Nicoletta | Italian restaurant in Cancun

This was hands down one of the most beautiful restaurants we’ve ever been to! I planned a surprise birthday dinner for my husband here, and we loved our experience! The atmosphere was absolutely stunning and we booked around sunset time which was breathtaking to see over the water. The only issue we had was that they brought out focaccia as a starter without us asking, and still charged us for it even though we thought it would be complementary due to us not ordering it ourselves. Our food was also served a bit too quickly as we were still eating our appetizer and didn’t have enough time between courses. Despite that, the food was delicious and affordable compared to other high end restaurants. The service was also wonderful, and everyone was very warm and welcoming. The decor inside was gorgeous and I was in awe the whole dinner. They brought out dessert and sparklers for my husband’s birthday, and they even had a live singer there who ended the night so beautifully! We highly recommend this restaurant, and would definitely come back the next time we’re in Cancun :)

We had the pleasure of celebrating our anniversary at this amazing Italian restaurant, and it was an experience to remember! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and special. The food was absolutely incredible—authentic Italian flavors, beautifully presented, and full of heart. The ambiance was warm and romantic, and the vibes were just perfect for our celebration. We enjoyed our dinner at Nicoletta in Cancun. Service was excellent and the ambiance was perfect for a summer’s evening dinner. We ordered the lasagna and table side Alfredo pasta - both were delicious and very rich. We don’t eat pasta very often but this was a great vacation caloric splurge. We spent such a good dinner in Nicoletta, we definitely wanna come back! We ordered Alfredo Pasta and Pizza and it was really good, also the burrata appetizer LOVED IT BTW. Stalin and Lupita were the best ever, they guided us with everything in the menu and glad we listened to them. Mango Martini STUNNING. The view was perfection. Definitely one of the best birthdays ever. Don’t hesitate to come, you won’t regret.

We celebrated our 5 year wedding anniversary and they far exceeded our expectations with amazing customer service and an elevated dining experience with ocean views and perfect ambiance. Rebecca and Luis were perfect wait staff that made my wife and I feel like a king and queen. We had the chicken Parmesan and Alfredo that is made in front of you. It was delicious and would definitely recommend the tamarindo margarita. The presentation of the tiramisu and flavor is a must try.

We had a great time at Nicoletta with Charly and Josue serving us. The food was great and they made sure we had a special evening to celebrate an anniversary. Would recommend to come to any of the Anderson groups restaurants to anyone wanting a great experience and awesome food.

This restaurant was hands down the best place I’ve ever been to. Charly and Josue were absolutely impeccable. Our service was 10/10 all the way down to them not letting us pour our own wine!!! The food was amazing and just everything about this place was incredible. I would recommend this place to anyone. It really exceeded our expectations and I already cannot wait to come back!!

I’ll go back here for their service! I’ve never seen someone make pasta right in front of you on a cart. It’s lagoon facing so watching sunset from here while you celebrate an occasion would be an ideal reason to be here. The servers are super nice and attentive. If you are into authentic Italian cuisine, this place is for you. I, however, found some of their food items a bit bland (but this could just be me). Here’s what we ordered: - Broccoli and Ricotta 4/5 - Caesar Salad 3/5 - Fettuccine Alfredo 3/5 - Provençal Chicken 3/5 I didn’t like that they just charged us for the bread and water. We were not aware that these items are charged. Usually, bread and water are complementary in a fine dining restaurant but here it wasn’t. One of the elevators wasn’t working so there was a bit of a wait time.
