The Best Burgers in Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill | Eater Carolinas

"Neuse River is known for its Wednesday night pasta nights, but the burger is also an overwhelming favorite. Instead of a more traditional cheese on top, the hearty half-pound burger housed between a Union Special brioche bun comes slathered with a homemade beer cheese and garlic aioli. Fried onion straws and sour pickles cut the richness of the two sauces so that the end result is a flavor-drenched bite worthy of a repeat visit. Best for: Beer and upscale bar food" - Elliott Harrell

Google
One of the most unique breweries I have EVER been to! The menu features many gluten free and vegan options. I had the duck hash on the brunch menu, and it was spectacular! You need to go here if you are looking for something new with good beer. My guests couldn’t stop raving about it! And the service was amazing.

Google
The pasta special is a must. I was really surprised at how good the salad was. Our server was one of the nicest and best I've encountered. You need to go here!

Ajimon Thomas

Google
The food was really great for a brewery! I had the fries, hummus, and shrimp and grits. Love the outdoor seating. Great service as well.

We walked in with high expectations, but the experience was completely disappointing. As our food was being served, the runner casually said, “We don’t have the pasta for the kids’ meal.” That kind of information should be communicated well before the food comes out—not when everyone else is already being served. Leaving a child without a meal while the rest of the table eats is unacceptable. What made it worse was the complete lack of accountability. No apology. No effort to correct the issue. Just silence. That’s unprofessional and shows poor judgment on both the manager’s and server’s part. Then came the bill. We were charged for kids’ drinks and extra sauces that we never ordered. The kids’ menu made no mention of drink prices, yet when I raised the issue, the waiter simply said, “We always charge $3 for a kids’ cup,” with zero explanation or effort to clarify. Again—no apology, no transparency, and no attempt to make it right. On top of the poor service, the food itself was nothing special. I ordered the burger, and it was by far the worst burger I’ve ever had. The meat was completely unseasoned, tough, and had an overpoweringly gamy taste. It was also served to my cold. From start to finish, this experience was a letdown. Between the poor communication, unprofessional service, inaccurate billing, lack of accountability, and terrible food, I won’t be returning—and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic menu items, great atmosphere, and superb service! I got the Roast Chicken and it was home-y, comforting, and full of flavor! The Peanut Butter Pie and Carrot Cake were both dank and delightful! Was blown away! Going back for round 2 tonight 1 week later! Chicken again - it was THAT good!

I had a fantastic time at Neuse Brewing Company this past Saturday evening! The atmosphere was welcoming and lively, and I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious beers. A special shout-out to bartenders Judson and Norm, as well as Robert, the manager, who made the night even more enjoyable with great conversation. The vibe was fun and relaxed, making it the perfect place to unwind. Though I had already eaten dinner before arriving, the food coming out of the kitchen looked absolutely mouthwatering. I'm definitely looking forward to my next visit to try it! I'll be back soon, for sure. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for great beers, a fun atmosphere, and friendly service!

Google
This place has a nice concept and the indoor/outdoor area is great for families and kids. I was used to the old Neuse River Brewing concept so this was a bit different, not my favorite. I felt their beers have changed but that is my personal opinion. We sat at the bar and we had some mixed feelings about the bartenders. In one end you have one that was very attentive and the other one it was literally just taking care of the people that they wanted and ignored my 3 separate approaches to ask for a drink. Food was okay, I read some reviews about the best burger in town, and I'm sorry but it's not, it's.good but definitely not the best. The salad and french dip was good and we felt the burger was just okay nothing out of the ordinary. I'll recommend it 🔥🔥

Finally made it into the Brassiere to try Raleigh Magazine’s #1 Burger in Raleigh! But first things first… We walked in for brunch, just after they opened and didn’t have a problem getting a table for 2. The inside was not full when we left a little after noon but it was getting there. Inside has a pleasant clean industrial vibe, servers are friendly and attentive. The menu is not extensive so if you’re looking for food I recommend checking the menu before you go to make sure you can find something you like. The Tropical IPA was great and I had a cocktail and it was good. Watermelon salad with nicely dressed cool and refreshing. The onion dip and chips was a swing and a miss for both my wife and I. The chips were kinda soggy and the onion dip was just…meh not any better than grocery store dip. And finally the burger was delicious. I would not put it at number one in Raleigh but it is certainly a top tier burger. Meaty and juicy at 1/2 a pound. It comes with a generous serving of fries. It’s well seasoned on a grilled bun topped with a delicious house made garlic aïoli, crispy fried onions, and house made pickles. Overall the Brassiere was a great experience and I will certainly recommend it and try to get back in again.

