A great idea for a gift! I got this for my son for a week to give him a break since he is working a lot. The food was amazing and the BEST customer service I have experienced in a long time. I hope those reading will consider using this service as a gift to a family in need or 1st responder who can use a break.

Wow! Incredible service on the phone and in person. Professional delivery and the food is excellent quality. Very reasonably priced compared to other companies who are national and do not put the same level of attention to detail. Thank you for this service.

My partner works here so I have had many opportunities to eat the prepared meals along with catering trays. Everything has been fresh, perfectly cooked, and very delicious. The containers are 100% compostable. I was eating the meatloaf at this moment when I felt compelled to leave a review. Most places add sugar to a already sweet tomato base. Theirs is a gravy base and so much more delicious. The company is very mindful of food allergies and varied preferences. Vegan, no added sugar, no crazy spices (and still very flavorful), and gluten free, and more. I don’t like chicken, generally, from a tortured youth. Too many days a week of chicken a la king. I find the chances of chicken to be overcooked and dry pretty high. Not at NIBLL. The chicken from NIBLL is always juicy. If you are considering using this company for your company meal needs I say definitively GO for it.

We've been getting weekly meals from here for about a year now. It's really helped us eat healthier for a reasonable cost. The meals are never frozen, and stay good in the fridge for at least a week. The vast majority of them taste great as well. We get the no red meat plan, but they also have pescetarian, vegetarian, vegan, and many other options. The vegan meals in particular, I always enjoy. I highly recommend giving Nibll a try. Not only is their food great, their staff and level of service is phenomenal. They really care about their customers, and it definitely makes a huge difference to set them above most meal delivery services.

Food is delicious and easy to prepare. Takes the guess work out of what you are going to eat and it's healthy. Everything I tasted was scrumptious and the snack / soup containers are reusable. Sorry no pictures food was so good it was gobbled up

Usually pretty good with the food from Nybil. Not sure if it's this week, but a good deal of people that I work with we are all having stomach aches. Also, sometimes the chicken is either undercooked or overcooked. Also, the website doesn't work to make an account or access a newly made account

Not healthy at all!!! All the food is full of sodium and cholesterol and soy. They don't know how to cook or season right and the meat is pink

We have had the Nybll/Nibll home delivery meals since Nov 2020. Compared to the other options we really like it. They use compostable containers and are a local bay area company. Any issues they address quickly and are resolved with an email or two. With nursing we had some dietary restrictions for eggs, dairy, and soy. They were able to accommodate this by substituting other meals in our plan. I personally wish the meals had a little more in them, but it's probably for the best.

This review is for the new Nybll Home plan that I discovered via The Infatuation (if memory serves.) I was a Territory customer, as I live alone and just never had time when I was working to meal prep. I also found I would get bored as hell with eating the same leftovers for five days. During the shelter-in-place I wasted a lot of food as I either over-bought, or wasn't able to get all ingredients to complete a recipe due to store stock problems. Territory was hit and miss most recently. I paused my membership and tried Nybll. Not only is the food quality ten times better, but it's thoughtfully packaged inclusive of calorie information, can be gluten-free if you need, and I believe is always dairy- and nut-free. The meals are - I'm not kidding - DELICIOUS. A lot of creativity and variety. Most of all, the price is super competitive. They offer delivery to the Oakland area. I'd just as soon drive over and pick it up curbside, too, if that made it easier on them. During the health crisis it is so important to support the small local businesses that remain open. I look forward to enjoying many more Nybll meals.

Nybll's employees and management do not have any regard for the Fruitvale community of Oakland. Every day they block the bicycle lane and sidewalk for loading, forcing pedestrians and cyclists into traffic. I've confronted them but they frankly don't care. If you're reading this, please find a more responsible caterer. These people don't deserve your business.

The BEST food and BEST Customer service I have experienced in years! The food is delicious and excellent quality. No comparison to the $100 you spend at a market and come home with a few things and missing items for any given meal. 100X better than any other subscription and REAL PEOPLE for customer service, not a bot or an email. We had a family tragedy and they went beyond the call of duty to help us. I love this company and recommend it to all of my friends!

Disclaimer: this review is about the food only as I attended a catered event rather than purchasing the catering service. Holy taste explosion! Nybll (the catering branch of this company) catered a basketball tournament my boyfriend was competing in. I was expecting low quality pizza, so I was delighted to see the menu was almost entirely plant-based (and many offerings were gluten free if you don't eat gluten). I sampled every vegan item offered and all were delicious. My favorite was the citrus seitan, but each were unique and tasty. The next time I need to cater a work event I'll absolutely keep this in mind.

In my attempt to eat healthy and avoid the dreaded Covid 19lbs, I turned to Nybll for healthy and diverse meals that are easy to prepare. The meals have been delicious and the variety has been impressive. I've been doing a keto based diet and when I requested the Flexitarian Menu option I noted my keto request and they've been great. Plus I track what I eat in an app and the best part about it is they make it super easy by printing all the macros right on the label. That combined with a maximum of 2 minutes in the microwave to prepare each meal, and weekly deliveries to my door save me a ton of time and effort while still allowing me to eat healthy. Last major point is price. I've saved a ton of money vs ordering meals through Grubhub, UberEats, or any other delivery service. Very reasonably priced!

My company uses this service for our lunches every week. The food is generally really tasteless and most times it is cold. They put together menus that are very eclectic and most times do not have options for many to eat. Absolutely wish our company would swap caterers to ones who actually serve hot, tasty food!

Sometimes I travel to Twilio Inc. to do chair massage there. Every time I came there, the company treats me providing a very tasty lunch. I always noticed that the quality of all those food was really awesome. One time I asked a serving person which company provides so tasty food here. She answered that Nybll is the name of the company. I really appreciate the highest qualification of the chef and so professional way to organize the delivery and overall service. Thank you very much for your amazing work and for making the life of our community better! When we'll have a party for my kids to celebrate something, I would love to use your service. Nybll is highly recommended to use their services!

Chef Kristen and her team are amazing. I use them to cater lunch for our office of 70+ once a month and our team loves them! The food manages to be quality, healthy and flavorful. Service is great. Had a couple of billing issues but always worked out with ease. I wish we could use them more. The price is a bit higher than some other caterers but once you try it you will know why! BTW the catering company goes by the name Nybll, but it is the same org.
