Many customers seem to come to this stall specifically, and it’s no surprise why. Recommended by my colleague, who has been a loyal patron since her childhood, this stall is now into its 4th generation (she says) of serving satisfied customers. For a very reasonable price of $51.50, we got a spread meant for 4 people: duck, roast meat, vegetables, 4 soups, and 3 portions of rice. While the roast meat was a bit too fatty for my taste, I know some might appreciate that. Interestingly, my colleague mentioned that it wasn’t as fatty during her last visit, and she actually preferred it that way. The duck, on the other hand, was more tender this time compared to her previous visit. There’s some inconsistency, but the crowd keeps coming back for a reason. The soup was an excellent value for money. At just $3, it was packed with ingredients. I had the pig stomach soup, which was generously peppery with a substantial amount of pig stomach and large chunks of pork. Definitely a satisfying bowl!

Char siu noodle + pork rib watercress soup, $7 My always go to roast eatery when in the area. Majority people order char siu rice here. Noodle is stringy and chewy, just how I like it. Was abit too salty today. So much watercress in the soup it’s like almost $3 for just the veggie inside… Typical Chinese style uncles serving, not rude but simple. They’re fast and organised. Looking forward to my next visit.

A very popular roast meat joint in this vicinity. Always long queue at lunch time. Very reasonable price roast meats. The signature must be the gravy which they generously drizzle over your plate. The stall also sells affordable soups. My roast duck rice and soup is $6.50. Happy they accept CDC vouchers for payment. The kopitiam that it is in is decent. The only thing I don't like is the drink stall keep asking me if I need a drink at least 4 to 5 times during my 15 mins of eat.

Sells all kinds of roast - duck, chicken, pork, sausages, etc., wanton mee n brewed soups $3-5. Price is generally low n sales/cooking r fast. V well-liked by men who prefer a filling n fuss-free meal. Difficult to get seats on weekends. Accepts CDC vouchers!

Delicious char siew shao ruo rice and prawn dumplings soup 👍 There is a queue but it moves fast. The challenge is to find an empty table and seats in this very crowded coffee shop 😅

Recommended by my friend, it has been my go-to place for lunch or dinner whenever I am in this area. Very busy during meal times especially lunch and Saturday. Recommended to go for their triple delight aka Three Meat Rice (Roast duck, roast pork and char siew). Tip: Be clear and concise with your order during peak hours, the stall ppl is not so patient due to high volume of customer. (In Singapore, if the hawker is rude, it means the food is good.)

The Char Siew and Roast Meat were excellent. Nice blend of sweetness and flavour. And the roast meat skin was crispy. Can eat with or without rice. They also serve steamed soup. Overall, a satisfying culinary experience.

The sauce and chilli were the highlights. Roast pork was crispy while the duck was a little mushy. Polite and friendly service. Cutleries could be cleaner.

Ate here today with my mom today try this place out. We had gotten and ate the crispy pork belly and char siu over rice that it was truly delicious and yummy. The service there was also attentive and super fast. Finally, I would definitely eat and come back again next time when I visit Singapore someday in the future.

Really good roasted meat. I managed to finally grab a plate if noodles here. This stall is always packed with a long queue. I can understand why their customers are willing to stand in line to savor this excellent roasted meat. I ordered a BBQ Char sire and roasted pork noodle, and the meat was roasted to perfection. The Char Siew was nice and charred on the outside but tender, juicy and succulent. The roasted meat was well marinated and the skin was extremely crunchy. Definitely recommended for anyone craving Hong Kong Roasted delights. Will return to savor their roasted duck soon.