Yelp
Went last week for the special afternoon tea. Let me start by saying I've had plenty of afternoon teas before when I lived in England. What a delightful surprise to have scones (two kinds), freshly made lemon curd, 3 different tea sandwiches beautifully presented, 3 fabulous desserts and an assortment of teas from which to choose. You couldn't get anything like this for the price they charged. I hope they bring this special treat back regularly. As a side note, their regular menu is excellent too. The staff is friendly, always looking to make sure you have a great experience.

Yelp
Cute place and concept.. it was humid inside so we went outside had 1 drink each. Had to call it a wrap too many flies ... maybe another day and another time .!! Good service ...

Yelp
I'm quite sure we visited on an off night but there were a number of issues during our visit. The fryer was down so seems like they reverted to a pared down menu. Most our party reverted to chicken or hamburger since there were so few choices. The hamburgers were great though. The mixed greens salad was really a pile of simply dressed tough kale. Our server seemed fairly apathetic to the situation which was disappointing. The atmosphere is cool--would like to come back on a better day with the full menu and enjoy the patio.
google avatar

Matthew H.

Yelp
Note - they have a cafe menu during the day and serve the entire menu later in the day. This wasn't an issue for us. The fish n chips came with a huge serving of fries. This was a great meal to watch the game and enjoy a beer. I tried two different beer and both were really good. This is a solid brewery with good food. Cool outdoor area when the weather permits.

Yelp
I came over after seeing high level reviews about their burger. After a long morning of doing deliveries, it seemed like a good place to stop. I had a flight of beers, they have a large variety of Belgian beverages, but you can still get an IPA there, a sour there, or a lager. I went with the Riverkeeper's Wit, it reminded me of a European beer I would have drank during the summertime in Milwaukee. Plus they have Casamigos Reposado, my favorite tequila. I enjoyed the burger, it was cooked to a solid medium. The crispy onions and garlic aioli gave it a lot of flavor. The burger also had house pickles, and I would have taken an extra ramekin of those! My issue was the bun would have been much better toasted. The French fries were ok, they were your standard shoestrings, and they could have used a little seasoning. I would probably opt for some other side. Very nice staff, super engaging, and helped me navigate through the beers. Good place to visit in Five Points.

Yelp
Came here two times while out here visiting from San Diego. Great place with amazingly crafted food, beer and cocktails. What a gem! We will definitely be back next time we are in town!
google avatar

Yelp
We've been here for the mussels on a cold, rainy day and came back on a sunny, 100 degree Sunday and could not resist ordering the mussels again. They are just lick the plate clean good! Cold day, hot day, any day really, is a good day when these mussels are involved!
google avatar

Cara Y.

Yelp
Came back for lunch! Although the host was pretty rude and weird our service made up for it by being super attentive and friendly! Food was great as well!
google avatar

Kristen B.

Yelp
One of the best burgers in town. Chill and accommodating staff. If you are there between 12 and 4 on Saturdays, the crab dip is the bomb. We also love their fries. Vibes are more chill in the winter. Gets quite busy when the weather is nice and people can sit outside.

Yelp
I went to Neuse River to meet a buddy for drinks/dinner and had a super solid experience. The space is nice, the beer was great, and the savory, salty poutine fries could not have tasted and better with a cold beer on a Friday. I ordered the pork chop for dinner, which was served with greens and grits. Super balanced dish, solid portions, and at $20 or so, the price was right. This is elevated, French-leaning bar food with a strong, focused menu. I'll definitely be back for a date night or just to catch up with a friend.

Yelp
It's becoming the norm to stop here any time I'm in Raleigh. We've had dinner here twice and today got to try the brunch. It was delicious! Having lived in Belgium I freak out any time I come across a place that prides itself on Belgian influence, and Neuse River Brewing executes it perfectly! The beer is creative and super flavorful, and every food item on the menu is to die for. Today we had the eggs Benedict and the duck hash. Neither disappointed. In the past for dinner we have gotten the mussels every single time as a starter - do NOT skip this! This place is so special. There's indoor seating and outdoor seating with ample heating by the way - perfect for large groups and furry friends.

