"Owned locally by Denver couple Scott and Trisha Cohen, the new outpost at 700 Colorado Boulevard debuts Oct. 13 with a grand-opening event from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., during which the owners will donate 20 percent of the day’s proceeds to nearby Carson Elementary. The beverage bar emphasizes ingredient transparency and a health-focused, educational experience rooted in the brand’s Southern California origins (founded in 2010) and its 121-location footprint across 13 states; the menu excludes artificial flavors, processed ingredients, and hidden fillers. Standout offerings include the toxin flush (parsley, spinach, apple, lemon, and ginger), the banana boost (banana, spinach, kale, apple, lemon, chia seeds, and coconut water blended with ice), and the skoop — a daily-made, creamy cashew-milk, plant-based frozen treat. The shop promotes increased energy and boosted immunity as benefits of its juices, smoothies, acai bowls, and healthy snacks, and will be open daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m." - Gigi Sukin
