In lieu of being even remotely useful, the shipping office enjoys doing everything but their job. Prepare to spend entirely too long at this facility. Pre-loaded trailers will still be in progress if they've even started regardless of when you arrive for your pickup. The yard dogs and office staff are consistently helpful and friendly.

checked in at the guard shack and both the employees in there were very friendly and helpful. i was on here for a drop/hook, dropped it in the back and picked my trailer up in the same lot. office to receive paperwork is between docks 8 and 9, very clearly labeled. heaviest load i've hauled so far, 78k total.

not a driver but if i were to attempt to go there and get cat food, how easy/hard would it be? also does it smell bad? also thank you to the truck drivers for all you do like actually thank you. 🤍 attaching a photo of my cats. if any of you drivers ever get fed up with them feel free to stop by house and bring the fancy feast kitten pate QUICKLY.

I arrived at 0830 for a 0900 appt. Got a dock 3.5 hours after my appt time. 7 hours later I get a greenlight. We have empty trailers here I'm wondering why I couldn't just drop and hook. This place is ridiculous.

This place is a never come here again place!! The review are pretty spot on. i got here and hour before my appt. and the guy who took my paperwork said he was fixing to get off work so i would probably see him when he comes back in. i was the next truck in line and he was sitting there in the dark waiting to go home i don’t know how long the truck was in the door before me but he was just parked there and had been there for a while. . The only good thing was the evening guy was really nice and he did get me out!!

Dedicated driver here. So I get here on the 16 at 5:18pm, appointment thru 530pm pm till midnight, tell me why I'm still waiting up here smh... and its about to be 9am he talking about it should be on its way bk it was at the other buildingbeing loaded, im like huh. Smh, yea idk how they do there job in there but everything about it needs an overhaul cause the wait is ridiculous...im most definitely denying this load to my dispatch cause the wait is not nowhere worth it for me to sit with the crumbs i get for detention.. haha, but hey if you a driver check out these reviews man and give it a hard thought like fr fr, this my first time here and just never again.. smh. They got overnight parking though and restroom inside the building where you go get your paper work. But they'd it from me im out.

if you get here on time it don’t matter. when they call you for dock if you don’t answer they will move you to the bottom and ignore you even tho it’s been hours of waiting for a call. it shouldn’t be legal since it’s not on special instructions on BOL security acts like oh yeah they do that but don’t give you a heads up. i feel let down by these people. Had another driver ask me if i knew anything. i said answer your phone brother. He was like wow
