"The charismatic and heavily tattooed Guillaume Sanchez crafts fiery, flame-licked cuisine in a fashionably stark interior, depicted by an impossibly high ceiling and an austere metallic façade. Sanchez’ cooking, emblematic of his flamboyant personality, is only available à la carte, in keeping with his universe and ethos. The menu is divided into four main families, but, technically, nothing has changed: cold-steamed extractions and fermented vegetables. The chef works exclusively with pure-bred French, stellar produce, to which he adds his imaginative hallmark and high-flying technical expertise. The menu unfolds to reveal little bombshells of flavour with varied flavours and textures and art-directed, if unusual plating. Take a seat at the counter for a truly immersive experience." - Michelin Inspector

A very unusual and enjoyable dinner here. The menu was varied, surprising, and presented beautifully. Most dishes were delicious, and even the ones that didn't quite work for me were refreshingly creative. Usually when you get to the main dish portion of a tasting menu-the duck or steak or what have you-there's a distinct lack of imagination. Not here-the steak was aged and topped with a French whiskey sauce, and was like a delicious twist on a beef jerky. Friendly waiters, quiet but well thought out restaurant design, this made for a memorable meal.

The tasting menu, with pairings, was outstanding. The space is spotless, even the restroom. What stood out most was how calmly the team moved, letting the food speak for itself. There’s a clear, confident point of view I appreciated. I didn’t take many photos because I was too busy tasting. Highlights included red fish with radicchio kimchi and pigeon with a stuffed mussel. The umami throughout tied it all together. Well worth the price, especially compared to U.S. Michelin spots that charge nearly double.

Some of the dishes were amazing, others not so much. Nothing left us super super amazed, and one dish was honestly almost disgusting. The atmosphere was amazing, service was lovely. But definitely was lacking in certain aspects, when you are paying 200€ for a dinner you expect a lot and we left not feeling fully satisfied unfortunately. The small details were really lacking. We really enjoyed the cuttlefish! The desserts were also very interesting and good.

Good experience overall, but: A little overpriced for a 1 star Just 1 star for my taste Cold dishes are excellent, hot dishes are not hot enough, notably the lamb, to be fully cooked « exceptional ». I think the contrast hot/cold is not enough worked in the same plate. The use of salt to highlight the taste is maybe a little too much as well. And no coffee to finish…

Service was nice but they forgot birthday candle in dessert for birthday reservation. Food: Nicely presented. Amuse bouche very nice. Starter original but very “heavy” for summer. Fish: my favourite with kimchi - I liked it a lot very strong for and quite spicy. Meat: fine. Dessert: it’s hard to not be happy with chocolate yet this was my least preferred part- I like dark chocolate but this one was super bitter. No chocolate etc with bill… Room: modern and elegant. Indeed there is some issue with fan. Restaurant smells too much like kitchen. Overall: With high expectation for Michelin Star restaurant and 85 € lunch menu per person plus drinks I was very disappointed. Food overall was OK but value for money is clearly not there.

The place and atmosphere was nice. Service was nice as well But food was not that good. The combination of tastes was weird and very strong. After trying second dish where fermented fish was very strong on taste, it ruined the taste for all following dishes. Overpriced I personally can not recommend this place, and for sure won’t come back

There is nothing like being seduced by a meal. The constant unveiling of surprises, in terms of texture, taste … this is what dining out is supposed to be about. There were only 3 tables seated over the two hours I was there but the mood was sexy, the service warm and personable, and the food — rigorously creative, serious in its effort to subvert while still charming every taste bud. Bravo.

Put simply, NESO 2 by Chef Guillaume Sanchez offers an outstanding mixology experience. Cocktails are highly creative and are only based on French alcohols, liquors and homemade concoctions! The cocktails were perfectly balanced, but still very unique. I didn't have the opportunity to taste the food menu but I will definitely come back to see how the food-cocktails pairing works. Very friendly service - the barmen will share with you their passion and give you all the explantations you may require.