Yelp
Looking at previous reviews, I'm shocked to see this place has been here for years. For some reason I thought it was relatively new. Anyway, it was new to the four of us this past Saturday at lunchtime. If you're not familiar with this area (in a neighborhood behind five points), use a gps! Parking is street parking. Walk up to the patio and they will point out that you can access the menu via your phone, and ask if you want indoor or outdoor seating. Indoor for us, but note they had heaters on the patio if you choose outdoor. Service was flat out terrific from beginning to end. We were well taken care of. Each of us found a brew that was perfect for us. Having heard about being voted best burger, we ordered three burgers and one duck entree. (Sis and I split a burger and the duck). The duck came with jalapeno grits, which was the only disappointment. Grits were fine, but there was nothing that tasted like jalapeno. Would have loved such a kick. Everyone loved the burger. Personally, I would have loved way more cheese sauce as my half of burger barely had any. Overall there is no denying the quality of everything here. Prices reflect such and that's okay. Also loved the "whatever" restrooms.

Yelp
Neuse River Brasserie is a new favorite of mine. I tried out the brasserie right before the pandemic hit and then hibernated for awhile after that. I recently decided to head back over. They have a great outdoor space that feels very COVID safe. The servers and host are always masked up which I appreciate. The only downside to the patio is the bugs. The mosquitos had a little feast on my legs and the flies were relentless. Is that going to stop me from going back, no? I'll just bring bug spray next time. It would be great if they had a fan or two set up outside to help with the flies. I really like the dinner menu. The duck poutine was insanely tasty, the gravy was flavorful, plenty of gooey cheese, and the duck was tender. I also got the fish and chips which was spot on. I love a beer battered fish and chips, no surprise they do it well here. Even their tartar sauce was spot on. My husband got the burger which was also delicious! Are you sensing a theme here? I'm a sucker for dessert, so we took a piece of the carrot cake home. Seriously, get it!! They aren't stingy with the cream cheese frosting and they don't put raisins in there which I appreciate. I also went in on a Wednesday which is pasta night, they fettuccine bolognese was delicious. I just keep repeating the same works of delicious, awesome, tasty-- but it's true, everything I've tried I've really enjoyed! On to the drinks, I'm not a beer drinker so I thoroughly appreciate their expansive drink list. I've tried their passion fruit wine slushy and the pimmalicious tea, loved both of them! Would definitely order them again! The Pimms was super light and the slushy was perfect for a hot day. We've been in for dinner on the early side and it's definitely kid friendly which I appreciate. The patio is also dog friendly!

Yelp
Food was just alright, I had the duck poutine. My friends had burgers and they thought they were solid. Service was a little off tonight - slow and not super welcoming. The beer is good though if you prioritize that.

Yelp
Great service ! Food was delicious too Great place to have days night or meet up with friends I tried a cider which was very good hubby likes Saturday morning ! You can't go wrong stopping here ! Thank you Judson. Norm and Robert !!!

Yelp
Great food, new pasta specials every Wednesday, burger special every Thursday, great staff, great atmosphere. We're here once a week or more. Love this place

Yelp
Went for afternoon drinks and dinner with wife and little son. After seating outside, we waited 15-20 minutes to get a waitress to take our order, and then we never saw her again until our drinks/food arrived. Our drinks were fairly good, I ordered a chocolate orange dubbel and wife had a Rum Painkiller. Our food arrived in another 20-30 minutes - I had a cheesburger with fries, and wife had duck poutine. Upon biting into my burger, I had discovered it was burned to a crisp. Our waitress was not to be found anywhere, so I waited to inform her that burger needs to be redone. Finally, another 20 minutes, I received a new burger, this time the buns were very dry, but I didnt have the energy to complain. The atmosphere was great with live music and good crowd. However, the service and the quality of food is lacking. I believe the brewery was understaffed, as there was a queue at the entrance, as well as scarcity of wait staff. The brews were excellent, so no complaints there.
google avatar

Dee S.

Yelp
Food is great here. Love the cozy environment and the elevated menu. Sometimes a wait due to it being a small restaurant and no reservations, so need to plan accordingly. Def get the burger!

Yelp
This place is so cute and the drinks and food were fab! The steak was amazing! I can't wait to come back

Yelp
I have been wanting to try NRB for a while after seeing pictures of their delicious looking food all over social media, and we finally made it there this past Sunday for a very late lunch. I love the outdoor area with all the heaters and fireplaces, and the massive doors leading inside are super cool. It was a weird hour so it wasn't too busy and we were seated right away. They had both the Panthers and Canes games on the 2 TV's which would have been great if either team was winning :) I started with a Sunday Morning to drink (basically a beermosa) and my boyfriend got the Sleigh All Day - both of them were delicious. We also split an order of the mussels for an app. They were cooked perfectly, and you can't beat the Union Special bread to soak up all the buttery brothy goodness. After much deliberation, I went with the mixed greens salad with shrimp. Something about the Gorgonzola/pickled onion/candied pecan combo is seriously flawless..I was addicted immediately. There were a good number of shrimp too, also cooked really well. My "dessert" was a Gingle Jangle - a cocktail as pretty as it is tasty. I would definitely recommend this hidden gem for anyone. We saw quite a few families with younger kids, so it's great for any age. Can't wait to visit again!

