My favorite place to get smoothies! The smoothies are made quick and always taste delicious and fresh! I’ve been a frequent costumer for the last couple of years and have consistently had a great experience. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. They even remember my allergies and preferences before I even have to say it!

This is my second time stopping here this week, super rude staff both times. I stopped in on Tuesday and never got to order, waited at register for 10 minutes. Rude staff never greeted or acknowledged me. So I left. I stood there and they pretended I didn’t exist. Should have ordered online I guess. Came back today and manager was super rude. He got defensive when I called out his rudeness. Smoothies are great, almost worth the exuberant price not worth the attitude and poor service. I would come back after 2 pm when smoothies are $6, then worth the poor service.

Obsessed with the PB & J smoothie, don't skip the CocoWhip! Pricey but it is super filling, always fresh, and mouthwateringly pretty!

This place is legit! I ordered the Sunshine Whip and it was so creamy and fluffy and delicious! When I order next time, I’m going to add extra coconut whip - that stuff is delicious. The service was quick and the employees were efficient and friendly. I’ll definitely be back!!

I’ve been a frequent customer and truly enjoy the food and drinks offered at your establishment. However, I feel compelled to share consistent concerns regarding the customer service experience. On several occasions, I’ve encountered interactions that were notably rude. Most recently, when placing an order, the employee assisting me—a heavier-set man with glasses—appeared visibly impatient, rolled his eyes when I opted to pay in cash, and informed me in a rude tone that the order would take at least 20 minutes, despite me not asking about the wait time. While I continue to appreciate the quality of the product, the service has fallen short too many times to ignore. I strongly recommend additional training focused on customer service, as these interactions have left me hesitant to return.

Love coming to 9th and Colorado Nekter to get juices, smoothies, and bowls however much I can. The staff is always extremely inviting and polite. The bowls, juices and smoothies are all top tier with taste & are also healthy. This is a good place for everyone, of all ages, to experience. Will be back!

Edit -- I have been here a few times now and I definitely would recommend their BOWLS & juices over their smoothies. Their Orange Cruch & Banana Berry Blast are my 2 favorite go-to juices! I got their PB Mocha last time and I couldn't even drink it. It was just too chalky tasting and not super flavorful.

Nekter is awesome! I love the mango flavors, and the service is great! Chloe and Kolby are especially wonderful, theyve been helping me out lots these past few weeks :) totally recommend!

I've given feedback before and nothing has changed.- very disappointing. The store is very dirty, the staff are unfriendly and unhelpful, and the wait is ridiculous. Something has got to change or this store will be out of business!

Cute juice bar. Entrance off Colorado Blvd or thru hallway in shared building with Angelo's and Snooze. They have a nice range of Acai bowls, Superfood Smoothies, Protein Smoothies, Fresh Juices, Wellness shots and breakfast items served all day. I chose the Strawberry Banana Protein smoothie with dairy Protein & cashew milk. You can get vegan sources of protein instead of dairy. Very good. You order at the counter, provide a name and your selection is ready quickly. Several tables inside, a bar with stools and a few tables outside on the sidewalk. They have a wide variety of cleanse preparations. If you download their app, you get a free large juice or smoothie. While I was there, quite a few people came in to pickup orders. Restrooms in the shared building require an access code. Different codes for men & women

I've had Nekter a few times but never from this location. Service was a tad slow but the Pink Flamingo was worth the wait as it was a warmer fall day and I had just wrangled a little one through grocery shopping at Trader Joe's nearby. So a nice cool, refreshing smoothie was just what I needed!

I am simply obsessed with Nekter. Moved here from Miami where açaí bowl spots where everywhere and recently stopped eating bread and non natural sugar for health reasons. This is one of the few spots in Denver that doesn't do the dessert like bowls. They taste healthy, nutritious and are loaded with a bunch of toppings instead of being charged by the addition for a plain bowl like other spots. Service is always great. Friendly staff who always ask if you want the agave on top or not (I appreciate this because of my diet!). If you download their app you can gain points and get perks such as free smoothies. Last time I came the person who took my order reminded me of a free smoothie promotion even so that I wouldn't forget. 10s all around! I love this spot.

Mango açaí was really good. The service is slow so just account for time. Download the app so you can get rewards!

This place is FIRE, Me and my girl love the Nekter Juice Bar. We have a location back home in our native Orange County California. We decided to come here on our visit for drinks, and i love the Pink Flamingo. We drank the drinks we ordered , and they were delicious. Nice place to sit inside and hang out. Its located in a big shopping strip area with a grocery store nearby. We will be back again.

