I’ve been a frequent customer and truly enjoy the food and drinks offered at your establishment. However, I feel compelled to share consistent concerns regarding the customer service experience.
On several occasions, I’ve encountered interactions that were notably rude. Most recently, when placing an order, the employee assisting me—a heavier-set man with glasses—appeared visibly impatient, rolled his eyes when I opted to pay in cash, and informed me in a rude tone that the order would take at least 20 minutes, despite me not asking about the wait time.
While I continue to appreciate the quality of the product, the service has fallen short too many times to ignore. I strongly recommend additional training focused on customer service, as these interactions have left me hesitant to return.
