager. I hope they reconcile the situation.

Horrible customer service. I made an online purchase with an American Express gift card. After all the funds were spent, I threw away the card. I had to return the shoes as they were too tight and did not fit even though I ordered them in my size and the website did not say they ran small. I specifically write in large, bold letters that I was no longer in possession of that gift card and to please issue me a store credit. They were lazy and ignored my request and refunded the gift card for $168. I have been back and forth with customer service for 2 weeks regarding this and getting no where fast. I have written a letter documenting everything to the CEO and have not gotten the courtesy of a response. For a high end, over priced felt. Store, there service stinks. I get better service at target. Their unwillingness to help me means I am out $168.! After writing a letter to the CEO I finally got someone to call me back and work with me on a resolution. They went back and forth with me awhile and finally sent me a NM gift card. I had to put through a great deal of effort for 3 weeks to make this happen.

Going downhill fast Want to get "high by contact"? Go visit the store any given Saturday or Saturday afternoon. The stench of weed (specifically in the men's 'fashion' area) is horrible! And (as expected) the men's fashion selections have changed over time to cater to the... stoners... that grace the store during the weekends. Also, the quality of service at the cafe seems to be slipping faster than Maxine Water's wig when riding a convertible... Most of the servers are very good, but the one that took care of us today... well... I get it. Weed possession is a "nothing burger" in Dallas. Therefore, your rental Dallas Police stay upstairs and don't mess with the situation. However, I'm sure those people will leave if your rent-a-cops hand out a few tickets... Something to think about...

Balenciaga, Gucci, Vuitton from a handbag selection! Moncler and Canada Goose for when the weather turns chilly! Haute couture for special occasions and every other designer you know and love for everyday! Fabulous Louboutin selection! Such a beautiful department store with exceptional staff. When in DFW, this is a "must go"!!!

I love this store and the people in it. I've rarely had a bad experience. This store needs mold remediation badly. Every time I go in here it bothers me to stay for an extended period of time. Lately it's back to being very high on the side of mold. I don't know how the people stand in it 8 hours a day. You should call fixairx they'll get the problem fixed. This store is a great store otherwise, I would've given it 5 stars if not for the bad air problems.

This is an excellent store. The collection is fine and the staff are super friendly. Because I was traveling my card was declined & the lady that was helping me waited until that was cleared and she could complete the transaction. And another lady in the designer bags area was super nice and helpful