So happy we have one around here now! I first got the "Pink Flamingo," at the Denver, CO location while there attending "Colorado Crossroads" (my daughter's USA volleyball Jrs annual tournament/qualifier every March). Since then, I hadn't been able to find a decent dragon fruit smoothie ANYWHERE (even in my home state of California) that was both delicious, all natural and at a decent price until today, when I discovered Door Dash had Nektar in my area!!! Super happy I found it and don't have to wait until every March to enjoy one!!! Definitely recommend!

I'm surprised at the lower reviews. I ordered from their app. It was easy, the order was ready on time, and it was delicious. Everything I expected it to be. The shop was clean and staff was attentive as soon as I walked in. Parking is tough to get to the location, but regardless this is my new favorite stop for açaí.

food is good here but the service is bad. I came in with my young kids and the store was totally empty. the man behind the counter said there was a 10 min wait for food. after waiting at the counter for about 7 minutes while the two people working were making orders, I asked the guy if I could just order so I could sit with my young children. he gave me so much attitude about it and was so rude. he told me he was backed up with online orders. I shared that as an in person customer in a totally empty restaurant, I should at least be able to order.

I wish this place had more locations! Great selection of juices, smoothies and bowls.

I tried the Popeyes Açaí smoothie this time! This one and the pink flamingo are Soo good! Service was good and fast. Very clean. Cute spot. Probably my favorite smoothie spot right now! Tried the littleton location and this one! Absolutely love this place

Pretty disappointing that I wasn't allowed a juice order 20 mins before close. I understand cleaning juicers is a time consuming act, change your hours then to "juices until 4". Pretty terrible service, barista was clearly stressed and seemed pretty peeved when I wasn't picking up an order. Saw the sign for local ownership and hoped for an improvement. Not a great experience

Stopped in here for a snack on a Sunday afternoon. This location is under new management and appears to have stepped up their game since the last time I stopped in. Inside was clean and well maintained. There were 3 people working and service was prompt and friendly. I like that they serve the bowl with room to mix everything together. Received my bowl quickly and everything was fresh and delicious.

Cute small juice shop with a parking lot in the back. I enjoyed my smoothie. Recommend signing up for the rewards program to get a free smoothie every now and then. Good flavors. I wish they had more options

Terrible service experience today. Have been here many times before and the service is always so-so. But the latest experience takes the cake, just awful. Might be my last time here, which sucks, because I really do love the smoothies.

Delicious and so healthy! My favorite place in town to get smoothies and smoothie bowls. And the owner is SO nice. Try the health nut.

I went early this morning for a juice. Staff were super friendly and accommodating ! This is a great place with service above and beyond! I had my small dog and the gentleman brought me my juice outside without having to ask so I didn't have to secure my dog at the outside table. So friendly with great service and product every time ! Kudos to Nékter

Tried this place for the first tome today. Will not be trying it again. I ordered a PB Mocha today and it tasted so so bad that all I had was one sip. I don't know what was wrong but it just tasted so putrid as if something was past it's expiration date. The people working were nice and the place was fine but I can't get over how tremendously bad that smoothie was.

Great ambiance. Very friendly staff. Ingredients fresh, and menu diverse. However the mango delight smoothie seemed bit watered down , lacked flavor .next time will ask for extra agave /sweetener

Realistically - it's about 4 stars. But - I have been on the hunt for a fresh pressed juice bar at a reasonable price all all around Denver metro. And while this place isn't perfect - it's honestly one of my favs for less than $10 a juice. This is the Deal: 1) Juices made on the spot with fresh ingredients and they can substitute items based on my desires or allergies. 2) One of the few places where I can make a real all green juice without the fruit filters or only already premade. And a protein cold brew smoothie! 3) Acai bowls and vegan ice cream. I'm not a huge fan of either but both are good. 4) Room inside for me to hang-out for a little bit with my laptop and Wifi. 5) what is the deal with no Apple Pay? Since I live around the hood - I run and I don't carry a wallet! I would love to stop and grab a juice, seriously first world problems that I have. 6) points systems on their app but the app is mediocre 7) Some of the employees are fabulous and some are high schoolers that don't give a damn. 8) yes - service is slow if you are ordering 8 drinks and there are people in front since there aren't a ton of employees. 9) sometimes - the high schoolers are closing down early on the weekend and cleaning up! I do get annoyed. 10) always try to use the App because this takes care of waiting and not closing early All and all - this is one of fav places for juice. When you are like me and from Boston, NY, and CA where there is a juice bar on every corner- my body still craves a green juice and I can't or don't have the time to do it myself at home.

