Had a 12:30 appointment. I have been sitting here for hours, not even in a door. Just sitting to the side waiting, not making any money. I will never come back here again and I told my dispatch that I am leaving in 30 minutes.

One thing for sure is they are fast….fast at leaving as soon as their shift is over. I was 2 pallets from getting loaded but they need to rush home and not finish the job. I was in their dock for 4hrs and still come at me saying I need to go to another dock to finish loading me let’s see how long that takes

This place is full of incompetent idiots! I got told to go to Petra 3 rights and a left (the yellow line) also given the address which pulled up two locations. The other being the blue location and the correct location. I get to the pick up where they told me I would be loaded and after arriving being told it’d be a while because they’re short staffed. Ok my time is clicking down as I’ve already started my shift before getting the load. They started loading me a few hours after my appointment and then came to tell me I had to come back to the original location to finish getting loaded; causing my time to pretty much be useless. I needed 8 more pallets and they’re taking their time adding that to my trailer. I spent literally all day here. It’s 1845, I’ve been here since 1000 and I am still not done. Blue location is very tight might require their day cab to do the back for you as everyone of them also struggled to get in there. Luckily I got a decent door. Arrival: 1000 Departure 2035

In lieu of being even remotely useful, the shipping office enjoys doing everything but their job. Prepare to spend entirely too long at this facility. Pre-loaded trailers will still be in progress if they've even started regardless of when you arrive for your pickup. The yard dogs and office staff are consistently helpful and friendly.

The main theme of the reviews are correct with the rare exceptions. Facilities like this is what's staining the trucking industry and robbing the pay of its drivers in wasted time and it needs to stop.

I arrived at 0830 for a 0900 appt. Got a dock 3.5 hours after my appt time. 7 hours later I get a greenlight. We have empty trailers here I'm wondering why I couldn't just drop and hook. This place is ridiculous.

If you heve deliver for west dock be ready for big waiting. Around 9 to. 11 hours good luck time in 6:30 time aut 18:50 all day be careful driver
