I recently had the pleasure of dining at New Luzzat Restaurant, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. This review aims to highlight the key aspects that made my visit truly memorable. The menu at New Luzzat Restaurant offered a diverse range of dishes, showcasing indian culinary creativity and bursting with flavor. The ingredients used were of the highest quality, and the chefs' expertise was evident in every bite. Now let’s talk the famous South Indian dish “Biryani” was an absolute delight! The aromatic blend of spices infused into the rice and tender pieces of meat created a burst of flavors in every bite. The rice was perfectly cooked and had a rich, saffron-infused color. The chicken 65, on the other hand, was a spicy treat. The crispy exterior gave way to succulent, well-marinated chicken pieces that were bursting with tangy and fiery flavors. The combination of the biryani and chicken 65 was a match made in food heaven, leaving me craving for more. Overall, a truly satisfying and delicious experience! Unfortunately, I was so overwhelmed when my mouth-watering biryani dish arrived that I completely forgot to take any pictures. My apologies for that!😋😋😋

We had been out all day and wanted a quick bite before heading home. We were at Jarvis Sq. tavern and decided to try New Luzzat. The potato samosas were good but the chicken biryani was fantastic. Rice was tasty with lots of whole chicken pieces. Enough that we may have leftovers. Will definitely pickup from here again.

Moved out here recently and was craving Indian food. I got what was probably one of the best Biryanis I’ve ever had. And the portions were HUGE! Great value for your money, great taste, and a nice cozy feel inside. Would definitely recommend.

In liked their chicken biryani very much. It was spicy and tasty. Only three chicken breasts were a little hard and chewy.

I have come here a few times now and have always loved my experience! I order the chicken vindaloo with a garlic naan and the flavor, heat, everything is amazing. This is my favorite local Indian food restaurant, and it’s really nice to have such a great quality place in Jarvis Square. Once we came with 8 people and the service was outstanding. Some of our party had never had Indian food before but loved what they had so much that now they want more. Can’t say enough good things about the New Luzzat. The atmosphere is laid back and quiet, which is great for a nice relaxing dinner out, and again I’ve personally have never had an issue with the service. If you are curious, give this place a try! They conveniently have dine-in and take out options and I feel are reasonably priced as well.

I'm glad they came back I really am I ordered chicken masala compared to what it used to be and need some some seasoning other than that the place looks great I'm glad you're back I know they have to get some kinks out but I'm sure it's going to be a great place to eat once again

With the new ownership, the food has decline in terms of the portions and finding undesirable items (i.e bones and cartilage). I used to love this place with the previous owners. Would recommend another place if you can.