Their protein power bowl always tastes amazing! It is also really filling as well.

Love Nekter!! I recently purchased a traditional cleanse for a few days, and it was one of the better cleanses I have tried. All of the juices were surprisingly very good, even the green healthier ones. They have great prices on the cleanses as well. I also love their smoothies and the option to "create your own". They have fresh ingredients and having this option to mix my own ingredients is great if you don't like the options they have created. For a juice and smoothie shop, I think the prices are very competitive and representative of the quality. They have a private parking lot so it's easy to get in and out of as well.

The woman at the register touched the fruit in the bowl with her bare hands before handing to me. So unsanitary. They also messed up the order (gave me coconut when put no coconut). Will report back if we get food poisoning!

Stopped In For My 1st and LAST TIME today! Ordered an Aici Mango Bowl and was Highly Disappointed... not because it was almost $12.00 but because the man making the bowl got offended because I asked him to wash his hands before cutting my fruit after handling packaging for another customer and receipts and just touching surfaces. He did wash his hands AFTER he finished preparing a bowl and called my name! Ugh Needless to say, HE Put that one in the fridge.. and Made Me A New One With Washed Hands!

I suspect there may have been a change in management but the people working there were so nice. The person working was taking time to show me how to best utilize the app to get points and was so nice. I love this Nékter!

I wanted to update my review and say that this Nekter has done extremely better since my last review. I saw that someone had mentioned a change in management, but the have stepped up their delivery game!!!

New ownership took over this location about a month ago. It has made all the difference. They are professional, friendly and putting out a high quality healthy product. The acia banana berry bowl is one of our favorites. Definitely try this place, you'll be impressed.

New management has made a huge difference! Owner and all staff are so friendly and helpful. I feel it is a good value and really appreciate suggestions like the benefits of fresh turmeric root. Since the new management I have been coming more often and it's great to see all the friendly staff welcoming me and making me feel genuinely appreciated.

My juice was fine but I also bought a bar from their refrigerator case and when I started eating it, it seemed off. I checked the expiration and it expired in February 2022. I bought it today, 7/5/22. I tried to call and let them know so they could check the others, but called multiple times and no one answered.

Was in the mood for a smoothie and decided to stop by. There was an army of teenagers gossiping, I instantly felt a sense of dread. I greeted them and the two girls at the counter said "just a second." Okay.. then they took my order. One of them looked at me with judgement as if I was something to laugh at. As I waited for my order the group of workers were talking the whole time going extra slow. When my order was ready I said thank you and she turned her back to me to go back to talking with her friends. The drink was okay but the customer service dreadful. I will not be returning here.

This location recently changed franchise owners and I cannot believe the improvement in service and quality. The new owner (less than 3 weeks since the change) corrected an issue of mine made by the previous owner, no questions asked out of his bottom line. I was floored by this, and will continue to frequent on a very regular basis as I hope the new owner flourishes.

I had DoorDash pick up an order for a juice and bowl. They only handed my bowl over in a bag and forgot my juice. My DoorDash driver was kind enough to go back and get my juice for me. When I called I can hear the girls talking and laughing in the background. The girl who I spoke to was rude and had a horrible attitude. There are too many good juice places to choose from. Don't come here and deal with bad service.

Normally this is a great spot to stop by for a smoothie or a good açaí bowl but today when I received my online order it was barely half full. And it wasn't just my own bowl. Both of the smoothie bowls we had ordered were low on fruit and smoothie. Hope they can do better!

So I just googled juice spots and this place showed up. I was initially impressed. Had a decent verity offerings both on smoothies & juices, couple immune boosters. I purchased a handful of premade juices that were in the cooler and ordered a 24oz Toxin Flush with a shot of Tumeric & a shot of Ginger, $34.35 total. Waited around 20 mins for my drink & was finally told that their juicer wouldn't turn on. Employee tried to convince me into a smoothie instead but I wasn't in the mood, requested a refund. That took another 15 mins for them to figure out how to do that. Was excited to try this place out but not sure I'll be back. Not sure if the juicer was really broke or they didn't know how to use it.

Slow! Finally got to my "one" juice order with only three drinks in front of me and then asked if I wanted something else because they didn't have two ingredients.