Yelp
Neuse River has total revamped there brewery to an amazing gastro pub. The beers are still very good but the food will have us back in the near future. We shared the mussels with the delicious garlicky wine broth that was excellent soaked into the toasted bread. The burger was so good, we also shared this and the kitchen kindly deconstructed it for us since my companion does not like everything that comes in on it. The onion straws are so good and we're devoured separately. I really liked the beer cheese and put it on my half of the burger. Fries were so good too. Happy for the huge improvements to the brewery! Recommend for a date night. May want to make reservations. We were early enough to get a table without one on a Saturday but by the time we left, the place had people waiting for seating.
google avatar

April L.

Yelp
I've always loved stopping here for a great beer and the friendly cool atmosphere! And now it got even better with a food and cocktail menu! We came for brunch shortly after noon on a Saturday and was seated immediately at an inside table. The place is small but cozy, clean and bright! We sampled a few beers before we decided on one. Our server was friendly and patient. The menu was small but everything sounded delish and French inspired. We decided to try their burger...mainly because it had beer cheese and onion straws on it! It was a half pound burger with fries! So delicious and filling!
google avatar

Hannah P.

Yelp
Very cute ambiance and great service. Love the outdoor patio and heaters they have out. It's a perfect spot for a girls night or date night! The menu is on the nicer side for a brewery so don't expect bar food. You can expect entrees ranging $16-30 depending on what you order including burgers, risotto and duck. I opted for the burger and fries. The burger was good but the garlic aioli they put on it was so extremely salty that I wish I had wiped it off. The fries were incredible, some of the best I've had. I'd definitely return here!
google avatar

Emily G.

Yelp
This place has been consistently exceptional for years. If you need further encouragement, then you are just reducing my future Saturday wait-time (thx)!

Yelp
We really enjoyed this place!! We enjoyed it so much we went twice in the first week we tried it. We went after a hike and were famished, so it all tasted extra delicious. Unfortunately we forgot our IDs and couldn't drink the first time, hence why we went back immediately. I had the pork chop with dirty rice and collards and I got my pork well done and it was still super juicy and delicious. My friend got the chicken and said it was the best chicken she's ever had. Swimming in sauces!! My partner got the award winning burger and said it was also amazing. I really like the fries. I like the crispy, thin fries and these were also peppery. When we went back with my sister, she got the fish and chips and they were so flaky and tasty too. Only wish they would give more ketchup. We tried some of their cocktails too, like the alcoholic cocoa one was soooo warming and delicious.
google avatar

Rebecca S.

Yelp
Great place to bring your dog sit outside have a few drinks and grab some food! Our server was Katherine and she did great she even brought out dog treats for Maddy! I ordered a drink and hubs ordered a sour. Both were good and then I took her recommendation to try the vodka watermelon spritzer. So good! We also ordered the pita bread and hummus which was pretty good.
google avatar

Khaled B.

Yelp
We went there cause we heard they have a pretty good burger, which was good, but the panna cotta with the raspberry sauce was the thing that stood out! .... (So I'm really writing this review mostly because of the panna cotta)....it was nice and creamy panna cotta with tart raspberry sauce.... Hopefully they will serve it for as long as they can. Beer and atmosphere was also good.

Anita S.

Yelp
The staff were friendly and tried really hard to make our visit pleasant. However, the food was average. The burger was not seasoned well (the fries were great though). The poached apple salad was good but the gorgonzola bread was more about the presentation than the flavor. I have never had a huge boule of bread drenched in cheese, literally soaking in it like a warm bath of ooey gooey creaminess. As much as that sounds divine, it was a bit too much..not to mention there was gooey velveeta type cheese in the middle. Anyway, feel a bit sick to the stomach from all that cheese and bread and feel my heart clogging up as I type...

