checked in at the guard shack and both the employees in there were very friendly and helpful. i was on here for a drop/hook, dropped it in the back and picked my trailer up in the same lot. office to receive paperwork is between docks 8 and 9, very clearly labeled. heaviest load i've hauled so far, 78k total.

This place is a never come here again place!! The review are pretty spot on. i got here and hour before my appt. and the guy who took my paperwork said he was fixing to get off work so i would probably see him when he comes back in. i was the next truck in line and he was sitting there in the dark waiting to go home i don’t know how long the truck was in the door before me but he was just parked there and had been there for a while. . The only good thing was the evening guy was really nice and he did get me out!!

I arrived at 0830 for a 0900 appt. Got a dock 3.5 hours after my appt time. 7 hours later I get a greenlight. We have empty trailers here I'm wondering why I couldn't just drop and hook. This place is ridiculous.

Had a pickup appt here at 9am. got there at 8:45 am. got loaded at 4pm, and they had to reschedule del appt because it took so long. when detention was requested, they found an excuse and said how we got there late. avoid this place!!

In and out in 1 hour! Good job guys... ladies in garden shack were nice and friendly. Only negative is the signs out front by the road suck. They blend in and people can see them in time.

My appointment was at 5 p.m. I arrived at 3 p.m. It's already 9 p.m., and they still haven't finished my load. If you come here, you have to bring food and be very patient. I don't recommend it. Very bad service. They don't think about the driver, who's wasting your e-book hours.😡

I read all the bad reviews, so I need to post my positive experience. I arrived within 1/2 hour before my 21:00 appointment time. I was sent immediately to the office and was immediately assigned a door. I was in and out in just about two hours. One of the best loading experiences I've had this month. It can happen.

Appointment time 19:00, check in by dock 9 at 19:20 got a door right away. Started Loading at 20:00. Finish with bills and out by 22:20. Expect long loading hours very slow process. Overnight parking allow ask security when check in. Where to go.
