A Casual SoCal Sushi Spot Is En Route to Houston - Eater Houston

"BCK Management, the minds behind elevated comfort food restaurant Bosscat Kitchen + Libations, will bring their popular Southern California Asian bistro, Ten Sushi, to Houston next year. The restaurant will be located at 4200 Westheimer Road, adjacent to Bosscat, and is expected to open in Spring of 2022. Ten originally opened in Newport Beach, California, in 2008, and was bought by BCK Management’s John Reed in 2014. BCK would eventually expand to Houston with the opening of Bosscat in 2017, and now-shuttered BCK Kitchen + Cocktails in the Heights in 2018. Ten is known for its full-service sushi bart, including black rice rolls, and dishes like firecracker wontons, kung pao, and shaken beef filet." - Brittanie Shey