Yelp
Such a hidden gem! Love the quiet neighborhood, beers & delicious food. Great staff too! Space: Cute patio and open airy indoor area with a low light date night feel Menu: Small but delicious menu! Kind of German "brasserie" themed with a limited number of vegetarian or pescatarian options Wednesday is pasta night! They have a good beer selection & fun cocktails Parking: Free street parking in the neighborhood Also walking distance to another brewery
google avatar

Alexander D.

Yelp
Great ambiance. Sit at the bar with Judson, Norm or Brandon. The food is on point too!
google avatar

Stacy A.

Yelp
Consistently one of the best places to eat in the Raleigh/ Triangle area. I don't even know where to start with how good every brasserie menu item is at Neuse River. From the Duck poutine (it's a must-have) to the Roasted chicken to steak and eggs for brunch, the menu is stacked with flavor and indulgent potion sizes. You can also catch them on Wednesday's for pasta night and $5 martinis. I'm love sitting at the bar for a front row view of the kitchen and to get crafted cocktails. Staff is always great, service is consistently good not matter how must they are. all day long!
google avatar

Roseena H.

Yelp
Cool little spot in Wake Forest that offers really unique food! Perfect location to get a hike in before relaxing with a drink and lunch.
google avatar

Sean L.

Yelp
I really enjoyed my meal at Neuse River. Not many breweries have a legitimate full service restaurant incorporated like Neuse River. The duck breast was delicious; crispy skin and tender meat. The mashed potatoes and veggies paired well with the duck. The beer was great and I also loved the hot cider drink on the menu which had an apple crisp and cinnamon stick.
google avatar

Kaitlyn K.

Yelp
My husband and I have lived in NC for just over a year and there's only TWO restaurants he cares to return to, Neuse River being one of them. The food and beer are fantastic. The prices are reasonable as well. Pictured are the steak tartare and duck breast.
google avatar

Maddy E.

Yelp
I appreciate the business owner refunding some of our purchase due to a bad experience. Maybe we'll give them another try!
google avatar

Allison M.

Yelp
My husband and I love this place! The drinks are out of this world!! The bartenders and staff are some of the most attentive in town. What a nice cozy place to have some apps and a date night out in Raleigh! You must try the burgers!
google avatar

Chris H.

Yelp
I haven't been there in a couple of years but my son and I ventured down there tonight after running some errands in North Hills. Since my last visit they added a restaurant (Brasserie) to the brewery. I've always liked their beer and the location is very nice. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating. The food was good too. I went for the burger while my son went for the steak and frites. Both were really good. He said the steak was seasoned just right. The burger was served on Union Special bread and was tasty. I'll definitely get back there sooner.
google avatar

Jonathan S.

Yelp
Do you like absolute trash food yet paying a premium? This is your spot. The mussels were basically cream and 15 cloves of garlic, the interior is insanely loud , the drinks are mediocre, the burger is comparable to a two day old quarter pounder , the risotto is as bland as a farm house modern new construction home, and the child's grilled cheese is comparable to a cardboard sandwich with sour cottage cheese. Please compare my other reviews to understand this review doesn't come lightly, the only saving graces are good servers and decent fries.
google avatar

Mikey B.

Yelp
Can't say enough how impressed I am with this place, especially the food. The latest addition/upgrade of the kitchen and menu. The beer continues to remain uncompromised, which is what put this brewery on the map in the first place, but their menu and quality of food is second to none. I mean, for real, no brewery in this area is doing what they are doing. It's not just bar food, nor is their menu an after-thought or some kind of scheme to offer patrons something to eat as they drink. It's very food-forward. Somehow Ryan and Jenn have created a quaint setting, that's suitable for beer lovers, foodies and families. The food is awesome. I had the steak frites. The steak was perfect, one of the best steaks I've had in a long time. It was good to Med/Rare perfect with an awesome pan-sear on the outside. The flavor was incredible. My date had the Neuse Burger, it was delicious too. After brunch and brews at the bar, we finished out drinks on the patio, which they also made small but feel cozy upgraded as well. Oh, I have to add, along with the menu and beer selection, they also went HAM on adding an awesome selection of wines and champagne to list of choices. Triangle people, this is your next adventure out. You're welcome.

Yelp
Meh. I felt completely underwhelmed by everything the entire night. Drinks were okay, not great, the famous burger was good, but there are plenty of just as good burgers around raleigh and some that are much better. The thing that got me was the wait, we waited for over an hour and a half during the week for two people. Again, understandable that there would be a wait since we were just walk ups, but it just didn't live up to the hype for us
google avatar

Sarah G.