This place is such a disappointment!! We were deceived by the pictures online and on Yelp that the acai bowls were a decent size (the toppings were popping out the top of the container in the pictures). When we got our acai bowl this is what it looked like (see pic below). Maybe one inch of acai smoothie with majority granola! I couldn't believe it! The other caviot was that all the workers looked like they were in high school (& don't get me wrong, I have nothing against high schoolers!), but they did not have customer service and when we got there, it took them a very long time to acknowledge us. There were at least 4 of them, if not 5 or 6 back there working on making the bowls and smoothies and still the wait time was really long! And there were not many people and no lines.. I hope the owner sees this so they can make some big changes or you will have many disappointed people like us who do not want to come back! ... Either teach your employees how to put a normal amount of acai blend in their bowls or at least remove the very misleading pictures from their website and Yelp! Or better yet, just go visit the acai bowl places in Huntington and Laguna beach, CA to see how it's really done!

Smoothies are fine but the service here is truly terrible. The woman at the cash register is rude and unhelpful. She refused to take my order over the phone when their website and app were not working. She had no information on why they were down nor cared about remedying the situation. Its extremely obvious that she gets paid whether or not the customer is satisfied. Very disappointed.

I hope the business owner sees this: The service was slow and then my order was messed up twice. I ordered an açaí bowl and it looked nothing like the pictures advertised. It had hardly any açaí and it was all granola. Who does that??? And it wasn't full. It was half empty. For the price, this is ridiculous!!! If this doesn't change, do yourself a favor and don't come here for açaí bowls. The staff seems to not care about the customer and the portions are not worth the price. If I could give a "0" rating I would. This is unacceptable.

Nope. Just nope. This place has a weird odor like overripe vegetables. Lord knows how old their juices are or what they put in them to keep them from turning -- or how much sugar they add to make them not taste like wilting spinich. I had one of their bowls, and it tasted like mushy overripe banana. I could have made something far better at home. The nut-based yogurt they offer is the cheap kind that is watery and gross. They don't offer gluten-free options for their granola, which is sub-par for those of us who are celiac. None of this stuff is organic which, whatever, that's why it's so cheap. Go ahead and go here if you want, but remember this is not "healthy" by any means.

I have been a fan of this juice bar for several years. The service I received today was great, but the two bowls I received had about 2/3 the amount from previous ones - the top 1/3 of both containers were empty. Also, the person who assembled the bowls used his bare hands to pick up and place the fruit on top - apples, strawberries, etc. The person working next to him had gloves on. Not happy about the hygiene or the reduced amount of product. I will give it another try, though.

Really yummy! Super friendly staff. Ignore the bad reviews, they have new management and it shows! Highly recommend! Really want to keep this place in the neighborhood.

Same as the other location I've previously visited as far as the menu! Staff was young at this establishment as well but we were welcomed with smiles and had fast friendly service which I appreciated so much! I've really grown addicted to the...... BERRY BANANA BURST Strawberry, banana, blueberry, housemade cashew milk, and a little agave nectar. 320 / 480 cal. To which I also add in (every time) *bee pollen (1$ extra) *peanut butter (1$ extra) *pea protein (1$ extra) FOR MY POST WORKOUT FIX and I always feel fueled and energized! It tastes so good! Give it a try this combo is amazing! My kiddo is 7 and her favorite smoothie is the.... PINK FLAMINGO Dragon fruit, strawberry, pineapple, agave nectar, and coconut water blended. 180 / 270 cal. It's super sweet and tangy but not too tart! You're kids will LOVE it! It tastes like a skittle

Be warned they automatically apply a tip without asking. I find this to be a very shady business practice. I find it infuriation to be told one price and charged another. I always bring cash to tip at places like this. Times are tough but to not be given an option is absurd. I will no longer come to this location.

Love this juice bar! Under new management as of a couple weeks ago. I've been juicing every day for the last couple years and, though this is a chain, it really stands out. The owner and staff are incredibly nice and efficient. I drink a variety of juices, and the vegetables and fruits are always fresh and delicious. I don't really write reviews, but these guys are great!

I went to Nekter Juice Bar for the first time this week and I have nothing but good things to say. Aside from the amazing smoothie I got, the customer service was A+++! There is nothing better than walking into a place of business and being greeted with amazing smiles and a warm "Hello". A huge thank you to the employees there. I will definitely be back! If you have never been to this place, please go. You will not be disappointed!

I got the antioxidant açaí bowl and it had so much flavor! Huge serving. Only thing I'd change is more toppings compared to the amount of açaí. Will deff go again!!