Yelp
I like this place so much that I went twice in 10 days recently. The only food I've tried are the banana pudding and the hummus, but both were super good. And their beer is fun! I'm excited to try more summer brews. But my favorite part is the atmosphere. From the fun fire pits outside, to the cool and cozy interior, this is a hip place to go out with friends or family. Or enemies! Even they'd be happy here.

Elease B.

Yelp
Heard they won BEST BURGER IN RALEIGH this year. Ummm, I'LL be the judge of that! Went last night and OH MY LANTA - that burger IS the BEST!! From bun to last crumb - SO GOOD. The duck poutine and hummus were equally amazing!! Yay YOU NRB. (even the sides, fries and salad were 'post worthy'!!)
google avatar

Sierra A.

Yelp
Beautiful place, great atmosphere. The brunch menu looked divine. We opted for the hummus plate to share. The Pita bread was amazing! Looking forward to comping back another time for dinner!

Yelp
This place was super cool! Some friends and I came here before watching college football for a few drinks. The location was super open, and had plenty of seats for large or small groups. We grabbed some seats at the bar, and were greeted right away. They offered a great selection of beers, and let us taste test in order to find the right one for each of us. I loved the open doors and the breeze that flowed through. They offered some group games to play, and things got pretty serious in our Connect Four battle. We were also lucky enough to get a quick tour of the back of the brewery where the magic happens. He gave us a little bit of history on how the brewery got its start and the whole process of creating the beer. The staff was super friendly and attentive. There's a good truck posted up in the outside part of the seating area. One of my friends order the breakfast sandwich served on a fresh biscuit, and she said it was AMAZING! It's always a good idea to have a food truck on standby at a brewery. The bartender also let us know that they are building a kitchen area behind the bar for all your future food needs. Awesome brewery with awesome beer!
google avatar

Fadma M.

Yelp
They have a nice outdoor and indoor seating area. It was raining, so we ate inside. The ambiance is fantastic! The drink menu has a decent selection with some unique options. My husband had the beer flight and said that one of the samples was one of the best beers he has had (I believe it is called Terry's?) The food was fantastic. We came on a Sunday, and they still had their Brunch menu going. My husband had the Croque Madame. He loved it and the sourdough bread was phenomenal. They get their bread from a local bakery (Union Special bakery). We ordered the burger and had the poutine fries with duck on the side. The best burger I have had in quite a while - cooked perfectly to medium-well. Portion was just the right size. Fries were excellent as well. Some of the most refined euro and brewery cuisine in the Triangle. We plan to recommend and come back. Great to see a place that has both great drinks and great food.

Yelp
We enjoyed a great Saturday afternoon at this brewery. It was our first visit and we will come back with friends . We each enjoyed a beer flight and had an amazing appetizer . The menu is outstanding for a brewery and we look forward to coming back and trying more of the food.

Yelp
After getting our COVID-19 vaccination pair and having our in-laws come to visit, we decided to give this whole "dining out" a try again, not having been to a restaurant for anything but take out since March 2020. We headed to Neuse River Brewing based on the Belgian-style beer list and the delicious-sounding menu. Arriving around 12:30 on a Friday, we were promptly greeted and seated. There was ample space between tables as we opted for indoor seating. (The gastro-brewery had outdoor seating as well, but it was raining.) Our two servers were delightful and attentive, the food was fantastic --- lovely fish and chips, I had pulled duck poutine, we shared an order of mussels, and we also tried a daily special of tilefish. My guests also loved their beers, although I was a little sad that there wasn't any non-alcoholic beer offered. (They did have lemonade, however, so I made that work.) Definitely returning to this great little place that's quite reasonable in price and offers a delicious menu and ample beer and cocktail choices.

Yelp
I just tried this place for the first time.. I ordered my food to go .. The food doesn't look as fancy as they make it look even though it's pricey I got a burger that came with 2 packs of ketchup that made it look that I got it from Cook Out instead of this nice place.. I also got the The roast chicken, it was tasty but soaked in I believe was mashed potatoes way too watery. I was disappointed for sure I love Belgian style beers but I didn't get to try them this time. I'm not sure if I would spend another $35 plus in food here again.

Yelp
This is one of my default go-to breweries. And... it's also a brasserie! I've lost count of the times I've been or how many Belgian inspired, Sour or IPA style brews I've had there. I'm never disappointed . It's always a good time, their brewmaster is on point AND the owners and staff are always friendly. I honestly have no complaints. You get a lovely home town feeling, thanks to the owners, in a place with upscale offerings. Treat yourself and check it out. It's COVID friendly and they care about keeping you safe.
